Hello! I have pretty bad anxiety and panic disorder. I am medicated tought, 50mg zoloft, 25 mg Xanax and I take throyid medication . I have been on meds since 12.2.2023. and they helped quite a lot. I had panic attacks every other day, I didn't go out of my house, I had very bad health anxiety so I tought I was dying every second of the day.
Now it's much better but recently I started having health anxiety again. Every little sensation in my body scares me, I always come up with the most terrifying illneses that I could have and so on... These toughts made me have panic attacks a lot more again. I take Xanax to calm myself but it still bothers me. I have a job now and it's harder to function there.
I could use some advice. I go to theraphy twice a month but I would like to hear experiences from other people like me. I am wondering how am I starting to feel the same as I did before even tough I am regularly taking meds and listening to my therapist.

Second, only half of his warband felt like showing up. Us: stars of the circus show. Them: bears. They were nicely spread out along the west side, and our boys went in on the south, which put them in range of two of their six. On turn 1 we started by isolating a Strelets perched on top of a ruin by getting him surrounded by nurglings on two sides, two tainted ones on a third and plaguebearer and master on the fourth. Sadly neither the Stream of Corruption, nor the master's spell took hold. The other five performers charged a Cossack who fell on his face. On their 1, their remaining four regrouped, the Strelets missed the plaguebearer from really up close. The Cossack turned face up. On our 2, we put a Henchman, a Brute and two tainted ones to dance in a conga line, singing 'We're gonna come and KICK YOU, were gonna come and KILL YOU!' just within charging distance of both their four unengaged warriors and the remaining three surrounding the downed Cossack for a kicking. In the mean time, the nurglings all tried to charge the Strelets up high but only one managed to climb up. He was taken out by the Plaguebearer vomiting right between his eyes, as one does. The downed Cossack got his kicking and was taken out too, freeing up the brute and henchmen there. In their turn 2, another Cossack and Strelets came to reinforce their buddies - from the North side, so not within action distance! Their central group tried to charge, but due to not being able to make it with my dancers in a conga line hampering unobstructed lines to the targets, his Esaul failed his charge. The Druzhina Captain succeeded in getting close to his targeted Henchman, but, and this is big, failed to wound him. The Henchman returned blows, scored a crit, and immediately put the captain out of action. The two youths, who were each targeting a different tainted one, both failed to hit them, in one case thanks to a successful parry, which was followed through by two attacks, one of which stunned the offending youth. At the start of our 3, we had already taken out 3 of theirs and were yet to start! The standing youth was taken out with another crit, and the stunned youth graciously dispatched. We brought in the master and his small demonic horde from the rear in case, and the Henchmen who had beat up the Captain plus the unoccupied Brute behind him charged the Esaul, who was knocked down by the Brute. The remaining Henchmen and Brute moved in to both threaten the Cossack and Strelets who had walked on and to give an intercept in case anyone wanted to charge the guys battering the Esaul. They started their 3 five men down and decided to voluntarily rout. The carnival got off scot-free and remains undefeated. It was a dicing, continued below. His Captain got lasting hatred against my Master, was robbed of all his kit, then robbed again, presumably of his loincloth, and has to miss a game (6 on multiple injuries). His youth #1 was straight up dead, and his youth #2 also rolled 6 on multiple injuries, suffered two Move busts, a Toughness bust, became immune to fear (hardened), got an XP, and had to miss a game. He got retired at his young age. On my side we found a suit of light armour, a set of jewelled blades and enough money to hire #13. We gave the Carnival Master a Brace of Pistols and the Mind Ficus skill. Goat Freak the Tainted One, the acrobat, got Leap to go with his Step Aside skill, so he's now extra nimble and will somersault across the first line to go after protected warriors. Brethren Shit Shoveler got +1BS and a bow, and Brethren Stage Hand +1WS and a sword. |

