Toggleable magnetic plates allow the user to walk up walls and across ceilings without issue as well as stick to any solid surface with an attraction force of about 50 pounds. Magnetic plates do not slow movement speed.

• Rosarius: A necklace/amulet that can be tied to a belt, the amulet contains technology that produces a transparent field of energy that turns tiny objects and energy moving at high speeds through it into light.

Weapons/Other:

• Talon of Flame: Merek Grimmaldus’s hammer is made from steel, the Talon of Flame’s haft and head are roughly a foot and a half in length and constantly ablaze. It can be thrown and if not retrieved immediately or relatively quickly it vanishes, slowly being reconstructed by his GS over a few minutes.

Uses Strength to be thrown, deals X1.5 damage when thrown, if it hits and is retrieved Merek is healed for 25% health.
Deals 1d12+STR blunt (or the same amount of piercing if used with the pointed end) and 1d4+INT burning on a hit.
If not retrieved before three rounds are up after being thrown this hammer vanishes and reappears attached to his belt after six rounds.

• P10K: A two handed SMG designed after a old world P90 but takes energy cells, the same shape, mag load area, and the silencer on it resulting in the weapon being perfect for Merek due to him being from modern day earth and used to the SMG. The main body of it is designed with a mag lock body, resulting in it sticking to armor when not needed and the tube at the end not only helps to hide the source of the shots by hiding the flash but also lowering the already quiet Energy weapon.

It has been improved via the pack a punch to a much cleaner version as well as having better cell magazines, holding a hundred rounds instead of fifty rounds.
Deals 5 burn damage but makes five attacks due to burst fire, this damage is boosted to 8 burn per shot against armored targets.
After firing thirty shots, the gun can release the heat generated by the plasma going out in a shotgun like blast of energy.
Deals 25 plasma (Unable to be healed in combat) + 1d20 plasma to a single target up to thirty feet away.
Silenced shots.

• Whirlwind Launcher: A armor module that attaches to any form of armor, as well as allowing for impulse control or manual controls. The unit typically remains folded into a small orb with a rectangle to the side but when unfolded forms four rocket launchers loaded with smart ammo.

Uses intelligence and dexterity.
Deals 2d20 blast damage.
Kraken missiles: ignores armor bonuses, deals quadruple damage to armored vehicles and double armor wearing enemies.
Antipersonal: hits all enemies within ten feet of the target, deals double damage to unarmored targets.
Flak shot: Flying enemies automatically are grounded when hit, advantage against airborne enemies.
Energy surge: On a hit apply a 15+intelligence DC, on a failed save all electronics within ten feet of the target are shut off.

• ⁠Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi: ”A legendary blade who’s name literally translates to “Grass-Cutter”. This blade is said to be able to cut through almost anything and is practically indestructible. In earlier legends, this blade was associated with the clouds or winds and said to have been wielded by Amaterasu, the sun goddess of Japanese mythology. Because of this, it is able to emit a powerful gust of wind every 4 rounds which can knock opponents back a good distance.”
Deals 2d6+DEX slash damage that ignores nonenchanted armor and slash resistance. Can be used to parry and block energy weapons.

• Komodo shotgun: A belt fed shotgun designed for clearing out zombie infested ships, the heavy gun contains a means of blasting back groups of people to buy the wielder time to reload due to a gravity engine built into the gun under the barrel.

Deals 2d10 piercing.
Upon using the attack action with this gun attack the same target three times or attack three targets.
Deals double damage to zombies.
Has the ability to apply knockback to any enemies inside of ten feet to send them to thirty feet back. Cooldown of four rounds.
Capacity: sixty shells
Loading time: three actions.

• Smart Pistol MK6 ‘HeadHunters’ X2: A tech heavy pistol that relies on power armor to make the most of it’s ability, painting targets and overriding the wielder’s suit to guide their aim towards heads.

Deals 1d6 piercing per shot. Deals triple damage on a crit, crit chance of 18.

