So last week on Friday I went down to McDonald's to pick up my paycheck everything went well and the manager (same bitchy one) told me if "i wasn't gonna go to work today" and I told her no because I have late night classes and that I would be happy to work on sunday she said oh it's okay fats forward to monday and my sister (also works at McDonalds) got sick and she has to give the manager a doctors notice and apparently when she went in there to see if I work they allegedly took my name off the schedule now I'm not sure if this is false or true seeing as my sister is a bit of a liar sometimes to annoy me but if it's true then it makes no fucking sense as to why they took my name off I didn't do nothing wrong on my last shift I was doing pretty decent and plus I was fast and hardworking I didn't do any mistakes I seriously hope this doesn't get me fired since this is the ONLY job available in my small boring town besides working at the grape vineyards during the summer but that's only seasonal from around April to early november, anyways has anyone ever experienced their name being taken off the schedule even though they were doing good?

used to live in my car for 5+ years. For the past year or so I have had a room I am renting... and there have been several issues with neighbors and parking and the area I live in.
I am renting a room in a house for about $500 a month. The neighborhood is pretty low class and mainly black community.... The neighborhood is "bad". You can visible see people driving in circles or trying to sell drugs (Don't see it but hear people talk about it), and literally SEE prostitutes walking from car to car....
I mainly stay in my room or go out for work or groceries and stay inside beside that.... So I usually don't have issues.
So today I had an issue with 5 people...here is what happened.
I was at a grocery close to home. A woman was berating and yelling at her kids. (That crazy stuff like "shut up' and " I'm gonna beat the sh** out of you"). Now I couldn't even hear the kid talk. So I spoke up (Because the watch, listen, and take a video for youtube approach is what is wrong with the world). I told her she shouldn't yell at her kids. if you you are going to yell at, abuse, mistreat, and treat a child like they are a burden when they depend on you, YOU are the problem. Anyways she and hr friend started yelling and saying it's non of my business - which it is my business because you are in a public place acting like you want to assault your own child - and then they woman says she is gonna beat me up if I don't shut up so I take out my phone and record her. Basically a lot of yelling until the employees get them away from me.
NEXT in the parking lot some random guy in a black car shouts "Suck my d***" and makes a hand motion and drives off... Don't know what that is about...
NEXT I get home and park my car. I park a few houses - like 6 or 7 because there is construction going on near my house making it so I can't park there -
Another 2 different women this time. One drives up and asks me why I was parking there and why I always park there and I tell her. She say NO and acts like I am lying because I have parked there for like a month or 2. I haven't parked in front of that house specifically but I have parked in front of other houses and that house again because the construction people keep their stuff out and only work like once a week and never seem to get done... So when they start getting in my face (I don't know why people like to get in people's faces and yell). I take out my phone and record.... They continue and say thing that would seem to insinuate that they might do something to me or my car. They say they will call the police. I wait a bit until they are just sitting on their car and then I end the recording and call the police. make it brief and ask them to tell these people I can park wherever I want. Police comes and tells them I can park there.
NOW ALL OF THIS WITHIN A 2 HOUR TIME FRAME in ONE DAY....
Now I have had issues before but nothing like this. I have had some guy following my car and then when I stop and start following him he stops and tells me he thought I was suspicious and not to drive around here because "sh** be going down".... I also called the police and reported that after recording it for like 5 minutes but they didn't fight so I called police and reported that something could be happening there.
Now aside from that there hasn't been much. One time a few people were arguing loudly like they wanted to fight each other... and like I said you hear people ask if you want drugs or see prostitutes walking around....
But this is the first time so much has happened in one day...
... I have been thinking a long time about moving out and just living in my car... which is actually safer because you can park in more well established areas...
What do you suppose I should do?

Well, what would you know, it's me again. Back again for the next instalment in this series. Today is the turn of Parkour Warrior, and as games are announced today (which, by the way, what? Why the SG logo on Build Mart, why everything, it's so confusing), and after all, with it being MCC Scuffed, let's go back to the roots of this series, and make a "really bad" remix.

One of the main things about Parkour Warrior in it's new form, is speed. You literally race against the clock in order to complete the course in time. So, how about we give a little help.
One of the main things participants do is just stopping, and not moving. That doesn't seem productive, if you're trying to go forward, so we fix it. From now on, players are sprinting forward at all times. Doesn't matter if you aren't touching the W key, or whatever key bind, your character will still be moving forwards. It's up to you to adapt to this new way of playing, where you pretty much just have to full send on every jump, because there's no real way that you can't.
So, let's see who can play well like this, and come out on top. For such a simple remix, it could cause a lot of upsets, which is always interesting to watch.

