ARSION Hyper Visual Fighting Carnival the Queens 7/29/2001 Ota City Gymnasium
Early matches had Rie Tamada vs. Rena Takase and Ai Fujita and a match with the clowns. NWA Women's Pacific & NEO Title Match: Misae Genki vs. Bionic J (5:17 / 5:32). I suppose it was almost okay for its length, Bionic J thinks she’s Bull Nakano using the nunchakus now. *3/4. Michiko Omukai vs. Azumi Hyuga (9:00 / 15:00). Rossy might be completely wasting Azumi but at least she’s providing them good matches. Here she actually got Omukai working on a level she hasn’t done in a long time, and they had a quality match. ***1/4. Queen of ARSION Title Match: Ayako Hamada vs. GAMI (18:18). I had no interest in this and GAMI’s stalling and comedy wasn’t helping. She used the belt as a weapon and decked the ref. They worked a tombstone piledriver injury spot for a few minutes but super Ayako came back and did all of her spots, at least she remembered to sell the neck. It did turn into a better match in the second half and I was enjoying by the end. The crowd were into it by the end too, the problem was they wanted GAMI to win and not the ARSION hero. **1/2
Twinstar of ARSION Title Match: Etsuko Mita & Mima Shimoda vs. Lioness Asuka & Mariko Yoshida (12:58 / 30:00, 4:04)
LCO dropped the Zenjo tag belts two days earlier, and today they dropped the ARSION tag belts. This was annoying clipped down in typical ARSION style and completely ridiculous because when the final bell sounded there was still 30 minutes of TV time remaining. They picked things up with Lioness missing a tope and LCO brawling all over the building. Shimoda did the rail drop in the ring. Yoshida was bleeding and got worked over. Lioness got rid of Mita and Yoshida got a couple of submission near finishers before she was wearing a chair again. A chairspot backfired giving her an Air Raid Crash, Shimoda fired back with a Tiger Suplex. Lioness came in and they did a bunch of good near falls, the crowd were hot for everything. Lioness did her table stomp on the outside and the time expired. For some reason the match had to continue and they kept the finish sequence rolling with more great near falls. Lioness kept accidentally hitting Yoshida, which set up LCO finishers but she was able to break up the pins and Yoshida got the win with a La Magistral. Match appeared to be excellent, but skipping half of it I couldn’t really say it was more than ***.
NEO First Wednesday In August 8/1/2001 Itabashi Green Hall
NEO Itabashi Tag Team Title Match: Acute Sae & Chiaki Nishi vs. Tanny Mouse & Yuki Miyazaki (10:51)
Evil Tanny and Miyazaki, wearing all black complete with their faces painted black. Just prop comedy and bad wrestling but it wasn’t as funny as some of the other ones. The funniest part was Nishi getting upset with Sae after the loss and storming off. They used the old tricks and some new ones. Tanny & Miyazaki stole Nishi’s stuffed frog or whatever it was and gave it back to her at the end, which distracted her long enough for them to beat Sae. *1/4
Yoshiko Tamura vs. Kaori Nakayama (10:28)
Typical undercard Tamura match. Nakayama did a couple of nice things but that was about it. *3/4
Chaparrita ASARI & Mima Shimoda vs. Chitose Yamamoto & Kyoko Inoue (16:53)
Nothing particularly imaginative here, it was mostly serious but had some light-hearted comedy thrown in. Shimoda and ASARI were energetic enough. Yamamoto got worked over until Shimoda got bored of it and got Kyoko in (which she regretted and hid behind the ref). Kyoko dominated with the usual until ASARI caught her in a jujigatame. Yamamoto tried to break it up but she was about as effective as Nishi. Kyoko accidentally nailed Yamamoto at the end, and just wandered off to fight ASARI but Shimoda Tiger suplexed Yamamoto to win. **1/2
Lioness Asuka, Yuka Nakamura & Yuka Shiina vs. Kiyoko Ichiki, Misae Genki & Ran YuYu (25:56)
Long but surprisingly good and well paced 6 woman tag. Everyone contributed about as well as you could expect. Genki was generally dominating with only Lioness able to stand up to her. All the best stuff revolved around Genki. She even had a good exchange with Nakamura at one point. Plenty of good near falls with Nakamura predictably taking the pin at the end from Ran. They set up Genki vs. Lioness after the match. ***
2001/08/11 Jd' BS Japan (08/05) & 2001/08/18 Jd' BS Japan (08/05)
Not much to see on Jd’ this week. Two athress matches, two Obatchi matches, including one against Genki, so if you want to see Genki do a comedy match, this is the show for you. Hiromi Yagi vs. Ranmaru (14:09). Yagi carrying the ninja through a solid match and Ranmaru followed along adequately, but she’s still not fluid. **1/4. We had Sachie Abe vs. ARIYA (14:24). It wasn’t bad when they were wrestling, but it got bogged down with Abe’s heeling and bad brawling. *1/2.