While the hammer itself is extremely powerful it has even more powerful abilities than simply swinging it about, using them results in draining the Phoenix flames that fuel his hammer.
For every attack of Merek’s that lands and enemy attack blocked gain half of the damage dealt in Phoenix Flames, upon reaching 100% Phoenix Flames the Hammer of Dawn can be summoned.
Weapon stats:
Has a plus 3 to attacks.
Deals (LVL)d8+STR in blunt and a additional (lvl)d4+INT in burn damage.
Requires both hands to swing, can be held with one hand. For every round held drain Phoenix Flames by 10%.
Eruption: Merek brings his hammer up and back down, leaping ten feet into the air to slam his hammer into the ground and discharge a blast of flames through the ground and into a single target.

Drains ten percent Phoenix Flames in addition to the round drained amount.
Dawnguard’s Wrath: Merek’s Phoenix flames wreath his arms and body, blessing his body with sheer strength and speed enough to unleash a flurry of three blows in the span where one should be done…

• backstory: Merek was a spec ops in life, helping to train American troops in Europe with a captured AS Val, showing them how it could not only pierce body armor but also served as a suppressed sniper rifle or a SMG. Eventually he was shifted over to training with the P90 and literally fell in love with it, the ambidextrous grip, top loading mag, and the over all length of it helped the fact that it was made to RIP armor into fragmentation made it all the better. However, before he could start training other soldiers with it, he was trampled to death when a mounted cop’s horse was spooked by a car back firing, his broken body resurrected via the Ghost Servo’s Phoenix protocols in order to have a outlet for it’s power.

i thought i might just post my notes from my original playthrough back in january since they're relativey 1 to 1 and have been a massive help in plaything the remake, with that said i removed all the door codes so i dont'spoil everythign for new players, and it just formatted liek your standard modern day quest log and should hopefully help people figure out what exactly theyre supposed to be doing. and for the love of good write down the numbers display at each reactor you blew up on each floor, there should be 6 in total

Destroy Virus

1. Find the 3 groves containing the virus on level 6
2. hit the jettison enable switch located within each grove.2.1 Grove 1 2.2 Grove 2 2.3 Grove 4.
3. activate the master jettison enable switch in gamme quadrant.
4. go down to level 3 and find the Diagonstic Log (that only now exists) on the shelf near the maintaince office.
5. and go to the Relay Analyzer, enter code 3 digit code from the log. ALPHA, BETA, GAMA,DELTA quadrants in level 3 will open afterewards
6. Destoy security cameras in the newly opened quadrants to lower security level low enough to unlock the maintance office.
7. find a severed head from on the of the quadrants and place it gainst the retinal scanner infront of the second door in the hallways to the maintance office..... no not the severed head int he beta quadrant, yep the identical onein the delta quadrant.
8. ignore steps 6. and 7. because that office is actually optional go fuck yourself *FAILED*
9. go down the literally 30+ dead ends located in the newly opened quadrants and click on the square textures at the end until you find one that matches the 3 digit code that put into the relay analyser.
10. find an interface demodulator from somewhere else in level3 and then use it on the texture that you found before.
11. Return to level 6 and re-activate the master jettison enabler.
12. Jettison grove 2 , Virus destroyed.

Stop Shodan from uploading herself to the internet.

1. grab 4 Plastique Explosives from Lv.4.
2. place Plastique at 4 antenna sites on level 7.

Destroy the station to stop Shodan from crashing it into earth.... from orbit over saturn...no rush i guess.

1. find the system authorisation code from each floors reactor.
2. find a level 2 environment suit (or a shit load of detox patches.
3. head to level R to set the reactor to explode.
4. run to the flight deck and find an excape pod the code is 001 (maybe find one before setting the station to blow).

Kill Shodan

1. Head to the bridge.
2. find a way up the tower.
3. kill Dieago and his re-inforcements and collect the keycard off his body.
4. enter the final section of the bridge, bring any supplies this is a point of no return.
5. find a way to lower the 3 forcefields.
6. find an Isolinear chipset, it will allow acces to the central room where shodans cyberjack is located.
7. place the chip into the thingy behind the 3 forcefields.
8. Find Shodans cyberspace terminal in the centreal room on the bridge.
9. Kill Shodan in Cyberspace. !<