 | Verizon recently released an article titled “Verizon continues to upgrade Atlanta’s best network” and in it they mentioned Hiram was getting a small cell. I found it today, and it’s in a very interesting location. As you can see in the second and third photos, there’s a macro with Verizon on it very close and there’s another macro in the opposite direction very close as well. I’m curious why they chose this particular spot when there’s several areas nearby with very poor signal and unusable data due to Verizon not being on existing macros that AT&T, T-Mobile and Dish are on. Heya folks! Gonna try to keep this one short, but here's a TLDR: Got a great offer for a company that thinks I am currently employed, I actively lied about it because I was anxious. Will it be an issue? If yes, should I come clean?
Essentially, around two months ago my access was revoked at my old job (Company A). Initially I was not sure why, but after about a month they let me know it was due to an idle script I had on my machine. The script had not been used for over a year. Additionally, I could never use it due to the execution policy. I simply forgot to delete it. I explained that to them, after which they said they were going to be looking into my past pay/hours billed, and potentially involving legal.
It was at this point I realized that they wanted me gone. It was a long time coming. The job was exhausting. I was very burnt out, non-communicative, and not very useful to my team. So, I quit. They dropped the issue, of course, confirming my suspicions.
However, in the time between my access cut-off and my resignation I had started looking for jobs. I figured I might as well be applying while I can still say I'm employed. A position opened up with a local company I have always really wanted to work for. Let's call them Company B.
I applied to Company B before I quit Company A, so they have information stating that I still work there. Every interview I had with Company B, I had spoken as though I was still employed with Company A, I was too nervous to say I had quit. Fast forward to today, I got a job offer from Company B. They told me to give proper notice and everything, and I fumbled my opportunity to come clean and lied about it, telling them something along the lines of "Sure, but they might just let me go."
I feel really horrible about it, as I am usually a very transparent person. I am also terribly nervous that this will come up in the background check, as my last day was over a month ago.
Does this seem like something that will get my offer rescinded? Should I come clean about it to try and make sure it is not rescinded?
I really appreciate any advice, as this is sort of a "dream job" for me.

So, I've been very busy in the intervening weeks since I posted the original and second versions of my conky script. Today, I got my mind blown out of the blue (Pardon the pun!) by a redditor from Uruguay who had modified version 2 of my script to suit his/her needs and sent me a screenshot! AWESOME! I am so honored and truly glad that my efforts have inspired someone else! In light of this, I figured I should probably post an update since my script has changed so much since then. It's still blues and golds, but everything else has changed! I am now on major version 5 of the script, which, as you can see, is now 2 conkys! I now have hard drive temperatures working thanks to hwmon! (No hddtemp needed! (It's done via smart control I think.) Find the hard drive temps in your hwmon directory. If they aren't there, search for how to "add hard drive temperature to hwmon". If you already have a conky running, you will likely need to edit the hwmon addressing once the hard drive(s) thermal monitors are added to your sensors list via sensors-detect, as it changed most of them on mine after it added my 2 drive temps. A minor hassle in trade for the drives temp info! Speaking of sensors, it (sensors/sensors-detect) apparently does not see my case fan for some reason. Be sure to search for your specific mainboard model and "sensor info". You should be able to find a file and command to run that will add the correct common names for all of the detected devices on the mainboard instead of just fan1 in your sensors report. Very nice! My current "projects" are to try to optimize my code, because it's been an edit-fest lately. Caught about a half dozen duplicate font commands just this morning! I'm not pretending it's perfect, but it currently reports no errors when I run it from the terminal, so, YAY! I want to dynamically resize the bottom of the ramtopconky when there's less than 12 hosts connected. That's the top item on my "I wish I knew how to do that" list! Rather than write a book about what else I've done, here's all of the info/requirements/scripts: I am using different fonts than the previous version. Bear in mind that I am using some voffsets to adjust for some font wierdness, so this conky will likely not look good at all if you do not have these fonts installed and/or haven't done some pretty heavy editing to realign everything! :) The fonts used are as follows:

I have a 2017 Sorento that has been plagued with the oil consumption issue. I’m the original owner and it’s still under the power train warranty. After lots of back and forth with different dealerships I finally took it back to the original dealership I bought it from (2 hours away) and they started the oil consumption program.
I did the oil change, drove 1,000 miles, came back and was 3 quarts low. Dealership said they needed to submit a request via the Kia tech line which ended up taking 3 days to hear back from. Since I live 2 hours away I had to get a rental while I waited, but luckily it was approved for the overnight cleaning. After that I drove another 1,000 miles and brought the car back. It was still burning about 2.5 quarts so they said they would submit another request through the tech line.
After a week of hearing nothing I finally called the dealership and asked what was going on. They told me that they heard back, but that they requested some more tests be done, pictures taken, and it just takes time before they give any approval for an engine replacement. It’s now been two weeks so I called again. Again they say that they’re waiting to hear back from the tech line.
So I called Kia corporate today to complain and ask about reimbursement for a loaner as the dealership says they won’t provide a loaner until work has been authorized. The Kia customer service rep told me that the dealership hadn’t even opened up a tech line case yet. I’m obviously confused by this as the dealership has told me twice now that they’re waiting to hear back. I tried calling the dealership and of course get ghosted by the service advisor twice.
Before I call out the dealership for lying, is there anything I could be missing here? Is there some way they did open a tech line case but Kia customer service couldn’t see it? How would you all proceed? The dealership is closed now so I’ll call again in the morning.

