[UK/NI] "Finished" in September 2022 - I need refinements... But
2023.06.01 10:46 Krysis_88 [UK/NI] "Finished" in September 2022 - I need refinements... But
The dental practice I done my initial treatment with no longer offer Invisalign because the dentist who could offer it left that practice after fitting me with a wire retainer on my upper and lower arch, from canine to canine, and ordering my night-time retainers. He now works for a private dental practice elsewhere but I definitely need another round of refinements.
** TLDR: Need refinements, bite is off. Original dentist moved practice. Old dental practice no longer offers Invisalign. Being told I need to pay around £1900 per arch to start new treatment plan with private practises. **
I'll try give some background as to why I'm posting here:
My night retainers weren't a great fit when I got them - one of the lower molar moulds was too tall, which meant that when I wore them I couldn't close my teeth fully as this higher moulding/ bubble was in the way.
Also, after wearing my night retainers it felt like they shifted my bite slightly "off" - almost like it was offsetting my bite to one side. Throughout the day, after removing the night retainers, my bite seemed to settle and my bite would feel more "normal" but still not 100%.
This "normal" is something I raised to the dentist when I was supposed to have finished my treatment. I told him there was some contact preventing me from biting properly and asked if I could do more refinements as I didn't think I'd finished. He seemed a bit hurried. He told me that was his last week at that practice because he was going elsewhere but he said he didn't think I needed refinements and that my bite would settle in a few weeks, or whatever, but he got the contact paper and had me bite a few times and he buffed/shaved/ filed or whatever the areas to make the bite feel more "normal" at that time and it felt ok so he fitted me with a wire retainer and done my moulds for the night retainers.
Anyway, after about two weeks of wearing my retainers at night I got fed up with how my teeth felt the next morning & I just didn't wear them again because it just seemed that my teeth were constantly in a state of moving - it's that feeling the day after fitting new trays... But every day. Also my lower teeth are now hitting the upper retainer wire and I'm worried about chipping my teeth & can definitely see some scratching already.
So about 3-4 weeks ago the wire attachment to my lower right canine came loose. Since then I'm noticing my canine rotating right/ clockwise to a point that I'm sure the side of it will soon be facing outward.
I called my dental practice to get this reattached but they're booked up until the end of the year. They only have 2 part-time dentists working because there was another dentist that left as well as the one who done my Invisalign (not even joking, the health services here are in dire need of funding and it's falling apart).
The girl on the phone told me to call the new dental practice that my original dentist went to but I have to sign up as a new patient to their private practice. It's £80 for a new patient consultation, then about £50 per 30 min appointment. On top of this they said that because I'd be a new patient I need to go through a new treatment plan with them which is £1900 per arch - even if it's only refinements. I already paid £2700 for the initial treatment.
Do I have any recourse here, it seems a bit expensive for requiring a few trays of refinements which I requested before "finishing" my initial plan.

2023.06.01 10:41 smileon_dentist How often should I visit a dental clinic for regular check-ups
| Regular dental check-ups play a vital role in maintaining good oral health and preventing potential dental problems. However, many individuals are unsure about the ideal frequency for these visits. In this article, we will explore the importance of regular dental check-ups and provide recommendations on how often you should visit a dental clinic to keep your teeth and gums in excellent condition. Introduction Taking care of your oral health is essential for overall well-being. Dental check-ups help identify and address oral issues before they become major problems. By visiting a dental clinic regularly, you can ensure early detection and timely treatment of dental conditions, preventing them from escalating into more severe and costly issues. Getting best dental services in Lahore allow dentists to identify potential problems in their early stages. This includes tooth decay, gum disease, oral infections, and even oral cancer. Early detection enables prompt treatment, preventing further damage and complications. Professional Teeth Cleaning During a regular dental check-up, dental professionals perform a thorough cleaning of your teeth. They remove plaque, tartar buildup, and stains, leaving your teeth looking and feeling refreshed. This cleaning helps maintain good oral hygiene and reduces the risk of cavities and gum disease. Dentists use check-ups as an opportunity to educate patients about proper oral care techniques. They provide guidance on brushing, flossing, and other oral hygiene practices tailored to your specific needs. This education empowers you to take better care of your teeth and gums between check-ups. https://preview.redd.it/b4dhnfbgcd3b1.jpg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=da994e4d41bbef4f076d49654a34939020abfa4f How Often Should You Visit a Dental Clinic? The frequency of dental visits can vary depending on individual factors and the recommendations of dental professionals. Generally, it is recommended to visit a dental clinic at least twice a year for routine check-ups and cleanings. However, some