I've been having sleep issues since late childhood . Just became really aware of it recently.
I've been having difficulty falling asleep since a long time . The time I take to fall asleep is almost always more than 30 to 45 minutes ,even if I'm extremely tired and sleepy . Certain days this gets prolonged to even 2 to 4 hours .
I wake up multiple times once i fall asleep . I can't remember the last time i had continous 6 hours sleep without waking up in between .
On top of these, i am a very light sleeper . I can't sleep if there is even a small sound around or if it's while I'm falling asleep i immediately wake up and will not be able to sleep anymore
These problems were better in the past few years ,but it got worse recently in the last few months. I'm a student and these gets way worse during exams . I don't really get stressed during exams .Altho it seems to really affect my sleep cycle. I tried taking melatonin tablets and those helped to fall asleep within an hour or 1.5 hours after taking it . But even after taking it I'm waking up after about 5 hours of sleep .
What should I do about this ? How can I improve my sleep ?

this is less of a whiny copypasta (but you can use it as such if it does become stupid) and more of an attempt at walking through my experiences and hoping to keep an open mind about whether or not continuing the series would be worth it.
Warning: my writing tends to be more or less an incoherent mess as I jump around and write what I think of off the top of my head.
I read the manga up to the current chapter and at the end was left in a pretty negative vibe and hesitant on whether i'd enjoy the rest of the anime and LN if I invested time into it.
Prologue:
I was browsing youtube and the scene with Zanac discussion and beheading came up. I tend to care less about major plot points getting spoiled and will usually read through summaries of things in advance. I value twists/big plot points less than how well they are executed. Interesting enough so I decided to read the manga. I chose manga over anime/LN because 20 minutes per episode usually doesnt slot well and LN requires more mental imagination of things.
The Manga:
Gonna break down my reactions based on first time reading them
Nice villain premise seems solid
Guardians deciding to go for world domination interesting.
My expectations for the story based on this arc: "Ainz will become the anti hero who fights evil with killing so at least it isnt shit ass talk no jutsu I guess"
First taste of good guys dying brutally. Corpses get defiled not cool.
My expectations for the story based on this arc is same as above really, good guy who isnt above killing.
My expectations for story are same as above + seek revenge on the strong NPCs motivation, gonna fight a lot of mini enemies before reaching top of organization.
Lizardmen sex haha funny.
First taste of real evil brutality and it was underwhelming tbh.
At this point I kinda expected at least Zaryushu to be revived and Crusch to survive because they had baby making. yeah just based on that. honestly i believe baby making > actual children in terms of plot armor.
Interesting/funny how Demiurge and Albedo guide Ainz's reasoning unintentionally.
Overall, nice of Ainz to let Cocytus step up, sorta gives the parent teaching kid vibe.
Cocytus choosing to spare the Lizardmen of his own volition, showing that the guardians can act independently of Ainz and have their own personalities. I understood Cocytus's choice was out of honor rather than mercy.
My expectations for the story based on this arc is will Demiurge notice that Ainz isnt really the super mega genius brain he is and manipulate Ainz into pushing his own goals (or just Nazarick's goals). Alternatively Demiurge instead of intentionally manipulating, simply subconsciously manipulates.
Sebas being a good person baited me into thinking that Nazarick would really be nice guys after all. After finishing the manga I feel like Ainz's compassion for the sister thing was too much of an asspull. In order to justify keeping that girl alive they had to make her related. Because otherwise there was no way Ainz would've had any reason to keep her alive. It doesnt seem like she appears later so she more so functions as a bait to keep the reader thinking that they're really good people after all (in the manga).
Demiurge being Demiurge I guess, absolute murder happy feller.
My expectations for the story based on this arc is above + will the guardians become nicer + Ainz will continue pushing a hero persona while instigating the villainy himself. Evil yes but it'd be interesting to watch him be a fake good guy.
I honestly put 0 value into anime waifus. None whatsoever. Arche sad backstory? Yeah cool but I already knew she wouldn't be an exception so she died. The End.
Honestly? I got the kick out of watching the guardians exert their skills or personality to handle intruders.
The only slight nagging I had at the back of my brain was "Is Momonga going to do anything (is Ainz going to let them go to keep Momonga's identity intact)". I honestly dont know what was up with this line of reasoning but it was still sorta "Ainz is still technically good" copium. Turns out I didnt need to worry about Momonga identity at all because it gets buried and nobody ever really thinks about or brings it up again since he decides to go into Sorcerer King mode.
My expectations for the story based on this arc: "Ainz will kill people to 'protect' Nazarin from shit like looters/adventurers who dare trespass"
Ainz decides to kill some more high end monsters! yippee!
My expectations for the story based on this arc same as before
even though I didnt expect anyone to survive its still not a fun thing to just watch everyone get murdered.