Today's morning count was 16, a grim harbinger of things to come. The street is mostly shut down as the paving crew continues its work, which at this point means making the bike lane more accessible to cars.
The afternoon count was "only" 81, of which only one was a cop car. By some fluke of luck, there was a three-block stretch near the beginning with exactly 0 cars in it, which was paradise. That bit includes a weird little quirk that I've never really understood: at an intersection, the bike lane cuts into the concrete island between the access road and the main road, and then on the other side of the intersection cuts back out into its normal line. (I don't know why they built it that way. As far as I can tell, the only real effect it has is to bring cyclists and pedestrians into closer contact in cross-traffic, to the detriment of both.) I heard a theory the other day about Mihawk previously being on Shanks' crew and I just want to talk about it for a minute. Obviously, how and why he came to be a Warlord with no crew is a hot topic, but given his close friendship and rivalry with Shanks as well as the rest of his crew it would make so much sense for Mihawk to have previously been a member of the Red Hair Pirates. Shanks wanted to merry about making a name for himself while Mihawk wanted to become the strongest swordsman - their paths were different and in the end they argued and duelled but eventually decided to go their separate ways etc. Also, if you think about it, Shanks doesn't really have a swordsman on his crew - yet he has two shooters. You could argue that he was a swordsman himself so it wasn't necessary but going with my gut I think it's the position that Mihawk occupied before leaving to chase his goal.

My Kickstarter campaign was approved this morning! This will be my third Kickstarter but my first book project. I'm learning a lot about how to launch and market a book. I'm sending out into the world the longest piece I've written and I think the one that I find most literarily respectful.
Depending on what I learn, I may then kickstart my second completed book next fall, which is a shorter peice and is a romance novel. I feel the romance novel will have more success because of the genre. This is why even though I like the book I'm kickstarting now more, I'm using it as a test because it's market appeal is just much smaller. I hope to post updates about how everything is going as the campaign progresses.
Of note, I made my first TikTok today! I posted some scrolling text from the physical book along with a popular song, one that was recommended by the youths around me. I have a lot to learn about what makes a good book TikTok but I have time to to try.

Dalmatian Coast Expanded Into, Breaking Previous No-Expansion Policy
Piemontisi Speaks For Expansion And About Coming Administration Changes
By Gina Dionisotti:Breaking his previous policy of stopping any and all expansions, First Minister Filippo Piemontisi has announced today, via the media, of a major new expansion along the Dalmatian coast, incorporating the communities living along this mountainous strip of land into the Grand Principality. These communities, having been formerly part of the old Kingdom of Dalmatia under the Austrian Empire, have received the oncoming annexation warmly, and many see the KIB as liberators.
Whilst brief Bosnian control of the lands little affected the citizens of the many lordships and dukedoms of the newly-annexed area, to be incorporated into a new region of ‘West Bosnia’, the poor soils and lack of fertile plains had always meant that the peoples of the area were particularly poor. Some of the sailors from the coast have been known to raid smaller cargo ships heading for the port of Nova Rijeka, with one condition of the expansion being the cessation of these activities. The confederation of all of these little countries, called the ‘Illyrian Confederation’ and centred in the largest city-state of Gospić, overwhelmingly backed this annexation. Once the Parliament and the Grand Prince backed the policy, it was passed on the 5th March, and so the formal annexation took place on the 24th March at Midnight. Once the clocks ticked over to the 25th, today, these areas became annexed.
Glavan has not yet commented on the expansion plans, but it has been known that Piemontisi has wished to expand into these southern areas for some time, in order to build up the size of the KIB, and has been routinely prevented so by the Overlord. He has feared the ill-effects of these larger expansions, as seen in the major demands for German autonomy within the wider Federational movement, to be granted autonomy to levels close to or higher than in Friul-Istria at this moment. These has been noted as quite unpopular in the Friul-Istria region, which this paper serves, and mildly so in many areas outside of Kranjska & Stajerška, where the vast majority of these Germans live. With these fears, Piemontisi has promised ‘administrative reform’.
Though information is scant so far, it is definitely known that the three regions of Osnovna Hrvatska, Kranjska & Stajerška, and the Bilogorje are to be reorganised into more cohesive and rational blocs, with more self-rule to be granted to citizens from the current region of Osnovna Hrvatska. As of present, it is directly ruled from Zagreb, previously Karlovac before 1999, but this grip is likely to loosen in the near future. Piemontisi has been expected to unveil these new plans in May or June, before much of the legislature breaks up for the summer, so it will likely be then that plans will be produced for the public.
For now, though, the main thing is that a new region, West Bosnia is being created, that more land and peoples are to be annexed into the KIB, and that the power of the KIB is growing. May glory come to us all.