individuals may require more frequent visits based on their oral health needs. While biannual check-ups are a common guideline, it is important to consult with your dentist to determine the ideal frequency for your specific situation. Dentists consider factors such as your oral health history, risk of dental problems, age, and overall health when recommending visit frequency. Factors Influencing Visit Frequency Oral Health History If you have a history of dental issues like cavities, gum disease, or oral infections, the best dentist in Lahore may recommend more frequent visits to closely monitor your oral health and address any emerging problems promptly. Age Children and older adults may require more frequent dental visits. Children's teeth are still developing, and regular check-ups help ensure proper growth and identify issues early on. Older adults may have specific dental concerns related to aging, such as gum recession or tooth loss, requiring closer monitoring and care. Existing Oral Conditions If you have ongoing oral conditions, such as orthodontic treatment or dental restorations, more frequent visits may be necessary to ensure their effectiveness and address any complications. While routine check-ups are essential, certain signs indicate the need for an immediate dental visit. Persistent toothaches or sensitivity, bleeding or swollen gums, loose teeth, mouth sores that don't heal, jaw pain or difficulty in opening or closing your mouth, and noticeable changes in your bite or tooth alignment. Brush your teeth at least twice a day using fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristled toothbrush. Remember to clean your tongue and floss daily to remove plaque and food particles from between your teeth and along the gumline. Using mouthwash can also contribute to fresher breath and reduced bacteria. Healthy Diet and Lifestyle Habits A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins supports good oral health. Limit sugary and acidic foods and beverages, as they can contribute to tooth decay and erosion. Additionally, avoid tobacco use and moderate alcohol consumption, as they can have detrimental effects on your oral health. Dental anxiety is a common concern for many individuals. If you experience anxiety or fear associated with dental visits, it's important to communicate this to your dentist. They can provide strategies to help manage your anxiety, such as using relaxation techniques or offering sedation options. Overcoming dental anxiety ensures that you receive the necessary care without unnecessary stress or discomfort. Dental check-ups are generally not painful. The dentist will examine your teeth and gums, perform a gentle cleaning, and may take X-rays if necessary. You may experience some minor discomfort or sensitivity during certain procedures, but your dentist will ensure your comfort throughout the visit. Conclusion Regular dental check-ups are an essential part of maintaining good oral health. By visiting the best dental clinic in Lahore at recommended intervals, you can prevent oral problems, ensure early detection and treatment, and receive professional guidance on maintaining optimal oral hygiene. Remember to consult with your dentist to determine the ideal frequency for your specific needs and maintain a proactive approach to your oral health. submitted by smileon_dentist to u/smileon_dentist [link] [comments] |
2023.06.01 10:29 Dihkal22 No informed consent, unnecessary treatment, physical restraint by two adults vs kindergartner. In negotiation phase with insurance. Any help or comments are appreciated!
ase description: Pediatric dentist via non profit organization that goes to schools performed unecessary fillings on my kindergartener. She was physically restrained from point of administering of anesthetic to completion of fillings dug and filled by two adults physically holding her arms while dentist did his work. She Had her teeth cleaned the week before by same people at school afterwards they gave her a paper that was sent home summarizing the results. Sumnary: It stated no issues of presence of decay or needed treatment. I initiated follow up with call and was told Everything is good they said she just needs normal cleaning in six months no needed treatments nothing concerning found.
2nd time they pulled her from class there was no paperwork provided or sent home. There was no consent, no need for any treatment, and no knowledge of incident and only vua my daughter describing it nit and having the comprehension to understand because she’s had no prior treatment serving routine, cleans, and medical appointments. Financially, I understand it as you’re talking about the first appointment until she started to talk about the numbing part and how scared it made her and how long it lasted. Then i went into question mode and discovered this was separate from first cleaning. Via reviews they have prior past I believe whistleblower case exists in fraudulent pediatric medicade charges. they have been in business 15 years. My Child is traumatized. Displaying behaviors and outburst in issues with emotional regulation extremes NEVER present before. Also, she doesn’t want to go to school missing 1-2 days week since march Im afraid we are going to be charged with truancy. I sent demand letter to dentist via legalshield, thier private practice insurance responded is investigating. Wants a monetary value i have no idea what's appropriate, and fact they have done this before is more then likely. So I need a idea of what monetary wise what is acceptable I am missing work. Still not successful in my child started yet into therapy, can’t find somebody that is accepting patients to take us and that specific to ptsd.