Epilogue:
After hitting the chapter 76 (last chapter I could find), I just felt subdued disappointment.
I dosed partial copium in two aspects
Copying the names for the arcs it turns out the part where Ainz announces his utopia thing is right after it, which might've changed my mind on continuing the manga.
Then I went on reddit
"He is evil"
"He is just benefitting Nazarick at the expense of everyone else"
"He is justice/based"
I get last ones a meme and I'm honestly with number 2/3 combined ones where they acknowledge from a general moral compass perspective it is evil but his intentions are to further Nazarick.
Specifically wanted to see the subset of fans that dunk on redo for rape specifically (rather than shitty story/hentai) and mentally calling them out for being okay with genocide but not rape.
I did see someone who mentioned how certain animes trigger them because of violence/sexual violence but Overlord is fine since its from Ainz's perspective but that's honestly acceptable and isnt a real good indicator of hypocrisy since PTSD can manifest differently.
Turns out overlord and tanya are homies and thats just great i guess. Mass murderers rise up.
I would've been completely fine if it was "le salt mines". I would've been fine if they died in an orphanage fire. I would've been fine if Ainz just teleported, time stopped and killed them w one touch insta kill.
But really...
really?
as forgone as it was in terms of dark world + no other forms of child labor, I cant for the life of me imagine 5 year old children in that kinda situation ever and people casually joking about it. Given the non zero amount of fans who joke about it and the non zero amount of fans who enjoy the Overlord genocides there is definitely a non zero number of fans who got off on that. I would also argue there's definitely a difference between 5 and 10. Specifically, school starting at 6 years old (in modern societies technically). If the author chose 10, maybe less fucked up idk since they'd have awareness. Man could've chosen 1 year old and had the parents sell their baby children and it wouldn't have been that fucked up.
Idk how new fans would process this information while being called degenerates for simping Arche by the same people who joke about this.
I guess I'll keep snorting the "they died mercifully" copium instead of the alternative.
Overall reasons for disliking
Everything aside, I've never really gotten into Isekai at all.
I've guilty pleasured some power of friendship stuff like MHA but that's never been my bread and butter.
Honestly might've moved past shonen as a whole.
Two of my favorite mangas are Moriarty the Patriot (anti-hero, alternative history of Moriarty but from a sympathetic perspective. Commits murder for a goal, willing to sacrifice self to better country) and Ya Boy Kongming (Alternative version of famous chinese strategist Kongming, uses his military strategies to help singer succeed in market)
Maybe the real issue is that I dont like isekai. I'd love to hear any armchair psychologist thoughts you guys might have and some refutations to any shit points I made.
I'm willing to give LN another shot but I want to hear some rebuttals or agree/disagree on opinions stated
tl;dr
overlord kills way too many people that i wish he'd just instant kill 80% and just slave the rest, no point in getting interested in characters outside of nazarick because they'll just get dumpstered.

The Lizard Man Heroes Arc
I skim/read really fast but yeah the "Biped Sheep" went over my head as much as it did Ainz's. Honestly the giveaway should've been the lack of wool mentions and just directly talking about skin w/o stuff like meat or innards since it would make sense to make use of all parts of a sheep.Lizardmen sex haha funny.

