I am encountering a frustrating issue with Grand Theft Auto V and the Rockstar Launcher, and I'm desperately seeking some guidance and assistance from the community. I hope someone here can help me resolve this problem.
The issue I'm facing is that whenever I try to launch Grand Theft Auto V through theSteam, I am not greeted with any error message but the game quits and rockstar launcher closes. I have tried multiple solutions I found online, but none of them seem to work. This problem has left me scratching my head, wondering what I might be missing.
Here are a few details that might be helpful in diagnosing the problem:
Platform: I am playing on PC, using the Steam to launch the game.
Error Message: Game quits after launching ,not showing in the task manager.
Troubleshooting Steps: I have already attempted a few troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the game, verifying the game files, updating the Rockstar Launcher, and checking for any conflicting software,updating drivers,updating windows and such. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue so far.
If anyone has experienced a similar problem or knows of any possible solutions, I would be incredibly grateful for your input. Any suggestions, workarounds, or steps to take would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if there are any specific error codes or logs I should be looking for to provide more accurate information, please let me know.
I have enjoyed playing Grand Theft Auto V for a long time, and it's disheartening to encounter such an obstacle. I believe that with the help of this fantastic gaming community, we can find a solution together.

Ok so in MyLeauge everytime I add in expansion teams they have their starting 5 play 48 minutes no matter WHAT while the bench gets 0 minutes.

So none of us are here solely to teach or to learn; really, we're more like a bunch of travelers passing along hearsay at the crossroads, hoping to pick up something useful.
Take everything with a grain of salt. Don't be afraid to share your concerns, thoughts, and questions. Test out claims and share your findings.
But most of all, stay curious.

Girlfriend and I are looking to move into an apartment together soon. She has a 3yo beagle/yorkie mix that doesn’t do very well when left home alone. I've recently moved into an apartment that was previously occupied for years by someone who was apparently very dirty and never cleaned anything, according to the maintenance supervisor. The place has also sat unoccupied for the past 3.5 months before I moved in.
Upon moving in, I realized the garbage disposal had a layer of nasty black gunk and what looked like rust inside. It also smelled very badly like mold and maybe a bit rotten too. I've tried the various common tricks over the past week such as ice/salt, baking soda and vinegar, citrus peels, etc. At times it seems the smell has gotten better, but it usually comes back. And the layer of gunk is still there.
In this situation, is it worth trying to further take the disposal apart and clean it, or is this a situation where I should just replace the whole thing? Unfortunately, the management company has refused to do much about it themselves.

What is the overall better program in terms of environment, coop, course load, and Uni life? Can anyone list pros and cons if you know about these programs or are currently enrolled? I don’t mind commuting or living on campus, just want to know what’s the better option academically and socially.

There are a lot of options and I have absolutely 0 clue what to get. The cars I am currently considering are the following:

Essentially, the bottom line is: Over 200HP (0-60 preferably would be under 6 secs)

I am so confused right now about what to do with my 5 week old baby after feeds. We've been struggling with an uptick in spit up and gas, so we followed our pediatrician's initial advice to keep him upright for 20/30 minutes after a feed (among other things).
The problem is that he always falls asleep in that time. Today, during our follow-up appointment, the doctor said that his spit-up seems to be just standard baby stuff and that, if anything, letting the baby always fall asleep in our arms will build habits that are painful to break. So the doctor recommends we put him in the bassinet when he is drowsy immediately after trying to burp him.
I started trying to do that today but it feels so wrong. Inevitably the first 20 or so minutes in the bassinet are full of him spitting up while fussing in his sleep. I feel so bad about it, but I also don't want to send him down a path where there will be issues with sleep habits later.
So do I pick him up every time he starts to spit up, even if he is sleeping, and start the awake cycle again? Do I just say screw it and hold him like I have been? Is the laying down spit up not that dramatic and it's just my mom hormones making me feel like a monster?
Has anyone else dealt with this balance?

Most of my abuse was during childhood... And I was a bit of a functional (?) alcoholic most of my teenage and young adult years and only recently started being mostly sober.
Alcohol, alongside my own toxic positivity- never really telling anyone about my abuse- seems to have led me to today: where I don't seem to have clear memories of childhood, especially childhood abuse, at all.
Little things will trigger brief memories and painful or nauseating sensations for me.. but I'd just grab a drink and stay busy with work and friends and exercise. I have a good job, friends, partner, etc. It's usually easy to just focus on the present to restore myself. I'd been sent to therapists, counselors, psychiatrists etc before but just talk my way out of it by saying I'm good.
I do sort of regret that approach now. There are things about my life I wish could be better. I still have disturbed sleep. I do feel in my head most days, and end up having to overexercise every day or work or have a drink to stay positive.
I feel like therapy could help. But everytime I think about it, I just feel like it's too late to do therapy. My memories are so clouded. Especially for years I've explained away my injuries and childhoods with half-truths to divert attention away from them.
Really, the only things I seem to actually remember these days is having been kicked a few times very hard. I have a few weirdly shaped ribs... I got a few missing adult teeth. Having boiled water poured on me where the burn marks still are. Getting so hungry I often overate free restaurant mints and now feel nauseous at the scent of mints.
Basically there's some evidence that helps me with my memory but I don't fully remember the entire argument, or how old I was, or what I was even doing.
I am nervous to do therapy because I fear I'll have nothing to really say, nor really understand how to explain myself to another person in a productive way. And all it'd do is reopen wounds that are mostly patched to the point that I'm mostly functional today.
I guess I'm just curious how people deal with therapy so late in life, and whether it's worth it at all