Also discovered a different local school district via public memorandum that they approved the same non profit to PAY the district 10,000 a year for letting them provide care to students. And director of education for the school districts it’s on the board.of this non profit.
Issues:
Now my child no longer trust any adult unless it was one that she’s previously known. Every day is a battle to go to school because it happened at school and it has upheavaled our entire life. She’s never had any shots prior or anything but regular checks up medical and dental. All for 500 they got reimbursed.
THERE WAS NO CONSENT, physical restraint possible assault, uneccesary treatment, now child is reeling from the effects. I cant find attorney’s for malpractice suit. So im trying proceed prose. Insurance providers ended one only conversation prior to investigation of this with asking basicslly how much to make it go away? I saus ill have consult attorney and therapy fees as minimal amount to assess and left it at that. Its been a month now and insurance is calling wanting to talk, i haven’t answered yet and am stressing about it.
Lastly since initially contacting insurance company with one only conversation 1 month passed now. Its came my attention the non profit has shut down former website, rebranding under now the former private practice name as now non profit title, new site, new social media accounts. And added vision services onto thier roster in non profits services. Does thus seem suspicious snd obviously try to separate the group from affiliation with former name they went by when my daughter incident occurred?
i have proof of document via own non profits paper they sent home stating nothing noted, no need for ANY treatment. And of the other school memorandum.
Please any help or just another person to talk thus over with. I have no clue what im doing, my daily life and child has permanently been altered. Im trying to get my child into therapy.
So monetary value wise what is this worth? Regarding if required or asked to do NDA, how do I avoid release of my right to participate in further litigation if whistleblowers case started? Consequences of violating NDA? How/can school be held accountable to? How do i initiate a qui tam investigation? Is it common to have a non profit pay others for access to population to provide services? While board members is part of this school district isnt this a conflict of interest? How would you recommend proceeding here with any part?
Is the physical restraint considered neglect, assault or battery?

Understanding Tooth Extraction Tooth extraction is a dental procedure in which a tooth is removed from its socket in the bone. This procedure becomes necessary for various reasons, such as severe tooth decay, advanced gum disease, overcrowding, impacted wisdom teeth, or dental trauma.
Dr. Ketaki Gudadhe-Shinde is an experienced dentist for tooth extraction in Wakad, Pune. She practices at
Kiddie Dental Home, which is renowned as the best dental clinic for tooth extraction in Wakad, PCMC. With her expertise and the clinic's commitment to providing best dental care services in Wakad, PCMC, patients can expect a safe and comfortable tooth extraction experience at Kiddie Dental Home.
Common Symptoms Indicating the Need for Tooth Extraction: The most common reasons for tooth extraction include:
1. Severe tooth decay: When decay in the tooth gets bad enough to damage a lot of the teeth's structure, an extraction may be required to avoid infection and other problems from developing.
2. Gum disease: Due to the loss of the tissues that support the teeth in position, advanced periodontal disease can cause teeth to become loosen. In some cases, removing a tooth may be the only way to keep your mouth healthy.
- Impacted wisdom teeth: Wisdom teeth, also called third molars, often come in wrong or get stuck. This can cause pain, infection, and damage to the teeth around them. To avoid these problems, it may be suggested that the tooth be taken out.
- Orthodontic treatment: Some dental treatments, like braces, need to remove a tooth to make room for the other teeth to line up correctly.
The Tooth Extraction Process at Kiddie Dental Home 1. Consultation: The journey begins with a consultation with our experienced dentist for tooth extraction in PCMC, Dr. Ketaki Gudadhe-Shinde. She will examine your teeth, review X-rays if necessary, and discuss the reasons for extraction, the procedure itself, and any potential complications or risks.
2. Preparing for extraction: Before the extraction, our dentist will probably ask you a lot of questions about your health to make sure you are in good health generally. If you have certain health problems, they may also tell you to take medicines to prevent getting sick.