JWP 8/6/2001
Command Bolshoi vs. Kaori Yoneyama (4:17)
Not much to this. Some basic technical work and then Bolshoi started grabbing submissions until she won with one. *
Azumi Hyuga vs. Kobina Ichikawa (13:28)
Had its moments but it was mainly a light-hearted comedy match. Azumi isn’t really suited to that and Sae’s been funnier in NEO than she was with this gimmick. *3/4
Kayoko Haruyama vs. Tsubasa Kuragaki (14:31)
Another good, hard fought JWP style match from these two. They aren’t the best workers but they work well together now, not quite as good as their 2000 match but it was the same level. **3/4
JWP Tag Title Match: Ran YuYu & Misae Genki vs. Kyoko Inoue & Takako Inoue (23:29)
This started off well with some good action early, and Takako putting some effort into the submissions. That didn’t last though, overall Takako was actually pretty good in this match. Kyoko was about normal, she likes to meander along but she can have some exciting runs when she wants to. Ran and Genki were really good and made the match. Same quality as their match in NEO overall, the NEO one peaked higher but I liked this one a little better since it was almost 7 minutes shorter it was able to have a better pace and build and didn’t meander as much. ***

Hello everyone! As the developer of the ReSurfer app, I have some news to share with you.
You may have heard that Reddit is going to change the business model for accessing it's data API. This not only affects big applications like Apollo, but also small apps like mine are affected, and since currently ReSurfer is free, it will be very difficult to maintain this model.
So, after thinking about it, I'm here to announce that ReSurfer will be discontinued over the upcoming weekend. It's a difficult decision to make, but the costs of using the API that supports the app will become unsustainable for me.
This app means a lot to me, since it was my first successful app, but also because it's the app that taught me how to become a developer and helped me to grow as a developer and as a man.
I created this app with passion and dedication, but unfortunately, I'm unable to bear the financial costs associated with its continuous operation. I've explored various solutions and considered different options, but in the end, I had to make this decision.
I want to thank each and every one of you who has used the app thus far and provided feedback and support. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for all the love and enthusiasm you've shown towards my app.
I understand that some of you may feel disappointed or frustrated by this news, and I sincerely apologize for that. I recognize the significance the app has had for many of you, and I understand how disheartening it can be to see a beloved project vanish.
Please know that I have explored every possible solution to keep the app alive, including alternatives to the API that could reduce costs, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a sustainable long-term solution.