A few years ago I worked at this strange American Eagle store not that far outside my home town. I was short on money and figured the job would be fun considering my love for fashion. During my first week there I was informed by one of the employees (who we’ll call Dave) about a creepy painting in the far back near the changing rooms. Dave advised me not to look at it for too long and to pretend it’s not even there. I found this a little unsettling at first but ultimately forgot about it. In my mind I figured Dave was just a jokester and was trying to scare me for his pure amusement. A few weeks later another employee (who we shall call Kate) started to talk about the painting during our lunch break. I laughed thinking her and Dave were pranking me or something but her face turned icy and cold. “Don’t believe me, then look for yourself!,” she said before getting up for the bathroom. I was intrigued so out of pure curiosity I walked over to the back where they both told me it would be. I haven’t really had the need to go back there yet so this was the first time I saw it. The painting was of a man walking his dog. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I stared at it and shook my head. I was a little disappointed. I went to walk away but this chill ran down my spine that made me turn around. The dog that was once on a leash held by the man, was now walking freely with his teeth in a snarl. The man himself seemed to be looking into my soul. My lunch break was soon over and I tried not to think about the painting and how it seemed to change by itself. At the end of my work shift, before heading home, I decided to check it out once more. To my surprise the dog was back on its leash and looked as happy as ever. That’s when my eyes jumped up to where the man was. He was smiling with all his teeth showing. He was not like this before. His eyes looked to be the darkest shade of gray and he was holding the dogs leash with just one finger. I closed my eyes trying to remember if this was what it originally looked like but my gut told me to keep my eyes closed. I started to hear shuffling in one of the changing rooms closest to me. The only ones left in the store were me and Kate. I said her name out loud hoping to god that she was the one I was hearing. There was no response. A cold breeze washed over my face. I squeezed my eyes shut even tighter out of fear. After what seemed like hours I opened my eyes. I let out a gasp as I looked at the painting in front of me. I know this is going to sound crazy but you have to believe me. The painting in front of me was of an old women holding a basket of flowers with a bright smile on her face. She seemed to be smiling back at me. I ran over to Kate who I knew would believe me and told her what had happened. She nodded and said, and I quote, “It does that”. I asked her why they don’t just take it down and she froze. Her eyes started to tear up and she looked over my shoulder. I don’t know what it is she saw and I guess I’ll never know, because at that very moment I grabbed my jacket, phone, and car keys, and walked out the door. I know it sounds like a bitch move, but by the look In Kate’s eyes it wasn’t her that was in trouble. I waited in the parking lot to make sure Kate got out ok before driving off. I quit a few days later. Those last few days I avoided the painting with great ease. That is, until Dave asked me to get a few hangers from the back. I hesitated but decided it wasn’t that big of a deal. As soon as I made my way to the back I halted to a stop. The painting was gone. I asked Kate and Dave about it and they both looked at me confused. “What painting?,” Dave asked tilting his head. I stared at him in shock. I looked over to Kate for her help but she seemed just as confused as Dave was. I begged them both to tell me they were kidding but they seemed really adamant on the fact that there was no such painting. A month later I came to the store with my little cousin to get her some clothes for the summer. I let her do her thing and looked around the place. Come to find out Kate quit shortly after I left without any explanation. Dave however was still folding clothes in the mens section. I walked over to him and we started catching up. My little cousin signaled that she was done and I said goodbye to Dave. However, as soon as I turned to leave he grabbed my arm firmly. I looked at him with a raised eyebrow. He pulled me close and whispered something in my ear that I’ll never forget. “It waits for you in the back”. He then dropped my arm and picked up another shirt to fold. I slowly walked away and headed for the cashier, but something pulled me over to that back area. Maybe it was curiosity or maybe it was pure stupidity. When I got there I was met face to face with with the painting. It was just black. A black background in a frame on a wall. I looked at it contemplating whether or not I should inspect it. That’s when my cousin ran up to me with all her clothes in hand. She turned to see what I was looking at and smiled. “What a nice painting of a man and his dog.,” she said. My stomach dropped. I pulled her by her arm and quickly paid for the clothes. We got the hell out of there as fast as we could. Its been a little over 3 years now but the whole situation still makes me nauseous. I haven’t and will never go back to the place because I never, and I mean NEVER, want to see the painting in the back again.

Also played some fortnite with a special redditor, he kicked my ass tho. Nearly threw my mouse into the monitor at some point ngl… I still had fun tho :) I know I could probably call him a much better name lmao, but i love to mess with him.
I didn’t really do some other shit besides going to sleep at 9 PM. I went to fucking sleep at 9 last night, idek how that happens. I got my tax returns back, I don’t think I mentioned that. Used some of it to go on a little shopping spree. Also thought about some shit I could use this account for. I thought it could be fun if I recorded videos or something like that.
OH, I also bought the resident evil 4 remake today. I’m way behind in my fucking games catalog, but I know I’d love to play it sometime. Maybe it’s a good thing that I don’t play as much games as I used to. I went kinda crazy on that during the beginning of Covid.

