Does burlington hire at 15

Hi all!
I have this problem on both my Ender 3 (v1, 8 bit) and Ender 5 (v1, 8 bit). Yesterday i installed my BLTouch (3.1). Flashed printer firmware from 1.1.6 to 1.1.6+BLTouch (the firmware Creality provides, via USBISP and progisp). The BLTouch works, printing doesn't. No matter what z-offset i set on the printer, the nozzle is way too high above the bed when printing. I tried everything you normally do after installing a BLTouch and basically everything you can find when googling this problem.
I changed things in the Cura start gcode (including G29), the z-offset plugin, even modified the gcode of a file manually. No matter what i do, it wont change. I jokingly even quadrupled my z-offset on the printer but that didnt do anything either. Is this a bug in Marlin 1.1.6 or am i missing something completely? I mean i kinda suspect a bug because Babystep-Z is gone from my Menu (already tried reflashing + verify flash in progisp)
I can not compile my own Firmware because the Arduino IDE wont load at all. I can start it on its own and it loads up, but any .ino file i try to open causes an infinite loading screen, even after 2 reinstalls, and ive tried waiting for ~9.5 hours. From before i went to work to after work.
I currently do not want to upgrade the boards of the printers, tho i guess i have to if theres no other way.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem is or could be?

Mandalorian season 3 suffers a lot of the same mistakes that Boba Fett did such as the ginormous glaring problem that years of character development have been thrown out of the window harder than Mace Windu. In the beginning of Mandalorian all the boys are on that lava planet that I forget the name of and at the end of the latest episode they're back to where they started so their characters literally went nowhere in the story. but in terms of actual characterization, the character development Mando got in the first two seasons about accepting than what he knows isn't always true and that he shouldn't be in cults and all that type of stuff he instead decides to double down on his religion of I know nothing except " the way" instead of that great arc that we had throughout two whole seasons of Mando discovering himself. Not only this but Grogu coming back was an absolutely terrible idea that was only done to a mass profits. it would have been so interesting to see Mando by himself going through the galaxy and restoring Mandalore to what it once was and uniting all the tribes but instead we get this goofy dumb show that's just a repeat of the first two and the absolute worst thing about the new season is the way they treat Bo Katan. They have utterly butchered her character into nothing but another Mando they took away years of her character development and just made her another cultist. In clone wars and rebels she had gray character arcs about really learning to stand by what she believes in and now that she has been indoctrinated into the children of the watch, it really doesn't make any sense given what we have seen before with her character after she repeatedly told Mando that his religion is wack he then decides to join it what sense does that make? In conclusion, I am very angry and I felt like ranting.

I’ve completely lost access to my account because each time I log in it insists that my credit card is invalid. I’ve followed the steps to re-validate with three different cards from three different banks, and when I complete the validation it shows it’s been approved, but then I go back to the home page and it’s still showing as invalid!
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve emailed Amazon Seller Support and been told to re-validate the card, and I’m now at a total loss as to what to do next.
What’s most frustrating is that all I want to do is close the account, so why it’s insisting on this credit card validation is a complete mystery to me.
Does anyone have any advice on what else to try, or maybe the details of how to raise a formal complaint to get this escalated please?

Our good girl is finally nearing 2 years old, which seems to be the consensus time to safely spay/neuter since she should be done growing.
However, I've been having seeds of doubt about doing it at all. Going under and messing with hormones for no clear reason other than societal pressure doesn't make sense to me. We aren't breeding her, heats have been very manageable, and it's a one dog household.
I just want to make the best choice for the long term health of my doggo, but there's so much conflicting info - for lady GSDs specifically, what sets her up for the healthiest life possible? Does spaying lower certain risks but increase others, and which choice has the net best statistical outcomes?

Ok, so yesterday, I did 255 pounds on bench press, and today, I did 300 pounds on leg press.. I only weigh 180 pounds lol, and both days, I had like the whole rest of the gym looking at me.. this is a weight lifting class that I'm taking in school, so all of these people are like 15-18 years old.
I also talked to my crush as well... talk about accomplishing a goal, I haven't done that since like 4th grade or something, lmao...
Edit: I've also been getting that 8 hours of sleep again, and imo that's also huge.