3. Local anesthesia: To make sure the extraction is not painful, a local anaesthetic will be used to numb the area. For difficult extractions or nervous patients, conscious sedation or general anaesthesia may be used.
4. Extraction techniques: The extraction method will depend on the condition and position of the tooth. Using an elevator to release the tooth and forceps to remove it, a simple extraction is performed. For impacted or severely damaged teeth, surgical extraction may be necessary, which involves making an incision to access the tooth and removing it in sections if necessary.
5. Post-extraction care: After the tooth is taken out, a piece of paper will be placed on the area to stop bleeding. Our dentist will give you detailed directions on how to care for yourself after a tooth extraction, including how to deal with pain, what foods to avoid, and how to clean your mouth properly.
Advantages of Tooth Extraction 1. Relief from Dental Pain: Extraction of a tooth may reduce serious pain caused by decay, infection, or trauma.
2. Preventing Infection Spread: The removal of a severely decayed or infected tooth can prevent the infection from extending to adjacent teeth and other areas of the mouth.
3. Orthodontic Preparation: Some dental treatments, like braces, may need to remove teeth to make room.
4. Wisdom Teeth Removal: Wisdom teeth are often the cause of crowding and misalignment, so they are usually taken out to keep the mouth healthy.
5. Preparing for Dentures: In some cases, removing teeth is the only way to make a good base for dentures.

2023.06.01 07:03 Smerks101 Anyone else ever drive to Mexico for cheap dental? Los Algodones in particular
Im just wondering if anyone else has done this. I found it to so far be a huge help for expensive dental work and thought it might be a help to locals who cant afford to get the work done here or want cosmetic stuff done cheaper but by reputable quality dentists. Google "Molar City" or check out videos of the place on Youtube.
For anyone interested in more detail
My wife needed 3k in work done, thats with insurance, so we started researching ways to get this done cheaper without giving up on quality work. Calling around did nothing dental here is insanely expensive. We found a border town about 5 hours drive from here and its insane how many dentists (and pharmacies) there are in this little area that seems to have made a huge industry from Americans and Canadians coming there for dental work.
I met people from all over CA and elsewhere in the US since we stayed at a little hotel overnight for $60. Theres a bunch of cute stalls and shops selling jewelry and other stuff but nothing in the way of nightlife aside from the hotel bar. There are people getting extensive work that get their hotel stays picked up by the dental office doing the work, some do that. One guy was there from Texas getting something like 25 crowns done for around 9k (might have been a bit less or more) and had been there for almost 3 weeks.
We researched and found a few dentists with a good amount of good reviews and called them getting pricing on what she needed. We landed on $860 (highest was 1200) for the work, but have to make 2 trips since they wanted to do it right. Were going back for the second trip soon but the root canals are done and they are just doing the crowns when we return, so far she feels great, the root canals were perfect with no complications.

Tooth grinding, or bruxism, involves the involuntary movement of the jaw muscles, causing the teeth to grind or clench together. The process can occur during sleep (sleep bruxism) or while awake (awake bruxism). Here's a general overview of the tooth grinding process:
Initiation: Tooth grinding often starts with the clenching of the jaw muscles. This can happen due to various factors, including stress, anxiety, or an abnormal bite.
Muscle activation: The muscles responsible for jaw movement, such as the masseter muscles, temporalis muscles, and lateral pterygoid muscles, become activated. These muscles contract forcefully, leading to the grinding or clenching of the teeth.
Tooth contact: As the jaw muscles contract, the upper and lower teeth come into contact. The force exerted during tooth grinding can be substantial, placing significant pressure on the teeth and jaw.
Grinding or clenching: Bruxism can manifest in two ways—grinding or clenching. Grinding refers to the back-and-forth movement of the teeth, while clenching involves holding the teeth tightly together without any movement.
Duration and intensity: The duration and intensity of tooth grinding can vary among individuals. Some people may grind their teeth for short periods and with mild force, while others may do so more persistently and with greater force.
Consequences: Tooth grinding can have various consequences, including tooth wear, tooth sensitivity, jaw pain, headaches, and other associated symptoms. Over time, the continuous grinding can cause damage to the teeth, jaw joints, and surrounding structures.