Hello again everyone, I bring you another installment of my Living with WeskerBeard tales. There's a few new pop up characters, they aren't a major part of the story, I'll mention them as and when they turn up.
Last time I had managed to get WeskerBeard to tidy most of his room and the cupboard under the stairs. It was nice to sit, on the uncomfortable bed, and look across the room at the work we had done.
I turned and watched WB as he rapidly jabbed buttons on his PS controller. I again aimed to spark up a conversation with him as he stared at the screen.
Me: This looks kind of interesting, what is it?
WeskerBeard stared at the screen not answering me. I waited a little before asking again.
Me a little louder: WeskerBeard... WB: Oh, yeah, what is it babe?
Me: I was wondering what you was playing? It looks kind of interesting with the Greek Mythology stuff going on in it.
WB: It's God of War 3... he said trailing off as a QTE took his attention.
I watched as he fought with Gorgons and Minotaurs, the game did catch my interest, I love Mythological stories and the beasties.
WB excitedly: The Medusa don't wear any tops and they come at you with their boobs out and freeze you. Come to think of it you might not like the game, there's a lot of boobs in it babe.
Me: Well they are in ancient Greece where its warm, and in Mythology they're usually depicted without, so the lack of tops isnt that much of a bother to me.
WB: I thought you didn't like that sort of thing.
Me: I said I didn't like unnecessary nudity and/ or sex in things.
Before WeskerBeard could continue the door to his room opened. Without a knock, in walked JudgyBeard holding his own PS3 game.
JB: This isn't a bad time is it?
WB: No I was just telling Sapph about God of War 3 wasn't I babe.
Now readers you might be thinking that I am exaggerating with the amount of times he says 'babe' to me in these stories, but I really aren't. WB was like a discount Duke Nukem from Wish. He called me it to the point I was concerned I would one day turn into a pig. Any way I digress,