I was talking with a friend and we talked about the self report thing for UH. Turns out that I wasn’t supposed to report the high school courses I took before 9th grade (~2 courses which are core).
I applied for priority btw so that’s a long time to realize.
Since they calculate UW GPA from the self report I think my GPA is slightly lower than what they calculated.
So yeah I guess I have to email UH. Im kinda worried about what may happen. At best, I hope I don’t get the AES taken away. At worst, UH does reserve the right to rescind me. It’s not like I lied about getting a higher grade 😭 oh well.

One element from the plot I find worth considering is Kris and Noelle's childhood friendship. It is explicitly said that this is not the case for Berdly and Susie so I think it could become important in the next chapters, and there's a single event in Noelle's childhood which seems to be relevant for the plot and that is her sister Dess's disappearance. Could it be that Kris has something to do with it? In this theory I'll try to explore this hypothesis.
We know two things about Kris which are unexplainable to us by now: first, they already have a save file before we can save on our own (and I'll assume it means they have been in the Dark World before, just because I can't find strong evidence for which it would be possible to save in the Light World by now); and second, they know exactly how to deal with someone else's soul inside their body controlling them. The evidence for this is the cage in Kris's room, which seems to have been frequently used to lock a soul already. If there's an actual link between Kris and Dess's disappearance I think it's reasonable to think it has to do with these two events. And what better place than the Dark World to completely disappear from everyone's lifes after all? In the simplest form the theory would go like this: Kris and Dess go into the Dark World, Dess disappears, Kris saves and then is taken control of by someone using a soul to do that. At this point Kris could have experienced a lot, and maybe they did some terrible things, until they understood how to deal with an external soul inside them, reset to avoid being controlled in the first place and then escaped from the Dark World as soon as possible and went on with their life. This sequence of events is extremely important: Kris must've saved after Dess's disappearance, because otherwise they would have saved her; and the control by that someone must have come after the save because well, Kris's name is there. Who controlled them did the terrible mistake of not saving again, giving Kris a way to avoid that control as soon as they had just a moment of indipendence (and there are many under our control in Deltarune). Another evidence for Dess being in the Dark World is Noelle feeling nostalgic about the white ribbon in chapter 2.
So now the question is: who caused all of that and why? It seems to be accepted for various reasons (like the way he speaks) by the community that the character making us create our avatar at the beginning of the game and giving us a soul to control Kris is Gaster. After all, Gaster is able to establish a connection with us and to generate a soul from that, and we know that in Undertale he studied how space and time work (and this gave him at least a basic understanding of timelines) and that Alphys, in the same lab, studied souls. It's reasonable to assume that in Deltarune he is a scientist still studying these two topics (which could be connected?) based on those few actions we know about. So it makes sense that his knowledge of space and time made him able to reach the Dark World, and it makes sense that as he generates a soul in order to control Kris in Deltarune he did the exact same thing in the past. The creation of the vessel could just be a way to verify that we, the player, have an actual consciousness and are able to guide Kris. Why doing all of that? We really can't say because we know nothing about what he truly wants, but being a scientist he could've just wanted to do so as an experiment to better understand how souls work. There is very little knowledge about that in Deltarune, only given by a book in the Librarby. And why Kris? We know almost nothing about their backstory (like why are they with the Dreemurs?) and it's hard to give an answer. We'll come back on that later, but as for now we can just assume that it was because of their antisocial nature, who made them easy to isolate and control.
And talking about isolation, clearly Gaster couldn't have done an experiment like that on a literal child who couldn't stay far from home for a long time. So kidnapping them would've been necessary, and what a better place than the Dark World (which we already assumed Gaster had access to) to do so? But the only moments where Kris wasn't under control were while they were hanging out with Asriel, Noelle and Dess, and it was Dess who accidentally fell in the Dark World with Kris. Now we have an hypothesis for why she disappeared: Gaster kidnapped her because she could've revealed what was going on to others (Kris alone wouldn't have been believed, like we can observe in the dialogues with Undyine). We already said what happens later.