- Undead = less morality. I would say the isekai shifted his personality though we dont see much of it in the manga. There's no way this guy would've passed any sort of mental health test. Then again its a dystopian future so they might not even have enough funds for mental health check.

as forgone as it was in terms of dark world + no other forms of child labor, I cant for the life of me imagine 5 year old children in that kinda situation ever and people casually joking about it. Given the non zero amount of fans who joke about it and the non zero amount of fans who enjoy the Overlord genocides there is definitely a non zero number of fans who got off on that. I would also argue there's definitely a difference between 5 and 10. Specifically, school starting at 6 years old (in modern societies technically). If the author chose 10, maybe less fucked up idk since they'd have awareness. Man could've chosen 1 year old and had the parents sell their baby children and it wouldn't have been that fucked up.
Idk how new fans would process this information while being called degenerates for simping Arche by the same people who joke about this.
I guess I'll keep snorting the "they died mercifully" copium instead of the alternative.
Overall reasons for disliking
- Manga format.Honestly I should've read the LN because the manga is both behind anime and still kinda graphic in presentation. Also cuts some details compared to the LN format. LN allows the reader to tone up/down their mental images and allows some readers to just read w/o imagining at all.
- Switches up goals/personalities way too quickA lot of the early stuff feels like isekai bait. Switches from hero to world domination really fast. Momonga personality dropped and gone. Idk how much smoother the transition is in the LN compared to the manga
- Arche's sisters too fucked up
- Horny/sexualization too much.Straw that broke the camel's back for me. Honestly the whole dark humor story didn't need horny tacked on. It feels grossly out of place to read Albedo thirsting over Ainz and then Ainz murdering everyone. If I'm being honest I've never enjoyed horny in manga where story isnt about horny.Curious how Albedo's body pillow never got brought up after he murdered all the trespassers... edit: taking this even further, i think the idea of best girls in this is silly. Ainz has 0 sex drive or romantic motivation and shipping any of the characters to Ainz seems futile. well shippers gonna ship I guess.
Everything aside, I've never really gotten into Isekai at all.
I've guilty pleasured some power of friendship stuff like MHA but that's never been my bread and butter.
Honestly might've moved past shonen as a whole.
Two of my favorite mangas are Moriarty the Patriot (anti-hero, alternative history of Moriarty but from a sympathetic perspective. Commits murder for a goal, willing to sacrifice self to better country) and Ya Boy Kongming (Alternative version of famous chinese strategist Kongming, uses his military strategies to help singer succeed in market)
Maybe the real issue is that I dont like isekai. I'd love to hear any armchair psychologist thoughts you guys might have and some refutations to any shit points I made.
I'm willing to give LN another shot but I want to hear some rebuttals or agree/disagree on opinions stated

2023.06.01 10:03 JustJotting [TOMT] [MOVIE] [ 80s or 90s? ]
This may have been a movie made for tv, but it could have been a regular movie. It is probably late 80's to early 90's, but not sure, so it could be slightly earlielater. It MIGHT have been "based on true events"... only because they did that thing at the end where they show each character's face in a with a a written explanation of what their fate was at the conclusion of the movie. This was not a kids movie and it was not a good ending. It seems pretty depressing actually. The movie had a small group of teens. You get the feeling they all had a shitty life and they are kind of crazy. I think there was 2 guys and 2 girls, but I can't actually remember if there was maybe one more or not. I think they ran away for fun at first, except it's kind of like with every bad thing that happens it feels like a point of no return and they end up trying to run away from each thing they do. I believe at some point they end up trying to hide out in some man's home (they might have accidentally killed him?), and this is pretty much where their journey comes to an end and their companionship deteriorates. I dont remember what happens to each teen (I think they disagree/get angry/split up/maybe one died) but I distinctly remember that the end had one of the girls sitting in a car crying/angry as the helicopter and cops find the house. I don't know if she had tried to get away, or what just sitting there waiting to be caught. These young actors who played the teens, have been seen in other movies around that time. I've tried to get my brain to remember anything about them. I THINK the girl who was in the car at the end had dark hair, long. But I'm just not too sure.