It's worth noting that the exact mechanisms and triggers for bruxism are not fully understood. It can be a multifactorial condition influenced by factors such as stress, anxiety, bite misalignment, sleep disorders, and lifestyle habits. If you suspect you have bruxism, it's recommended to consult with a dentist or healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and personalized treatment plan.
When referring to tooth grinding, or bruxism, there are two main types based on the timing of the grinding episodes:
Sleep Bruxism: Sleep bruxism occurs during sleep and is the most common type of bruxism. People with sleep bruxism often remain unaware of their grinding habits unless they are informed by a sleep partner or dentist who notices the symptoms. Sleep bruxism is considered a sleep-related movement disorder and can disrupt sleep patterns.
Awake Bruxism: Awake bruxism, as the name suggests, occurs while a person is awake. It is generally associated with conscious clenching or grinding of the teeth, often in response to various stimuli such as stress, anxiety, concentration, or as a habitual behavior. Unlike sleep bruxism, people with awake bruxism are usually aware of their grinding and may have more control over the habit during waking hours.
It's important to note that both sleep bruxism and awake bruxism can have similar consequences and complications, such as tooth wear, jaw pain, headaches, and other associated symptoms. The underlying causes and triggers for these two types of bruxism can vary, and treatment approaches may also differ depending on the specific type and associated factors.
If you suspect you have bruxism, it's advisable to consult with a dentist or healthcare professional. They can evaluate your condition, determine the type of bruxism, and recommend appropriate management strategies or treatments to help alleviate the symptoms and protect your oral health.

2023.06.01 06:53 Status-Cup7967 About Orthodontist Dubai Tooth Grinding
Tooth grinding, also known as bruxism, is a condition characterized by the habitual grinding or clenching of teeth. It often occurs involuntarily during sleep, known as sleep bruxism, but can also happen during wakefulness, referred to as awake bruxism. Bruxism can affect both adults and children.
Causes:
Stress and anxiety: Emotional stress and anxiety are common triggers for teeth grinding. It can be a subconscious way of dealing with tension.
Sleep disorders: Sleep apnea, snoring, and other sleep-related breathing disorders can contribute to bruxism.
Malocclusion: Misaligned teeth or an improper bite can cause grinding as the jaw tries to find a more comfortable position.
Medications and substances: Certain medications like antidepressants, stimulants, and recreational drugs can increase the risk of bruxism.
Lifestyle factors: Consuming caffeine, alcohol, or tobacco products can contribute to tooth grinding.
Symptoms:
Grinding or clenching sounds during sleep, often noticed by a partner or family member.
Worn-down, flattened, chipped, or fractured teeth.
Increased tooth sensitivity or pain.
Jaw pain or soreness, headaches, or earaches.
Tense facial muscles or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain.
Treatment and Management:
Mouthguards: A dentist can create a custom-fit mouthguard, also called a splint or bite plate, to protect the teeth from grinding during sleep.
Stress management: Techniques such as relaxation exercises, counseling, or stress reduction strategies can help address underlying anxiety or stress-related causes.
Dental correction: In cases where malocclusion or bite issues contribute to bruxism, orthodontic treatment or dental restorations may be recommended.
Medication: In some instances, muscle relaxants or medications for anxiety or depression may be prescribed temporarily.
Lifestyle changes: Avoiding stimulating substances like caffeine and alcohol, practicing good sleep hygiene, and incorporating relaxation techniques before bed can help manage bruxism.
It's important to consult with a dentist or healthcare professional if you suspect you have bruxism. They can evaluate your condition, provide appropriate treatment recommendations, and help prevent further dental damage.
Tooth grinding, or bruxism, can have several negative effects on oral health and overall well-being. Here are some potential consequences and complications of tooth grinding:
Tooth damage: The constant grinding and clenching can wear down the enamel, the protective outer layer of the teeth. This can lead to tooth sensitivity, increased risk of cavities, and even tooth fractures or chips.
Jaw disorders: Bruxism can strain the jaw muscles and temporomandibular joint (TMJ), leading to temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD). This can cause jaw pain, difficulty in opening or closing the mouth, and clicking or popping sounds in the jaw joint.
Headaches and facial pain: The excessive pressure and tension on the jaw muscles can result in chronic headaches, facial pain, and earaches.