And as we already said, what we actually see happening in Deltarune is Gaster trying the experiment again: this time he has to take account of Kris's ability to save, and the soul will be put inside them during the night. There's also the need to keep them in the Dark World so that they can't escape from it and get rid of the soul. I think that this necessity can answer the question "who's Ralsei?" Every action Ralsei does seems to condescend Kris's will. Their pacifist nature coincides with Kris's, when Kris tries to flirt with him he blushes and he appreciates Kris's hugs. When he's happy to be called a lackey and is surprised when he's called something else I think it's pretty clear he knows what his role is and is happy finding out he's doing his job well. The fact he makes rooms for Kris and Susie also matches his will to keep them in the Dark World, and the fact that they move the player's perspective through dialogues and that they want Kris to ignore what Spamton NEO said to them shows he is conscious of what's happening and he wants it to happen. Not to mention his look and his ability to travel in every Dark World would now have an explanation. Maybe Ralsei doesn't even know why he's doing what he's doing and that can be a way to develop his character in an interesting way when he finds out. Actually, if I'm right Ralsei wouldn't have a soul (otherwise Gaster would've just counducted his experiments on him) and that is coherent with how he acts. He's just a souless puppet, and that also implies that the Kralsei ship can't (fortunately!) be canon. Sure, you could point out that Gaster doesn't react if you put Ralsei's name during the creation of the vessel, but he doesn't react to Jevil either and we know he knows him too.
There's more to say about Gaster now. It's probable he is in the Dark World because this is where he kidnapped Dess and kept her. We know he's been there because of Jevil's backstory after all. Clearly to make Kris enter the Dark World he needed to create a fountain (and we know he can do so in the Dark World because Berdly tries to do it and Ralsei stops him while looking alarmed), so one could think he's the Knight because of that. But I don't actually think that is the case. Before we finish chapter 1 if we manipulate our save files there's Gaster commenting what we do. As soon as we finish it, he disappears from there. When we lose in chapter 1 he makes us come back, while in chapter 2 we have an actual game over screen and it's us who load the save file. If we start chapter 2 having no saves from chapter 1 we have three save files with Kris's name on them, and as soon as we choose one the other two disappears. Like they were prepared by Gaster just so that one of them could have been used by us. The data in those save files (the vessel is created according to Kris's preferences and when they come back in the Light World they go directly to home without talking to anyone, coherently with their antisocial nature) and the phrase "since chapter 1" in the menu if we start from chapter 1 seem to suggest that we don't actually need to control Kris from the beginning of their adventure, but can start later. I find all of this to be evidence that after chapter 1 Gaster was knocked out, presumably by Dess as she was kept near to him. Gaster disappears before the very beginning of chapter 2 (maybe during the night) because when we start from one of the three Kris save files he already isn't there. But the fountain gets opened after the chapter began (in the end we see that Noelle and Berdly started studying because the books are already open, so the fountain was opened when they were already inside the lab). Could it be that as Dess understood that Kris was exploring Dark World she wanted to open another fountain so that they could save her? That would make Dess the Knight. The Queen uses "they" refering to the Knight, so we don't know their gender and that opens up to the possibility of a female Knight. Maybe the fountain in chapter 1 was opened by her too because Gaster made her do so: opening the fountain and putting our soul inside Kris are two indipendent processes, and we know that because we can take control of Kris after chapter 1. So the two could have managed to do the two things on their own. Or maybe the first fountain was opened by Gaster and the second one by Dess, I don't think that's that relevant actually. The King and the Queen would have seen two different Knights and could find out that is the case just talking. Maybe we'll found out that way. What I think is more interesting is the fact that now we'd know the reason Kris had to open a fountain at the end of chapter 2: as soon as they hear that every Lightner with enough determination can open a fountain and that Noelle is a candidate to do so they understand it's Dess who's doing it to seek help, and they want to help her. They find it to be worthy risking the Roaring, and it makes sense both in Normal and Weird route, contrary to the "they just want to have adventures with their friends" hypothesis. In the game script there's also a line checking if the name of the character being controlled has more or less than seven letters. December seems to be the only option between the various character of the game that we could be able to move in a certain part of the game. I find appealing the idea of controlling a character searching for a way to get home after years of being kidnapped, and it would make sense that Gaster uses our soul to control her to avoid that she gets home and reveals everything about what happened. The ultimate thing to notice about Dess being the Knight is the amount of connections between the Holiday family and the Angel, which I won't repeat here. As the Roaring Knight causes the Angel's Heaven (whetever that is) to appear this connection also fits in the theory, even if we don't know what exactly the Angel is. When Spamton talks about the Knight he literally says "communion" by the way.