I really hope I'm being paranoid, but here's what happened. I'm a very infrequent contact lens wearer (dailies). Two weeks ago, I got corneal abrasion due to getting road dust in my left eye. It seemed to be healing without problems. When it got better after a few days, I wore contacts for a couple hours one evening, but it felt uncomfortable so I removed them, which is not uncommon as my eyes are pretty dry anyway. 2 days later, I got conjunctivitis in the same eye and a swollen lymph node in front of the ear on the same side. Eyelids then got so swollen and painful that I went to have emergency care, where the ophto diagnosed a bad case of adenovirus conjunctivitis with keratitis. He said there was no infection, just inflammation but quite aggressive. I had a follow-up ophto appointment who confirmed the above. I currently have reduced visual acuity in that eye, pain and light sensitivity which are all normal according to ophto. The lymph node is still palpable but smaller and less sensitive. Cortisone drops reduced the eyelid swelling a little, and the yellow discharge and watering have ceased, but the eye still looks reptilian and the pain wakes me up at night. I can't do much else beyond rest all day long. Computer screens feel like kryptonite to me and wearing my glasses feels uncomfortable too. The cause for concern is that AK apparently is usually confused for my symptoms... And diagnosis can be made too late as a result. The corneal abrasion is what got me worried as this also seems to be a classic feature in AK cases. Hence my anxiety now. On the 'positive' side, I've learned two people at work have conjunctivitis, so it seems an epidemic is in progress. I also have not been anywhere near tap water, sea water or anything like that. It's been a week since symptoms began, and my right eye is starting to look bloodshot. I'm currently on a regimen of 8x daily cleaning, 2x daily antibiotics and 4x daily cortisone drops, and lubricating drops at will. Something resembling a pseudomembrane has appeared on my left lower eyelid. Seeing my ophto today again. Should I insist for an acanthamoeba culture or am I being stupid? Thanks for your advice. Currently panicking.

Kind of going of the original story but with some variations this is how I think it would go and what roles each character would fill if the Until Dawn characters where in The Quarry
Chapter 1
I think this chapter would be similar to the original. The group would decide to have a party and switch off too their own little groups. Mike and Chris would likely be the main ones coming up with the idea and I think Mike would be the one to separate them. I think he would get Ashley and Chris to get the firewood, him and Jess would go to the store, Josh and Sam would charge the phones where they may or may not loosen the ladder ring and Matt and Emily would go to the area next to the island
Chapter 2
After finishing there separate tasks and meeting up I don’t think their game of truth or dare would go nearly as bad as the quarry characters. However I still think the group would separate once again at the end. Mike and Jessica would go to have sex on the island. Matt and Emily would either go looking for Emily’s lost bag in the woods like in the original game or just go to make out. Sam, Josh, Ashley and Chris would probably just stay hanging out at the campsite.
Chapter 3
Jessica and Mike hang out at the dock for a little bit before heading to the island. Emily and Matt get attacked in the woods and Matt gets bit. Emily is the one who goes on the chase scene back to the campfire similar to Abby in the original game. When she gets back she explains much more calmly than Abby what happened. Chris is the one to go after Matt where there is then a chase scene to rescue Matt.
Chapter 4
Mike and Jess go to the treehouse to have sex but are interrupted by banging from the trapdoor. When they open it a werewolf (just a random different one because Max isn’t at the camp in this version) jumps down and triggers a chase scene. Here you play as Mike or Jess having to get them and the other person to the zip line. If you fail you die but if you make it they both zip line down. Depending on your choices and rather you fail the quick times both one or none of them can die. They can also possibly get bit. The other group after making it back to the cabin all try to get help for Matt. Eventually they decide to have Chris and Sam go to try to talk to someone on the radio.
Chapter 5
At the cabin when the people break in Ashley and Josh stay with Matt while Emily goes to investigate the house. When the part comes to run or hide Ashley and Josh would choose to hide while Emily and Matt would run. Bobby would catch Ashley and Matt would save her (I know in the original game Nick saves Abi because there dating but Matt and Ashley are good friends so I think it would be the same) at the cabin Sam would be the one to stand guard while Chris fixes the wire meaning Chris has the opportunity to get bit and Sam can choose to amputate or not. The chapter ends at the pool house kaylee still alive however because Laura isn’t there
Chapter 6
The chase scene that happens to Jacob and partly Emma in the original in this version happens to Mike and Jessica. Unlike Jacob however Mike and Jess wouldn’t be clumsy enough to accidentally push each other off the bridge. This means another thing like in chapter 4 would happen with opportunities for both of them to die. It could also be them separately if one of them dies earlier or it could not occur at all if they’re both dead. Either way at the end none one or both of them will get captured by the Hacketts and taken to cages. At the pool house Emily would once again mimic Abby because she would be the closest to Matt when he attacks and she will have to shoot or die. Laura dosent show up at the end however