Also if anyone can recommend a book more tailored for how to benefit a child the most while having a minority stake in its life, that’d be amazing. Hey guys, if you're happy with your emulation handheld, than I'm happy for you. But I was not. I've had a few, but after the USB C port on my RG 35XX fell off, I considered my budget and options. I did a bit of research. I lurked the 'Bay. And I got to scheming. Ofc flagships have better SoCs and specs, but something I was surprised by is, just how much a 1080P AMOLED display makes even the nicest IPS' or the Vita OLED used in recent offerings look like trash in comparison. Yet with every pro there comes a con, that being price. As mentioned I wringed my hands and got to scheming. The only major con of using a flagship as a handheld is the hefty cost. But, what if you sought out a flagship smartphone that couldn't smartphone? A few months ago after research and lurking, I snagged a Galaxy s21 FE with a bad EIN number for $99.99 on ebay. I braced my expectations, assuming it would be in rough shape, but its wasn't. I'm guessing it was a demo unit because its came in pristine shape. So far we have: Pros: -Hundred bucks -Snapdragon 888 -6gb ram -1080p 120hz AMOLED panel -Flagship build quality Cons: -Cant make calls(still have my LG v60 for phone stuff so nonissue) -Full, latest android( pro and con) rather than a limited emulation build -Tons of configuration(enjoyable if not outright preferable for some) -Have to carry either a telescopic or BT controller with a clip(8bitdo SN30 pro XBOX edition with clip is 40 bucks well spent, I love this thing. This and other options have terrific construction and reliability. And being that I carry a backpack and hard case everywhere I go, this is a non-issue for me.) -exponentially more setup/upkeep(I can't stress this enough, lol)
My favorite consoles for emulation are SNES, GBA, and Dreamcast, which after giving the Devs a few bucks, I can upscale into oblivion, which is incredible. The biggest overall cons of the s21 FE and using a flagship for emulation are the lack of expandable storage and greater setup, curation, and not being able to just use built-in controls to get into games.. But assuming I can plug into my PC from time to time, its fine. 128gb is more than adequate for overkill for cartridge based retro and a discerning, cyclical smattering for disk based consoles and handhelds. I realize this setup has what may be dealbreaking cons for many, but I also think it merits consideration by others. I was on a budget, but wanting performance, build quality, and a great display; I've found what I think to be a great solution. It's been an ongoing, time consuming endeavor, but I'm an obsessive tinkerer and it's been a fun way to wind down in the evening, lol. If you don't mind having to navigate a bit on the touchscreen and a very time expensive setup/upkeep, then I strongly recommend such a device. Has anyone else done a similar setup? If so, what are your thoughts and opinions? Also, do you have any tips/tricks for myself or others? Or conversely, if you're intrigued, do you have any questions or concerns? The silver boko horn is the best ore breaker in the game hands down. I tested everything on one-handed weapons ONLY and no numbers are being rounded.
I tested it with a no-fusion 10 damage Royal Broadsword (I repeat, the one-handed sword, NOT the Royal Greatsword) and it broke the ore in 4 hits. 40 damage total.
The Horroblin horn is the weakest Hammer-like fusion and brings my sword up to 15 damage, and it breaks the ore in 2 hits. 30 damage total.
The blue boko horn brings my damage up to 17, and break the ore in 3 hits. More damage at 61 damage total but needs more hits vs a hammer.
The black lizal horn is my strongest blade-like fusion before reaching the 40 damage mark at 36 damage and it breaks ore in 2 hits.
The silver boko horn which 100% counts as a blade-type does 41 damage on my sword and it breaks ore in 1 hit.
And this is where I found out that silver blades MUST have an ore multiplier… a silver boko horn fused to a torch does 33 damage, less than the Black lizal blade + Royal Sword (36) and the torch breaks ore in one hit.
The same silver weapons cannot break metal or wooden boxes in one-hit and requires 2. I’m still only talking about one-handed blades here and nothing else. Silver weapons MUST have a hidden ore multiplier.
How else could my 36 damage Black Lizal + Royal Sword need 2 hits but my 33 damage Silver Boko + Torch do it in only 1 hit?
So to wrap things up, it’s entirely pointless to use two-handed for ore if you have silver parts to spare. You mine WAAAAAYYYY faster with a one handed weapon, and because it swings and doesn’t jab—it even outclasses the a silver boko spear as a mining tool.

Hey, all. My mother-in-law (we'll call her Marianne) has become eligible for the NDIS after a stroke left her immobile and with post-stroke psychosis. Unfortunately, me and my partner (Elinor) both work full-time and are unable to be carers; Elinor's spoken with Marianne, who wants to see her daughter flourish rather than spending 10+ years giving her full time care.