I am an older IT person that has burned out in the web development/help desk/technical support roles I've had over the last 20 years. I was recently laid off from a Wordpress-related job and I really feel it's time for a new direction. I think GIS might be a great option for me.
I have always loved geography and maps. I drew maps to real and imaginary worlds as a child and easily passed my geography 101 course. I love playing with my GPS device, hiking, clicking around Google maps, gazing at newly-published surface maps of Mars, the Moon and other celestial bodies and -- perhaps my favorite -- dreaming of the topographical features and trails on National Park maps.
I'm starting to research GIS, certifications, paid programs and free options for starting this new career and hoped this community could provide some direction and suggestions about an older person getting into the industry. I'm married with a family and not able to go back to college for a Bachelors or Graduate Degree in GIS) Does a certification from someplace like University of Alaska Fairbanks (three months "essentials" program for less than $700) get me in the door for job interviews, or is it more about degrees? Or are they desperate and self-learning is fine. Or is the industry already saturated and I need 10 years experience for an entry-level position.

between server slam, and developer announcements, and YouTube videos, and way too much reddit, I've wasted away the days and neglected one of my most important responsibilities: planning out my low level hc pvp build. Now I have 6 hours to decide what class I'm going to play (sorc or barbarian, based on what ive played least recently) and what abilities to pick for an approximately level 8-10 pvp hardcore character.
I'm torn between just not wanting to do the obvious thing but also wanting to be a little effective (I do plan on racing out ahead with a same class character to grab some decent gear so at least im fine In that sense).
The one saving grace is I'll probably get 1 shot and have another chance again soon!

Hey guys,
I've been taking Epicatechin recently and noticed lower mood and cracking joints and such. Toughed it out, but I recently added in HGW 10% and noticed no more joint cracks and better mood. Do you guys think it's from the HGW extract itself or from the improvement of estrogen levels. I've heard that Epicatechin is similar in structure to estrogen and can have a blocking effect. I really like Epicatechin because of the myostatin effects and weight loss but I'm trying to tinker with my stack to maximize the benefits and limit the negatives.
What have others experience with Epicatechin?

I have been in my field for about 5-6 years. I am really struggling to get promoted to a "level 2" position. I think part of it is my work history. I spent 3 years at company A and I've spent the last 2 at company B. I left A to join B because they gave me a pay raise, but it did not come with a higher job title. The common recommendation for most people to get promotions here seems to be, "get a job offer somewhere else" but I am struggling to get more pay than my current role elsewhere. I seem to get overlooked for "level 2" positions because I do not have enough experience. They're usually looking for 8-10 years experience for direct hire.
But I have not applied to any contract positions. When I first graduated I took a 6 month contract position to get my foot in the door in the field because it offered better pay than direct hire for a fresh graduate. I did not mind it. I have noticed a lot of contract positions for my field for "level 2" positions. Would it be worth apply and taking a "level 2" title contract position to do something similar to what I did when I first started - to get my foot in the door as a level 2? I've only been at my current company 2 years but just going off my teammates promotions they only give you one after ~5 years of service and you have to basically threaten to leave to get one.
Basically, is it always worse to take contract positions? Will it look odd on my resume to work 3 years somewhere, then 2, then take a 6 month contract @ a "level 2"? I'm really trying to grow my career, 5 years in I feel like I deserve to be a level 2 with my experience. I go above and beyond but I never feel recognized because I'm never around the right people. I am afraid if I do not progress to level 2 then I will start loosing value compared to fresh graduates that usually get hired for half or two thirds my pay. Nifty broke its critical support of 14500, followed by 18470, but a smart recovery was also visible by closing. As of now, for Nifty, the immediate support will be 18458–18450, and the immediate resistance will be 18500, followed by 18530.
Breaking of the support will open a new range for Nifty up to 18200 on the downside. On the upside, it has to break and sustain above 18500–18530 for a rally above 18600.
For tomorrow, sell on the rise up to 18530 with a stop loss at today’s high of 18,580.30. But on the downside, a dip in buying will emerge near 18380.
On a closing basis, the Bank Nifty broke through its crucial support at 43800 after 44000. Therefore, Bank Nifty’s tomorrow projection is negative. As of right now, 43500 and 43340 will serve as Bank Nifty’s immediate support, while 44000 and 44150 will serve as its immediate resistance.
If today’s low is broken, the Bank Nifty’s new range will extend downward to 43300-43150. For a rally up to 44500 on the upside, it must break and hold above 44150.
For tomorrow, a sell on the rise strategy up to 44000 with a stop loss at the previous breakout zone of 44150 will work. However, near 43300, an excellent buying opportunity will appear.