Sleep disturbances: For individuals with sleep bruxism, the grinding and clenching noises can disrupt their sleep as well as the sleep of their bed partner.
Gum problems: Bruxism can contribute to gum recession, where the gums pull away from the teeth, exposing the tooth roots and increasing the risk of tooth decay and gum disease.
Malocclusion: In some cases, bruxism can lead to misalignment of the teeth, causing an improper bite. This can further exacerbate the grinding problem.
Dental restorations damage: Individuals with dental restorations, such as fillings, crowns, or bridges, may experience accelerated wear and damage due to bruxism.
Facial muscle hypertrophy: The constant clenching of the jaw muscles can result in the enlargement and overdevelopment of the jaw muscles, leading to a more square or prominent jawline appearance.
It's important to address tooth grinding to prevent these complications and preserve oral health. Seeking professional advice from a dentist or healthcare provider is recommended for diagnosis, treatment, and management strategies tailored to your specific situation.

2023.06.01 06:41 Prestigious-Emu6477 Dental Visit with Western Dental and Orthodontics (Was the extra cost ethical?)
I recently had a deep cleaning done by Western Dental and Orthodontics, it was my first cleaning after maybe five years after neglect from depression. They checked my periodontal pockets which ranged to 4-5. This was concerning but then they showed X-rays and said I had bone loss, but I feel like the pockets and X-ray didn’t match up. Anyway, they discussed a treatment plan with my guardian that included their own care package called Gum-X. Gum-X is not available anywhere else but this dentistry COMPANY, I will add. I did what the doctors told me and waited for my dental mold to arrive at the clinic, fast forward a few weeks and I come back for a small cleaning.
A week and a half later I receive my mouth molds, I’m advised to put medication along the molds and keep them in for 15 minutes every night after flossing and brushing.
It’s been almost over a week with these things and I don’t feel like it’s helping. I feel like my family was ripped off $2,000 for stuff that won’t even help me.
This dentist has 2 stars in multiple YELP reviews and I feel tired, sad and stressed that perhaps I didn’t get the care that I needed. They didn’t even give me paperwork of my charts or X-rays. I wish I had advised my mother to research good dentists before she booked me an appointment with some terrible corporate dentist office.
Will this actually help me in the long run?

2023.06.01 06:34 Scratchy_The_Toon Can dental specialists refer out to the same specialty if they don't feel comfortable taking on a case?
I am in the process of applying to dental schools and I'm thinking about if I want to specialize (I know I'm a long way from that but just weighing my options) and I was curious if for example a periodontist can refer to another periodontist if they don't feel comfortable doing a procedure. It's comforting knowing that as a general dentist you can refer out complex cases, but can specialists do the same? I would hate having to treat someone I don't feel prepared to treat for whatever reason.

2023.06.01 06:20 TulipsinGarden PASSED INBDE 17/19 MAY
Hi everyone!
I just wanted to share my two cents on the exam. I just got my result today and so grateful! This group helped me a lot while I was preparing for it so I wanted a chance to be able to help back a little. Just as a background, I am currently enrolled in a MS Oral Biology program at UIC. I am a recent grad but a foreign trained dentist from Pakistan. I am also currently working as a Dental Assistant part time and prepared for INBDE for around 4 months. I was and still am supremely busy but I scheduled an appointment and stuck to it, had faith in my skills and my prayers.
I got 3 month subscription of boot-camp, went through mental dental videos and used booster notes along with it. I went through all videos of pharmacology, operative , ethics, medicine , endodontics and pathology. And for the rest fields of dentistry I mostly relied on booster notes. I also made a lot of notes for myself. I did use ADA ethic notes as well and I used RQ files to review a few days before my exam.
I went through as many questions as possible on bootcamp, and I always tried to understand the explanation of whatever question I attempted wrong instead of skimming through. I also got someone’s booster subscription after reading a lot of posts here for a few days (14 days) but I honestly felt the questions were hard and they made me much more anxious/nervous about the exam so I decided not to use it.
Honestly, I feel like I did a lot of silly mistakes in the exam itself as well, there were a lot of tough sections that I got confused in but at the end it was mostly how to be calm, have firm control on your nerves and think through with logic and your knowledge. I truly think if I can do it, anyone can! I wish everyone a lot of luck going forward and I hope you guys ace it. 🌸