If Mike or Jessica or both have been captured they may or may not turn into werewolves. At the pool house eventually the group decides to start heading back to the main lodge. Sam can have the option of attempting to turn her bracelet into a silver bullet.
Chapter 8
When arriving at the main lodge Ashley and Josh and possibly Emily decide to stay in the storm shelter while Sam and Chris go to the junkyard. Werewolf Matt suddenly pops out out and starts chasing down Josh. Here Sam has the option of using silver bullets or regular bullets. If she uses silver and successfully shoots then she kills Matt. If she uses regular and successfully shoots Josh is bitten but both him and Matt remain alive. If she doesn’t make a choice in time or misses then werewolf Matt kills Josh. Either way in the end Sam gives Ashley some silver bullets and her and Chris set off for the junkyard
Chapter 9
At the junkyard Sam and Chris arrive at the crane. Here Sam decides to look at the car while Chris works the crane. While looking through it Silas jumps out at them. Here Chris has the same options as Dylan in the original game and if he blares the car horn then fails the quick time he is killed. If he slams the car and dosent react quickly enough Sam is bitten but they both live. If he was bitten earlier and didn’t amputate he will tell Sam to run and then he turns into a werewolf. If he wasn’t they make their way back to the lodge together.
Chapter 10
You start off playing with Ashley, Emily, and Josh down in the basement or just Ashley or a variation of Ashley and either Josh or Emily. If it’s her by herself it’s a quick chapter of her exploring and then making her way up to the surveillance room. If it’s her and Josh or her, Josh and Emily and Josh hasn’t been bitten basically the same thing happens just with more people. The same occurs if it’s just Ashley and Emily. If it’s Ashley, Emily and Josh and Josh has been bit then as you play as Ashley Josh becomes increasingly aggressive until he turns. Then you have the option to either run to the surveillance room or the entrance to the storm shelter. If Ashley runs to the entrance Josh kills her then kills Emily because Emily was following Ashley. If she chooses to go to the surveillance room Emily runs a bit faster and makes it up first. Ashley follows after her but werewolf Josh rips off the ladder when Ashley is at the very top meaning she has to hold onto one of the top rings to not fall. Here she has to jump up and grab Emily’s hand with a quick time. If she fails she falls and hits her head and back dying instantly on impact. If it’s Ashley and a bitten Josh the choices are also the same but Ashley has to jump up to reach the top instead of to reach Emily’s hand. Josh breaks out through the storm shelters other entrance and he becomes the final werewolf Sam and Chris have to fight once they make it back to the lodge unless he’s not a werewolf in which case Caleb would be the werewolf like normal. In the lodge Sam and Chris would take on the roles of Kaitlyn and Sam with each of them having the death opportunities those characters have in the final chase scene. Or just Sam alone if Chris dies earlier. Eventually Sam will possibly hear Ashley, Emily, and Josh or possibly Ashley or Emily alone or the two of them together banging to give Sam silver bullets. Here the choice is also the same where Sam can either choose to try and shoot Josh/Caleb or try to escape in the kitchen. At the end of the night Jessica and Mike are released and the ending could be any number of Death variations.
I know Josh being the final werewolf is a little weird but I needed there to be a way for every character to die on the same play though so I needed to add it.