RIF is fun, Reddit Entertainment Suite, and Apollo are expected to be impacted by this, for a short list. As a result, a mod strike is expected in the near future. Hey Redditors. It's me, MinimumArmadillo2394 here. I've been a mod on this platform across multiple accounts for a few years now. I've moderated small local communities that are for my local area and larger communities like this one. I've been on reddit for almost 10 years now, since highschool. Passions and interests of mine have grown and shrunk with things I've seen happen on this very platform. Software Development, creating bots, even creating small projects to solve real world problems have all come because of this website. I care deeply about the future of this platform as it's one of the few places where people can actually discuss things in long text on almost any subject that you could think would exist across the world.
For a while now (mainly since new reddit), Reddit has taken the stance of being somewhat anti-consumer. They've introduced issues with new reddit that weren't present with old reddit. They have introduced things that have completely contradicted the original visions for reddit by the founders. Visions for companies are allowed to change over time, but the recent decisions related to APIs have broken the trust in reddit to ever make the right decision.
First they started by hiding massive changes by no longer mentioning them in changelog. They opened up reddit to discuss these, which has been extremely silent since the news of the reddit API changes were released.
Then Reddit started taking away basic features like sorting your home feed. They put the sort option in the settings rather than a reasonably accessible place, then removed it later citing lack of use.
Over this time Reddit's video player has been destroyed and re-built, only for it to work poorly.
They've recently made analytics for moderators to see traffic on their site unavailable on anything but new reddit while their mobile app solution is coming soon™. This makes it harder for us to protect our community from brigading and spikes in spam.
Reddit created popular, which is all/best and has any NSFW content filtered out of it. Then they promptly banned NSFW content from all, thus removing the whole purpose of the distinction anyway.
Reddit has separated new.reddit and old.reddit content feeds, so subreddit changes (like sidebars, flairs, CSS changes, etc) need to be duplicated across eachother in order to remain consistent across all apps, clients, and devices.
Most recently Reddit has announced they are killing 3rd party apps and systems. They're not exactly pulling the trigger and stopping traffic, but they're making the costs for these apps unattainable for anything but a multi-million dollar business. Third party apps and extensions like redditisfun (Now known as RIF is fun due to a cease and deist) on Android, Reddit Entertainment Suite on web clients, and /apolloapp on Apple devices are now suffering with this change. In addition, services to protect the platform like u/BotDefense and PushShift which allows deeper integrations into reddit account history to make more informed moderation decisions and protect users against spam and illegal content. It's estimated that the current traffic on these apps would cost upwards of $2m per month, something none of these apps or services bring in, including reddit. Most of these apps have no price tag and have little to no advertisements. Reddit's estimated cost per user per month is 1/20 the size of these fees or just over $100k/mo. This is clearly just a cash grab to try and shut down apps that aren't official so Reddit can get ad-revenue on these "new" users.
Without these 3rd party apps and systems, [the main Apollo Dev mentions that] over 7000 moderators on over 20000 subreddits will be impacted by this. Reddit as a whole will change fundamentally, and this is just on one app. WSB mods like Opinion is Unpopular have stated that 95% of their moderation and interaction is through RIF is fun.
Reddit as a whole is under threat. The fire is coming from inside the house. I cannot let admins make a decision like this which would gut the entire platform.
As a result, there is expected to be a moderation strike. We are not paid individuals. Most of us are not compensated in any way for moderating subreddits we are passionate about (including me and Jimmi). However, with these changes, moderating will be extremely difficult and much less accessible to mods without a physical computer infront of them. The current mobile app is not ready for wide moderation use nor is it friendly to use. If our subreddit goes private, do not be alarmed. This API change is why. We here at shortsqueeze do not know when or even this this is happening, but we will participate if it happens.
If there are any other moderators here, I urge you to do the same on your subreddits, for the betterment of the platform you are helping to upkeep for free.