WB: No, I'll play it now, I just saved my game.
I scooted further towards the foot end of the bed as JB sat down and made himself comfortable between us. I grabbed my laptop and started browsing and talking on Facebook.
Again the bedroom door opened and in crawled ManiaBeard. He looked over at the three of us, scowling as he pulled himself onto his bed. He turned on his TV and almost as if he was competing, turned up his volume.
WB: Turn that down, I can't hear my game.
MB: I can't hear my show.
WB: Turn. It. Down ManiaBeard.
MB: I'll turn mine down When you turn yours down.
JB: You two don't need to argue, WB yours is a little loud, maybe turn it down a little bit? I'm sure when you do ManiaBeard will turn his down... (getting cut off).
Again the door opened, this time it slammed against the wall near the foot of ManiaBeard's bed. Ragebaby stood seething in the doorway.
RB: ManiaBeard turn that TV down, I can hear it in my room.
MB whining: I can't hear it over WB's TVeeee.
WB to MB: I can't hear my game over your stupid TV. You're the one who came up here and started being lou...
RB: Both of you turn the f*cking things down, or I'll smash them myself.
WeskerBeard, while glaring at RageBaby, reluctantly turned down his TV. I looked over the top of my laptop screen, catching ManiaBeard smirking like he had won something. The smirk soon disappeared as RB took a step closer to the foot of his bed.
RB: Well are you going to turn it down?
Hog shouting from downstairs: What's all the banging and shouting about?
RB shouting: These two won't turn their TVs down.
WB whining while shouting: I have turned mine down, it's ManiaBeard who won't turn his down.
MB: I can't hear my shoooooow, WB's game is too loud.
WB: I already turned it down.
Hog shouting again still downstairs: ManiaBeard, WeskerBeard turn your TVs down. RageBaby get out of their room and stop banging and shouting.
Ragebaby stood in the doorway as Maniabeard finally jabbed the volume down button on his controller. Once he was satisfied he turned, walked out of the room and slammed the door shut behind him.
ManiaBeard sat sulking on his bed, glaring at WB and JB when ever they talked about the game. As JudgyBeard would tell WeskerBeard what was coming up next in the game.
WeskerBeard's idea of playing Dark Souls was to unalive the minor enemies, reach a challenging part, get his behind handed to him and then...
WB handing over the controller: You're better at this sort of thing then I am.
JudgyBeard looked at the controller and interlocking his fingers, cracked his knuckles before giving them all a wiggle, like a crappy imitation of Jack Sparrow. He seemed to do this when he played his games, it was like a strange little pre-game ritual he had. Once this 'ritual' was complete, he took control of the character that he had made for WeskerBeard. After the hard part or boss had been dealt with, the controller was handed back and WeskerBeard continued playing until the next difficult part, rinse and repeat.
Dark Souls wasn't my cup of tea at the time, so I carried on chatting on Facebook. At the time I had a lot of Furry friends, I was introduced to furries when I was at school. I found them unsual but interesting and some were really nice to chat with, and online chatting helped build some confidence. It was just nice to talk to someone in general about things other than gaming and movies. (These will be referred to at a later date).
After a while JudgyBeard left the room and WeskerBeard went back on GoW3. Bored I decided I was going to go to bed.
The next morning I woke up and avoiding Satan's bathroom, went to use the toilet downstairs. The door was open so I carried on down towards it, but I stopped dead on the fourth step.
Not to digress, but to give you an idea of how small this room was. The room was approximately 2 maybe 3 ft wide, and about 6 ft long. Only the toilet and a small basin sat in there.
So back to where I was, frozen on the fourth step. I tried backing away slowly, but just like the Trex on Jurassic Park, my movements caught her attention.
Hog walked out of the small room completely naked. Her large drooping stomach hanging low... not low enough though as a whispy nest of grey, matted hair poked out from under it. I was at a complete loss for words. She made NO attempt to cover anything, she just stood in the doorway looking at me on the stairs, her nose scrunched up, which pulled up her top lip.
Hog: I thought I heard someone out there.
Me scramblingfor words: I... Sorry... I thought the toilet was empty... The... I saw the door was open.
I kept trying to look in any and all directions as she held her weight against the doorframe.
Hog coming out into the hallway more: I'll be done soon, I'm just having a strip wash. Is someone in the bathroom?
Me: No, I'll just... I said backing up a few more steps.
As I walked off upstairs I turned around hearing a noise. I wish I hadn't turned, as what I saw was Hog's behind, her almost grey coloured skin wiggling with every shuffling step she took into the kitchen.
Hog: Trotter, come scrub my back, I can't reach.
Trotter from somewhere in the other room: Give me a minute.
I mortified and defeated, retreated to the bathroom upstairs, avoiding sitting on the seat as best I could.
Later that day, around afternoon time the house emptied of most of its residents, it was payslip day for half of the residents. WeskerBeard was feeling amorous and used the fact the others had gone out to his advantage. I said if he cleaned his equipment before use I would be willing, so at the idea of getting something out of cleaning, he did.
As he was doing his thing the door to his room, without a knock, opened. I was quick enough to not be seen, but WeskerBeard was caught member in hand. Lodger's friend, Weedy, backed out apologising as he closed the door. Mood completely dead and red in the face I told WB to leave it.
WB: Buuut baaabe no one's in...
Me: I'm not continuing when people just barge in.
WB in a huff got his stuff together before going out and seeing what Weedy had wanted. He had wanted to borrow a PS3 game, and had gotten more than he'd bargained for.
WeskerBeard skulked off out the room again, his footsteps disappearing downstairs. After a few minutes he came back up and handed me a letter.
The letter was from the Job centre, they had found me a place of work at a charity shop, not far from where I lived.
WB: What's that?
Me happily: The Job Center found me a placement.
WB: You got a job?
Me: Yeah it's at X shop in NP shopping centre.
WB: I had a job in NP shopping center.
I was a little surprised by this statement, he had never mentioned it before. I looked at him and asked,
Me: You did? Which shop?
WB: Home Bargins, I only worked there for a day.
Me: A day?
WB: Yeah I quit because they wanted me to turn cans so the brand name was facing outwards.
He said this imitating himself quarter turning an imaginary can, as if to give me a visual demonstration as to what he was asked to do.
Me: But that's easy...
WB: It was boring, I could be home playing games but they wanted me to do that?.... No thanks.
Me: Well I start next week for a couple of weeks. Hopefully I might get something out of the end of it.
WB: I wouldn't bother but if you want to I can't stop you babe.
The week rolled on fairly uneventfully as was the norm. Hog tried to tell me I was allowed to help myself to food from the cupboard or drinks from the fridge, but if I attempted to, RageBaby would accuse me of stealing, so I never did and would often ask WeskerBeard to fetch me something if possible. If he was caught he was 'stealing' too.
I eventually started my placement at the charity shop, doing some work experience. On WeskerBeard's paydays he would come to NP shopping centre and visit the Grainger Games that was in there before haunting near the shop I worked in.
One day he came in, I wanted the floor to swallow me whole there and then. As WeskerBeard walked I noticed his toes, they were poking out of the bottom of his shoes. I looked at him as he wandered around the shop.
Me: WeskerBeard... what are you doing?
WB: Just looking at these old PS1 and 2 games you have out on the shelf.
Me quietly: Why don't you go and look at the shoe section, there's some nice cheap ones over there.
WB: I don't need shoes, you probably don't have my size in either babe.
Me: Yours are literally falling to bits, I saw your feet as you walked in. I'm sure there's some in your size.
WeskerBeard grumbled putting down the PS1 Who Wants to be Millionaire game down. He mooched over to the shoes. Lo-and-behold like I had said, he found a nice neat set of shoes in his size. He bought them and put them on.
Me: Do they fit OK?
WB: Yeah, they fit great thanks babe.
Me: Great now you can bin your old ones.
WB: What?
Me putting out other items: Theres a bin out there, you can put them in.
WB: Oh okay if I have too...
Me: They're knackered, just get rid of them.
WeskerBeard reluctantly did so, he lurked a little while longer before heading off home for the day.
I preferred to work upstairs in the storage room away from the people on the shop floor. It was nice and quiet, and another benefit was because I was sorting out the bags, I was allowed to set items of interest aside to buy for myself before it got to the floor.
Eventually after a few weeks, my time there was drawing to and end and WeskerBeard reminded me of the fact. I told him I was planning on staying on, if they'd let me. They did. WeskerBeard seemed shocked that I would ask to stay on. It didn't seem to compute with him that I was happy to work there.
WB: You don't need to go in now though.
Me: I know, but I want to. I like working in the storeroom...
I was cut off as the door opened and in walked Animeboy. He came in and sat himself on WB's bed.
WB: Hey AB I didn't know you was coming today.
AB: We talked about it the other day.
WB: I remember now, yeah I said you could stay over if you wanted to do some videos, the computer rooms been tidied up.
It came upto teatime, and although AB had been a regular at the house and they knew he was there, they left him without a meal. I know they weren't obligated to feed a guest to the house but this is a semi important note for later.
They watched some Let's Play videos, some more Bleach and other random stuff until later into the night, when AB mentioned he was feeling hungry.
WB: The take out is still open if you want to go there.
AB: Yeah, I might do I haven't eaten since dinner.
WB with a stupid laugh: I'll walk up there with you, never know when we get back Sapph might have a 3 way with us.
I glared at him snapping: I don't think so.
WB: OK babe, calm down I was just joking.
Me: You better be...
WB: I was. I'm going to Milo's pizza shop with AB, I won't be too long.
Me still annoyed by what he'd said: Fine, I'm going on my laptop, do you mind if I use that memory stick I found while we were tidying the other day?
Joking or not, WeskerBeard wasn't getting the 3 way he mentioned. I had no interest in that, especially with AB. He, 1) at the time had a girlfriend and, 2) bragged about going out with'multiple' girls he'd been with before, he was a real catch that one.
WB heading out: No you can use it if there's nothing on it.
I loaded up the laptop and stuck in the stick to check it out. There was things on it. Adult things. As Mick mentioned in his 2nd story one of the pictures was Gwen from Ben 10 looking barely legal if at all. I removed the stick and waited.
WB eventually coming back in: Hey baaaabe... what's up?
Me holding up the stick: What the Hell is this crap?
WB: A memory stick?
Me: Why the hell do you have Gwen on it?
WB: Oh that? It's an old picture and it's not like she's a kid in the picture.
Me: Delete it.
WB: But...
Me: Now, all of the pictures.
WB: But babe, some pictures I won't be able to find again.
Me: It goes or I go, I don't know where to but I will.
Weskerbeard took the stick and put it into the already loaded PS3. I watched as he removed everything from it.
AB: He must really like you, some of them pictures were rare.
Me: I don't care.
WB removing the stick: There, they're gone.
I took the stick from him and formatted it on my laptop for good measure. I put the stick to better use, I kept my stories I wrote on it until I got one with more room. I'm no top selling author but, I like to write its an nice little escape for me.
Now remember when I mentioned AB didn't get offered anything at teatime? Not long after he sat down to eat his pizza WB helped himself to a slice. The smell also drew in Ragebaby. He walked in to the room;
RB: If you don't eat all that, let me know.
AB: I probably will eat it, I was telling WB that I haven't eaten all day.
Ragebaby skulked off like the overweight vulture he was, disappointed that AB wasn't going to be giving him his food.
WB and AB eventually disappeared to do their videos. I stayed upstairs typing away until I ran out of ideas. I decided as it was getting late, I would go to bed.
I woke up later on as WB and AB came back into the room. WB lay down in front of me and I looked over as AB lay at the foot of the bed, his feet near WB's head.
Me: What are you doing?
WB: Going to bed, Animeboy usually sleeps up here.
Me: There's no room, why didn't you sort him somewhere to sleep?
AB pulling the blanket over himself: I'm OK like this.
This was a single bed. Cramped was an understatement. I was too tired to argue with them over sleeping arrangements. I rolled onto my side pushed against a wall and went to sleep again, uncomfortably. By the time I woke up in the morning AB had already left the house.
Well, I think I'll leave it here for now. Got to save some of that cringe for another day, and after living in the nest for around 2 years I still have some stored away for another day. Bye for now, and I hope to see you in Part 6 when I get around to it 😊