I now want to analyze the third identity theory to see how it fits with what I said, and I have to say I stand with Andrew Cunningham's position (go check his video, it's great) on that. The idea of Kris doing weird stuff at the end of the first two chapters 'cause he's being controlled by someone else totally annihilates what makes Deltarune's plot interesting, Kris's will against ours. In this theory I gave alternative explanations for those actions and it doesn't need to be included. Yeah, maybe there are three save files because Kris has gotten three total souls inside them in their life but what's actually important is that Gaster knows about the saves and comments our actions on them, so I would rather think it's just that he wants to collect more data on more than one timeline to do so (and we as player use different saves for different kind of routes, don't we?). Also, using the principle that a certain theory is wrong because if it was true that would make the plot less interesting we can say that a character being controlled by the player and suffering 'cause of this trauma while they slowly realize it is less interesting than having a character that knows how to act when this happens and uses knowledge we don't have to achieve what they want despite the situation.
Actually, when I said that the three save files could match the souls Kris has gotten inside them I assumed Kris has a soul of their own, but that's something we should discuss. It's strange because when they remove our soul (I doubt it's just their soul and we are controlling it because Gaster explicitly says it's ours) they move with more fatigue, something that didn't happen with Flowey. Not having a soul isn't necessarily a reason to be fatigued, there's something about Kris's specific situation that causes it. We can hypothesize they were created by Gaster as vessels for his future experiments, but have they always moved like zombies? I don't think that is the case. So our soul still changed something inside Kris even when it's not inside them. If Kris had two souls at the same moment it would be even more strange that they can't move properly. If the two are inside Kris in different moments while would Kris still use our soul after removing it? Maybe the idea that it's just Kris's soul and we control it, despite what Gaster says, it's true. Or maybe Kris just pretends to be fatigued without our souls (after all we know they went in the Dark World in the night between chapter 1 and 2, which is not that relaxing) to trick us. If that was the case we'd still not have elements to understand if they have a soul on their own or not, and in case they did if the two can stay together inside them or they alternate. I don't really have an answer to that question.
And I also don't have an answer (at least, not an exciting one) to the problem of who controls Kris at the time of the first experiment. If Gaster already made connections with other worlds we could suppose this is Chara ("let's leave this world and move to the next one") at the end of the Souless Pacifist, but Chara knows really well how saving works and wouldn't have done such a mistake like not doing it in the Dark World. We could think it's us in a different timeline of our world (because the time would be shifted) when we play chapter 0, but I think chapter 0 is just a placeholder to work better with arrays when coding. Also, we know how to save lol, so there is the exact same problem that we had with Chara. We could suppose that Gaster didn't connect to other worlds and controlled Kris by himself. That would imply a fusion between a monster soul and a human soul happened (if Kris had their own soul of course) and maybe it did a mess that Kris wanted to avoid. But then what sense does it make for the experiments? If that wasn't his goal then what was? Did he choose to use someone else's soul so that Kris wouldn't leave as soon as they fused? I really don't know.
I'd be happy to read what you think about this theory, and maybe you have some answers to these questions. I didn't explain some ideas that I found to be established in the community but if you didn't understand something write it in the comments and I'll try to explain it better. I have to say I find it fascinating that trying to answer a simple question like what's the link between Kris and Dess's disappearance brought us to answer some of the big questions of the game (like who is Ralsei, what is Gaster doing and who is the Knight), but having just 2/7 of the game with us I had to go by a lot of assumptions and I tried to choose the most simple ones. I hope that Gaster's role in the plot won't be just "doing experiments" but maybe thinking like it was can still help us. Thank you for reading!