What is the correct way to show marginal effects plots for predicted probabilities for imbalanced outcome data?
There is a negative class and a positive class. The positive class is only 10% of the data.
For a given marginal effects plot (where I have one independent variable with 3 values, the marginal effects plot for the predicted probability of being the positive class is 8%, 19%, and 22%). These predicted probabilities seem low if we assume the data is balanced, but since the data is imbalanced (only 10% are positive), these predicted probabilities seem greater, if I am making sense.
What is the correct way to show these plots, given the outcome data is imbalanced? Should I leave it as is when showing it to others or normalize it in some way?

Hi all,
We are a at a loss here and reaching out for the community's help and collective experiences. Our rabbit (2 years old, female holland lop, spayed) was healthy her entire life up until a couple months ago. Like most rabbits, she was a voracious eater - she would nibble on hay every hour and would never turn down vegetables or treats.
Two months ago, she started to show a lack of interest in vegetables and then did not eat as much hay as usual. We took her to our vet, that specializes in exotic animals, and they diagnosed her with overgrown teeth. Her teeth were jagged and apparently cutting into her gums and making it uncomfortable for her to eat. The vet trimmed her teeth, sent us on our way with some pain meds, and within three days she was seemingly back to normal.
Fast forward two weeks and the same issues begin to appear. Lack of interest in food, little to no interest in water. We put her on critical care and force fed her through a syringe. No improvement for a week. We took her back to the vet. They do X rays and bloodwork, and everything comes back fine. Their best guess was she was teetering on the edge of GI statis. They sent us home with the usual GI statis meds (we are very familiar with GI statis).
For the last three weeks, we have been administering the GI statis meds, giving her critical care and strongly encouraging her to eat. Some days are better than others, but in general she is somewhat lethargic, is generally uninterested in both food or water, and does not poop enough (50-100 at most). She doesn't appear to be in pain but I know rabbits will hide their pain. On most days, she still runs around, plays with the other bun and is alert. It really is different from day-to-day - a couple days ago she devoured lettuce, and then the next day she has no interest in vegetables and would only nibble o treats and some hay.
I've never heard of a rabbit taking weeks to recover from GI statis. At this point, my best guess is that the teeth are still causing her issues (the vet looked at her teeth during the second visit and said they looked fine) or there is some larger issue that is not showing up on the xrays.
Has anyone ever had a situation like this? If it's been three weeks and she's still not eating normally, can I rule out GI statis at this point? We've made a third appointment for later this week but hoping someone's personal experience can shed some light on what the issue may be.

After the finale, what happens to the deal they had with PGN? Can they still actually buy it? I assumed the 3 of them bought it in their personal capacity (and not as representatives of Waystar Royco since they were in a bidding war with Logan himself.) Is there a path forward where they can assume leadership roles there?

Need suggestions for long-term game for my friends and I.
Hello all, this is somewhat of a long post but trying to solve a dilemma in my closest group of friends (3 guys with families and kids). I wanted to ask for recommendations for a cooperative game that fits the following criteria:

1. We can individually progress at our own pace.
   
2. We can share success with each other, i.e. the ability to share gear, resources, etc.
   
3. Require us to work cooperatively to accomplish massive in-game goals.
   

Also, specific quirks of the 3 individuals involved:
Person 1 - doesn’t like vertical progression
Person 2 - doesn’t like being forcibly progressed and likes to earn things generally on his own right, but is ok with sharing resources
Person 3 - generally only available when his young child is asleep (mid afternoons; evenings)
We’re aware of big name titles, like WoW, New World, FFXIV, Baldurs Gate, Diablo IV and even more niche ones like Star Citizen, Mortal Online II, and Albion Online. Just want to see what else is out there that people have found work really well for a group of friends that have limited time for gaming together and want to fill that space with meaningful experiences. So basically I was wondering if someone who has an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from the US and a couple of years of work experience would be able to find a decent job is they chose to Aliyah.
What career options would someone have, what is the job market looking like for someone with this degree, is being a Chef or cooking full time something someone can survive on financially, etc?