Last time I had managed to get WeskerBeard to tidy most of his room and the cupboard under the stairs. It was nice to sit, on the uncomfortable bed, and look across the room at the work we had done.
I turned and watched WB as he rapidly jabbed buttons on his PS controller. I again aimed to spark up a conversation with him as he stared at the screen.
Me: This looks kind of interesting, what is it?
WeskerBeard stared at the screen not answering me. I waited a little before asking again.
Me a little louder: WeskerBeard... WB: Oh, yeah, what is it babe?
Me: I was wondering what you was playing? It looks kind of interesting with the Greek Mythology stuff going on in it.
WB: It's God of War 3... he said trailing off as a QTE took his attention.
I watched as he fought with Gorgons and Minotaurs, the game did catch my interest, I love Mythological stories and the beasties.
WB excitedly: The Medusa don't wear any tops and they come at you with their boobs out and freeze you. Come to think of it you might not like the game, there's a lot of boobs in it babe.
Me: Well they are in ancient Greece where its warm, and in Mythology they're usually depicted without, so the lack of tops isnt that much of a bother to me.
WB: I thought you didn't like that sort of thing.
Me: I said I didn't like unnecessary nudity and/ or sex in things.
Before WeskerBeard could continue the door to his room opened. Without a knock, in walked JudgyBeard holding his own PS3 game.
JB: This isn't a bad time is it?
WB: No I was just telling Sapph about God of War 3 wasn't I babe.