Marianne's currently in 'transitional care' after leaving the hospital, and will be moving to a long-term care facility in a few months. The NDIS is amazing, and we're so grateful.
The issue me and Elinor are having is that, well, we're not sure what expectations to have of the NDIS and her carers. There's the possibility that this is fairly standard behavior... and there's also the possibility of care workers expecting Elinor to be a good daughter and help out as much as possible.
Elinor manages Marianne's money (and has for a long time), so it is expected that she'll be contacted if money's needed from her mother's account. That's fine.
But we've gotten calls from Marianne - not the carer - informing us that she 'can't find her credit card'. Elinor's asked to speak to the carer, let them know that they used her credit card the day before to buy groceries, and they've said they still can't find it, and asked one of us can leave work and drive over with cash. There's other stuff, as well - Marianne often calls when she's delusional and disoriented, saying she's been 'left alone', and Elinor has to remind her that there's a carer in the room with her, she just can't see them. The carers have also had Elinor purchase a lot of supplies - for example, she purchased incontinence pads out of her own pocket, as they hadn't ordered any and wouldn't be able to get any for two weeks. Assembling all the supplies she needed to live in the facility also fell on us (clothing, medication, etcetera.)
It's only been a few days. And while Elinor's a devoted daughter who loves her mother and visits often, she can't keep dropping everything to run errands for carers or take calls. We've both got careers.
What's the best response here? Are we having extra responsibilities foisted onto us because they know they we'll help, or is it a case of 'if we don't fix these problems, nobody will?'

I love Ted Lasso. It’s one of the best things ever to grace a screen. Season 3 for me was a mixed bag, a bit of a mess but still a joyful piece of telly.
I don’t see why the final episode had to be the one where they had to wrap everything up perfectly, tie every loose end, do every callback, fix every issue and include every bit part. I get it’s the last ever episode but at least leave some things to the imagination?
It’s wonderfully clever, super meta yet for me it was exhausting, cheesy and forced, all of that could have been spread over the last 3-4 episodes.
Also the green screening was dreadful. Writing wise, apart from the details, was all over the place, felt like a completely different writer had rewritten it.
Despite that I just wanted to say it’s been great reading all the threads on these 3 seasons, the lovers and haters, the frustrated, the disappointed and the amazing deconstruction and post rationalised theories. So much intelligent conversation and debate

It’s wonderfully clever, super meta yet for me it was exhausting, cheesy and forced, all of that could have been spread over the last 3-4 episodes.
Also the green screening was dreadful. Writing wise, apart from the details, was all over the place, felt like a completely different writer had rewritten it.
Despite that I just wanted to say it’s been great reading all the threads on these 3 seasons, the lovers and haters, the frustrated, the disappointed and the amazing deconstruction and post rationalised theories. So much intelligent conversation and debate

It's my second playthrough and since the first was quite easy except first hours of JoH, I turned on all trials except the approval one. This time around the whole JoH was WTF. As a Knight Enchanter I tried my best to use Fade Cloak and Fade Step whenever possible, but very often just casting one spell can get me killed. Pre-dlc he could face tank anything, but I didn't expect even with constant full barrier I can get one-shot by Hakkonite SHIELDERS. Brutes, fine, but those people with a shield? I didn't have the chance to use Spirit Blade at all once started assaulting the temple. I could only jump around shooting Energy Barrage, only dropping Fire Mines once in a while.
Perhaps I shouldn't have used S&S Iron Bull as tank, by he doesn't seem to be the problem. 90% times my inquisitor dies before him for an attack I didn't even see coming, like the archers weren't even looking at my direction, next second I took an arrow, frozen and already dead.
I wonder how much Take It Slow contributes to the difficulty. Both runs I have a mix of Tier 3, 4 gear, but the first time I was at lv26 and second at probably lv 22. Enemies are always lv 26.