My friend and I are 20 years old, and college roommates who have known each other for multiple terms now.
Recently we started watching the Last of Us together and finished it, and I hadn’t watched any gameplay of it before getting into the show, so she relished in explaining all the nuances about it and explaining certain plot points. Well the season has ended and I watched gameplay of the first game, and discussed with her on whether it would be a good idea to watch the second one before it gets adapted into the next season, especially because it’ll likely take a long time before the next season comes out. She seemed fine with me watching gameplay before or after, whichever I decide. I did bring up the idea of waiting till they announce when the next season will air before deciding.
Fast forward to today and I decide that I wanted to get into the second game, and sent a text to tell her that I was getting into it, keeping in mind that it’s spring break and so I’m not in the dorm to see her.

And I didn’t respond to that still, and probably won’t respond at all. I was kind of surprised that she got mad, she was previously okay with the idea of me either watching it before or after, so I wasn’t sure why she suddenly got mad.
My guess, which someone close to me also agreed with, is that if I watch the gameplay then she can’t explain anything to me or know more than me. I can’t imagine that me “spoiling” myself would be the issue, especially cause she’d be a hypocrite. I also don’t understand how not waiting for the announcement was an issue either, especially because we both agreed that it wasn’t likely for it to come out soon enough and I’d probably watch the gameplay anyway.
Throughout the time that I’ve known her I’ve slowly have noticed that she seems to try and seem/act smarter. It isn’t really that obvious, it isn’t anything technical like showing off her greatest achievements, best grades, etc. But she always tries to disagree with me in any discussion, minor or not, even if I’m already agreeing with her she’ll try and find a loophole to contradict me. At first I was perplexed by it because why would she actively try and disagree with me when I’m agreeing with her? It made no sense and it still technically doesn’t.
She’s also the kind of person to ignore common sense in favor of being as technically correct as possible. A stupid example to explain what I mean is that I might say something like “I’ll never add tomatoes to fruit bowls” and she would follow with something like “Well it’s a fruit.”. Sure, it technically is, but that doesn’t mean I will add it. This example never actually came up in a conversation with her, I just wanted to give a good example how she tries to disagree with me by trying to be technically correct, even if it doesn’t make as much sense.
Sometimes if she can’t say much back in a discussion, or if I share something with her randomly she’ll get passive aggressive with me and say something like “okay? And?” Or “Okay? Thanks for sharing I guess.”
In isolated situations it isn’t exactly a big deal, and in the first few months of knowing her it wasn’t, but she does these things multiple times per week, sometimes everyday. It gets frustrating because I become reluctant to share or talk at all with her.
In a way I think it has to do with some fixation on knowing more than me, which feels dumb, but that’s the impression I keep getting from her in this weird situation.
I got her a gift this break, though she doesn’t know about it yet. But after this situation it’s made me wonder if I should just keep it given how I don’t appreciate how she interacts with me. I feel selfish for that though.

I suck at interviews. I currently have a job in a school district as a teachers assistant. This job my 6th school interview (1 interview each, 6 different schools). I am looking to transfer out of my school and into another in the district. I had an interview yesterday and don’t think it went great. It was 15-20 minutes. I sent a thank you email and have not heard. Are interviews lately pretty fast? Any tips to not get nervous and tank yourself?