Early matches had Rie Tamada vs. Rena Takase and Ai Fujita and a match with the clowns. NWA Women's Pacific & NEO Title Match: Misae Genki vs. Bionic J (5:17 / 5:32). I suppose it was almost okay for its length, Bionic J thinks she’s Bull Nakano using the nunchakus now. *3/4. Michiko Omukai vs. Azumi Hyuga (9:00 / 15:00). Rossy might be completely wasting Azumi but at least she’s providing them good matches. Here she actually got Omukai working on a level she hasn’t done in a long time, and they had a quality match. ***1/4. Queen of ARSION Title Match: Ayako Hamada vs. GAMI (18:18). I had no interest in this and GAMI’s stalling and comedy wasn’t helping. She used the belt as a weapon and decked the ref. They worked a tombstone piledriver injury spot for a few minutes but super Ayako came back and did all of her spots, at least she remembered to sell the neck. It did turn into a better match in the second half and I was enjoying by the end. The crowd were into it by the end too, the problem was they wanted GAMI to win and not the ARSION hero. **1/2
Twinstar of ARSION Title Match: Etsuko Mita & Mima Shimoda vs. Lioness Asuka & Mariko Yoshida (12:58 / 30:00, 4:04)
LCO dropped the Zenjo tag belts two days earlier, and today they dropped the ARSION tag belts. This was annoying clipped down in typical ARSION style and completely ridiculous because when the final bell sounded there was still 30 minutes of TV time remaining. They picked things up with Lioness missing a tope and LCO brawling all over the building. Shimoda did the rail drop in the ring. Yoshida was bleeding and got worked over. Lioness got rid of Mita and Yoshida got a couple of submission near finishers before she was wearing a chair again. A chairspot backfired giving her an Air Raid Crash, Shimoda fired back with a Tiger Suplex. Lioness came in and they did a bunch of good near falls, the crowd were hot for everything. Lioness did her table stomp on the outside and the time expired. For some reason the match had to continue and they kept the finish sequence rolling with more great near falls. Lioness kept accidentally hitting Yoshida, which set up LCO finishers but she was able to break up the pins and Yoshida got the win with a La Magistral. Match appeared to be excellent, but skipping half of it I couldn’t really say it was more than ***.
NEO First Wednesday In August 8/1/2001 Itabashi Green Hall
NEO Itabashi Tag Team Title Match: Acute Sae & Chiaki Nishi vs. Tanny Mouse & Yuki Miyazaki (10:51)
Evil Tanny and Miyazaki, wearing all black complete with their faces painted black. Just prop comedy and bad wrestling but it wasn’t as funny as some of the other ones. The funniest part was Nishi getting upset with Sae after the loss and storming off. They used the old tricks and some new ones. Tanny & Miyazaki stole Nishi’s stuffed frog or whatever it was and gave it back to her at the end, which distracted her long enough for them to beat Sae. *1/4
Yoshiko Tamura vs. Kaori Nakayama (10:28)
Typical undercard Tamura match. Nakayama did a couple of nice things but that was about it. *3/4
Chaparrita ASARI & Mima Shimoda vs. Chitose Yamamoto & Kyoko Inoue (16:53)
Nothing particularly imaginative here, it was mostly serious but had some light-hearted comedy thrown in. Shimoda and ASARI were energetic enough. Yamamoto got worked over until Shimoda got bored of it and got Kyoko in (which she regretted and hid behind the ref). Kyoko dominated with the usual until ASARI caught her in a jujigatame. Yamamoto tried to break it up but she was about as effective as Nishi. Kyoko accidentally nailed Yamamoto at the end, and just wandered off to fight ASARI but Shimoda Tiger suplexed Yamamoto to win. **1/2
Lioness Asuka, Yuka Nakamura & Yuka Shiina vs. Kiyoko Ichiki, Misae Genki & Ran YuYu (25:56)
Long but surprisingly good and well paced 6 woman tag. Everyone contributed about as well as you could expect. Genki was generally dominating with only Lioness able to stand up to her. All the best stuff revolved around Genki. She even had a good exchange with Nakamura at one point. Plenty of good near falls with Nakamura predictably taking the pin at the end from Ran. They set up Genki vs. Lioness after the match. ***
2001/08/11 Jd' BS Japan (08/05) & 2001/08/18 Jd' BS Japan (08/05)
Not much to see on Jd’ this week. Two athress matches, two Obatchi matches, including one against Genki, so if you want to see Genki do a comedy match, this is the show for you. Hiromi Yagi vs. Ranmaru (14:09). Yagi carrying the ninja through a solid match and Ranmaru followed along adequately, but she’s still not fluid. **1/4. We had Sachie Abe vs. ARIYA (14:24). It wasn’t bad when they were wrestling, but it got bogged down with Abe’s heeling and bad brawling. *1/2.