AB: I probably will eat it, I was telling WB that I haven't eaten all day.
Ragebaby skulked off like the overweight vulture he was, disappointed that AB wasn't going to be giving him his food.
WB and AB eventually disappeared to do their videos. I stayed upstairs typing away until I ran out of ideas. I decided as it was getting late, I would go to bed.
I woke up later on as WB and AB came back into the room. WB lay down in front of me and I looked over as AB lay at the foot of the bed, his feet near WB's head.
Me: What are you doing?
WB: Going to bed, Animeboy usually sleeps up here.
Me: There's no room, why didn't you sort him somewhere to sleep?
AB pulling the blanket over himself: I'm OK like this.
This was a single bed. Cramped was an understatement. I was too tired to argue with them over sleeping arrangements. I rolled onto my side pushed against a wall and went to sleep again, uncomfortably. By the time I woke up in the morning AB had already left the house.
Well, I think I'll leave it here for now. Got to save some of that cringe for another day, and after living in the nest for around 2 years I still have some stored away for another day. Bye for now, and I hope to see you in Part 6 when I get around to it 😊

I don't remember much from this dream, but here it goes:
So for some background info, before I was born my dad divorced someone. However my family sees my dad's ex wife's family from time to time. We have a good relationship with each other. We get along. I see my half brother often too and I'm so close to him that I just think of him as a brother and not a half brother. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that info because of one of the characters.
I was with a character that just seemed to represent my dad's ex wife's daughters. I don't know why, but my dad's ex was erratic or something (yes this would be out of character for the irl ex) and the "daughters representation" and I then were driving away from her. The anger and other negative emotions seemed to be more directed at her daughter. She started following us. I don't know if this is true, but I remember that her car may have changed designs at at least 1 point. I expressed my nerves to the daughter who was the one driving. She didn't even have a plan as to where we would be staying to avoid her. At any rate, we had to go.
Then I looked to the side an there was a wildfire. It was right at the road. It was raging and I remember this wildfire vividly. I don't know if it would be specifically a wildfire but man it was an out of control fire like a wall. I wondered if the ex set the fire but I'm like of course not she didn't have the time to set it as the fire is already out of hand.
Then firefighters told the daughter and I to put our hands up and they approached the vehicle and scanned us with something. Maybe they were trying to see if we were arsonists?

2023.03.30 00:26 James_Wilson24 Red light flashing between DRAM and CPU. Beeps at me after about 30 seconds
Hi all, just wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why I’m having these issues with my PC.
About 2 months ago, I moved my PC into a different room in the same house. So I have a “office” space. Upon doing so, I have run into issues with my PC.. it all worked perfectly until I moved it then I couldn’t get the PC to display to my monitor me. It would beep at me after around 30 seconds of pressing the power button. So me and a friend discovered that it was the CPU cooler wasn’t attached correctly and loose upon putting pressure on it it booted fine. I have now all 4 screws that hold the CPU cooler to the board and the cooler is now steady and doesn’t move as it did previously.
However..
Today as we have come to install a new case the beeping has returned ALSO no display to monitor and Keyboard/Mouse isn’t functioning. I also see a flashing red light between DRAM and CPU.
When swapping the case I did slightly knock a capacitor and it had moved but I moved it back into the place it was, however I don’t know if now the capacitor is still receiving a connection to it or not.
Appreciate any help anyone can provide on this. TY! 😀