So I've been able to study how stagger animations are triggered; they are effects of a stagger spell and the stagger animation is chosen based upon the magnitude set by the spell (not the magic effect, surprisingly).
1) My first question is at which numbers correspond to which animations? Is anything from 0 to 0.2 the smallest stagger, and anything from 0.8 to 1 the bleed out animation?
I figure I will figure it out eventually but on the off chance the relationship ISNT linear I'd prefer not to do a dozen tests.
2) I've unpacked the bsa for animations and renamed an animation to replace the existing one, but I'm unclear about the folder structure requirements. Do I recreate the complete folder directory and place my rened animation there?
3) What controls stagger duration? The taper weight in the magic effect or the spell? I wonder what the min and max duration is.
4) Is the stagger spell magnitude: animation name mapping set in stone? Ideally I would source a dozen animations with different levels of stagger but at present I can only have five different ones used because there are five vanilla animations for stagger.
5) Does anybody remember which animations are used in what circumstance? I know the kneeling down animation is used for bleed out, and another is used for an npc who's been shield bashed, but the others are fairly subtle and I can't think of when they are used.
I ask because if I remap the smallest level of stagger to a recoil animation, I don't want to see random npc 's I bump into suddenly recoil with invisible weapons, know what I mean?
6) Is knockdown an animation? I know knockback is a ragdoll of sorts but I'd have to check Ordinator perhaps.
7) Any interesting stagger animations out there? I want to make enemies stumble back, lose their balance, have their sword deflect downwards, etc. The most interesting thing I've seen so far are the large stagger animations and a series of Draugr animations but I they use a different skeleton.

I’m in the midst of acquiring new parts for my first home built gaming PC.
Just acquired a 4TB WD SN850X on sale up here in Canada.
If I understand correctly, when booting up Windows 11 Install, the drive will partition the OS with a recovery and EFI system partition and allocate the rest to something like a C: drive with the remaining space.
At that point my C: Drive should be close to 4Tb worth of storage, but does it make sense to partition it further to create new drives?
The system will be built for media consumption and gaming so is it just fine to install all games and applications to C: drive or should I be making new drives?
Is there any benefit or safety reasons to partition it further?
Sorry if this is a basic question, but I’m just trying to understand the rationale behind having multiple different drives on a single nvme.

Now to the unmarried and the widows I say: It is good for them to stay unmarried, as I do. But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion."
I am gay and have committed myself to celibacy, it is the only way I can have a clear conscience and still serve the Lord. I respect Christians that come to other conclusions on the issue, so I would ask that you please respect my decision :)
My question is, do I have to get married? If I cannot contain my lust, do I need to find a wife (I'm male)? The idea of having sex with a women disgust me (no offense to any women). But if I do fall into my sin, or look at porn on the rare occasion, due to a lack of self-control, does that mean I have to get married?
I would like to one day have a partner who has similar values and stay celibate (not getting married nor having sex), as to not be so lonely, especially later in life. But am I forced to get married to a women if I ever fall into sexual immorality?

I fell on Sunday afternoon on a damp tile floor. Other than slight pain, I didn't feel anything wrong until later that evening when I got home. The pain had increased and walking on it became unbearable without limping.
I got a hinged knee brace from a friend and have been wearing it since. I had an MRI today in a portable MRI truck. Attached is a screen recording I took of some of the scans.
I would like to know...
am I in any life-threatening danger?
how bad does m knee injury appear?
Currently, my pain has reduced by about 30% since the first 24 hours; however, it's still very stiff and tender to the touch in some areas. ble for a good outcome.

I am gay and have committed myself to celibacy, it is the only way I can have a clear conscience and still serve the Lord. I respect Christians that come to other conclusions on the issue, so I would ask that you please respect my decision :)
My question is, do I have to get married? If I cannot contain my lust, do I need to find a wife (I'm male)? The idea of having sex with a women disgust me (no offense to any women). But if I do fall into my sin, or look at porn on the rare occasion, due to a lack of self-control, does that mean I have to get married?
I would like to one day have a partner who has similar values and stay celibate (not getting married nor having sex), as to not be so lonely, especially later in life. But am I forced to get married to a women if I ever fall into sexual immorality?