Command Bolshoi vs. Kaori Yoneyama (4:17)
Not much to this. Some basic technical work and then Bolshoi started grabbing submissions until she won with one. *
Azumi Hyuga vs. Kobina Ichikawa (13:28)
Had its moments but it was mainly a light-hearted comedy match. Azumi isn’t really suited to that and Sae’s been funnier in NEO than she was with this gimmick. *3/4
Kayoko Haruyama vs. Tsubasa Kuragaki (14:31)
Another good, hard fought JWP style match from these two. They aren’t the best workers but they work well together now, not quite as good as their 2000 match but it was the same level. **3/4
JWP Tag Title Match: Ran YuYu & Misae Genki vs. Kyoko Inoue & Takako Inoue (23:29)
This started off well with some good action early, and Takako putting some effort into the submissions. That didn’t last though, overall Takako was actually pretty good in this match. Kyoko was about normal, she likes to meander along but she can have some exciting runs when she wants to. Ran and Genki were really good and made the match. Same quality as their match in NEO overall, the NEO one peaked higher but I liked this one a little better since it was almost 7 minutes shorter it was able to have a better pace and build and didn’t meander as much. ***

ARSION Hyper Visual Fighting Carnival the Queens 7/29/2001 Ota City Gymnasium
Early matches had Rie Tamada vs. Rena Takase and Ai Fujita and a match with the clowns. NWA Women's Pacific & NEO Title Match: Misae Genki vs. Bionic J (5:17 / 5:32). I suppose it was almost okay for its length, Bionic J thinks she’s Bull Nakano using the nunchakus now. *3/4. Michiko Omukai vs. Azumi Hyuga (9:00 / 15:00). Rossy might be completely wasting Azumi but at least she’s providing them good matches. Here she actually got Omukai working on a level she hasn’t done in a long time, and they had a quality match. ***1/4. Queen of ARSION Title Match: Ayako Hamada vs. GAMI (18:18). I had no interest in this and GAMI’s stalling and comedy wasn’t helping. She used the belt as a weapon and decked the ref. They worked a tombstone piledriver injury spot for a few minutes but super Ayako came back and did all of her spots, at least she remembered to sell the neck. It did turn into a better match in the second half and I was enjoying by the end. The crowd were into it by the end too, the problem was they wanted GAMI to win and not the ARSION hero. **1/2

Maybe a weird question, but where can one find more maximalist summer packing lists? I enjoy having some guidelines, but I also have a disability that requires more clothing options (comfort issues, very sensitive to temperature and friction) plus I just like being able to dress up. And it feels like all anyone ever posts is showcasing how light they're able to pack, never a happy medium (I tried all sorts of keywords).
Even with my total maximalism I was always able to fit into carry-on (cabin suitcase + backpack) and all I would like to do is just limit my packing slightly, just to not have so many choices to make, but limiting myself to e.g. 2 pairs of trousers (as I've seen these summer lists go) feels unnecessary and even suboptimal.
I understand that the simplest answer would be: just modify the ones that are there - what I'm looking for is more like an algorithm for how to do that, e.g. if I have space for 5 more pieces than advised then how many should be tops/bottoms/dresses/sweaters?
