2023.06.01 09:54 Schele_Sjakie Elisa Balsamo undergoes successful surgery to treat jaw fractures

https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/elisa-balsamo-undergoes-successful-surgery-to-treat-jaw-fractures/:

Elisa Balsamo undergoes successful surgery to treat jaw fractures

Trek-Segafredo have not confirmed Balsamo's recovery time or return to training or competition
Elisa Balsamo was released from La Madonnina Hospital in Milan and returned home on Tuesday, May 30, following successful surgery to treat compound fractures to her right mandibular condyle and mandibular symphysis.
Her injuries were sustained in a crash during the opening stage of RideLondon Classique on May 26. The Italian Champion was also treated for fractures to her intra-articular of the left mandibular condyle and right scaphoid, which did not require surgical treatment.
"On May 29th, Elisa Balsamo underwent surgery to fix the fractures suffered in the crash sustained during the first stage of RideLondon Classique on May 26th," Trek-Segafredo confirmed in a medical update.
"The surgery was performed to reduce the compound fractures of the right mandibular condyle and mandibular symphysis. The stabilization was performed with specially designed titanium microplates. Surgery was carried out by Professor Federico Biglioli, Maxillofacial Surgeon at La Madonnina Hospital in Milan.
"Balsamo also suffered an intra-articular left mandibular condyle fracture, but there’s currently no surgery required."
Trek-Segafredo have not confirmed Balsamo's recovery time or her return to training or competition, but noted that she would need to undergo physiotherapy as part of her recovery plan for the next two months.
"She will have to undergo physiotherapy for a couple of months. In the end, she sustained a minor fracture of the right scaphoid that does not require surgical treatment," Trek-Segafredo confirmed.
"Elisa will return home today [Tuesday, May 30]. Further communication regarding recovery time and her return to competition will follow as soon as available."
Balsamo was part of two crashes that happened on stage 1 at RideLondon Classique that saw several riders forced to abandon the race. The team later confirmed that she had suffered hand fractures in the left scaphoid bone as well as facial fractures of both the left and right mandible, which would require surgery.
Balsamo had a strong Spring Classics campaign that saw her take second place at Trofeo Alfredo Binda and Classic Brugge-De Panne. She went on to compete at the Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix while also graduating in modern literature in Turin, and then returned to racing at Vuelta a Burgos Feminas in preparation for her summer stage racing goals.
Following her thesis presentation, Balsamo said she would then turn her attention to preparations for the Tour de France Femmes, however, it is now unclear when she will return to competition.
Looking further ahead, she remains focused on competing at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

2023.06.01 06:23 Phallus_Maximus69E My review of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six

4/5 stars
This is my first Tom Clancy book. I first knew about Rainbow Six by the PC game that was launched together with the book back in the 90's. The "Rainbow Six" brand became one of the most famous Tom Clancy games of all time, together with Splinter Cell. There are big differences between the book and the game, especially in terms of firefights even though the first game is an strategy game first and a first person shooter second.
The Rainbow group is quite interesting. The characters are typical military stereotypes, but good ones. The low point is that they are mainly American and British with token non-Anglo-Saxons just for show. The German Weber and the French Loiselle do receive good coverage but the really important stuff is done by English-speakers, either US or British heroes. The game is far more "international" with Italian, Spanish, Austrian, Swedish, Russian and Brazilian operatives - others would join the group in the following games. The game also has women and demolitions and recon soldiers. Clancy should talk more about the soldiers whose unit gives the title of the story. Instead many pages are wasted in dull moments. The soldiers' names and biographies aren't mentioned for the most part of the story; this was a huge plot hole as unimportant people got more lines than the Rainbow commandos. The author really got it wrong in this part. Even in the first Rainbow Six game each character had a small bio (the Brazilian has its bio all wrong, starting by his Spanish name, but that's better than nothing). Curiously the most interesting character is the ex-KGB colonel Dmitriy Arkadeyevich Popov, and his character development is the best in the story. Popov constantly contrasts his experiences in both sides of the Iron Curtain, gets a major participation in most of the plots and we even get a little glimpse into his personal life - his father was also from the intelligence service and we hear about his sister, Maria Arkadeyevna, just to show the ordinary public that Russian names have gender modifications. The Russians are always dividing opinions, and even an American flag waver as Tom Clancy showed admiration for them - as shown in this book and others like The Hunt for the Red October.
The rescue operations are great and the preparation plus execution are breathtaking, with a lot about CQB (Close Combat Battle) and hostage rescue know-how; this is the heritage that remained in the video game franchise, with the most recent one "Rainbow Six: Siege" being solely dedicated to it. The jungle battle, on the other hand was very anti-climatic and disappointing. The first mistakes are geographical, with Manaus being in northern Brazil, not the center. The author mentions only two rivers, but the region is the single largest riverine basin in the globe; some places are acessible only by boat and aircraft. The correct spelling for the river close to the Horizon facility would be "Rio Grande", not "Río Grande". Those mistakes are excusable but the battle description is not. The first mistake is that one does not wear kevlar helmets in thick jungle: it would stiffle the troops for no discernible gain in terms of protection. If you look Brazilian, French, Ecuatorian and Colombian jungle footage, you will see soft headgear (jungle hats and caps), amazingly enough the game is more accurate in this case, with the player able to equip its men with either light (cap), medium (hat) and heavy (balaklava) jungle equipment.
The jungle of the Amazon is way more enclosed than the jungles of Southeast Asia, with very tall trees and the like (which does get mentioned in the narrative) thus making the combat distances very short. Plus, the battle happened at night, narrowing the fighting distance even further; it is common for pointmen to carry shotguns because of the short distance. The Rainbow soldiers were not trained in jungle operations and they should be using assault rifles with 5,56mm or 7,62mm ammo, not the M10 submachine guns used in Close Quarters Battle in urban perimeter (again, the game was more faithful). The 7,62mm is better for thick jungle because it turns cover into concealment. The bad guys are using the HK G3, which is good but Brazilian Amazon is "FAL country", with the Belgian classic a favorite for me. The firefight was dull and one-sided, with the Rainbow unit winning not by superior skill and fieldcraft, but because they had a magic technological gizmo - Heart Beat sensor - that won the battle for them. Typical American mindset, and a wrong one. The small unit action I was expecting didn't really materialize, and the American tech won the day once again. The small unit tactics should have won the battle with a firefight and wounded commandos, not the pathetic turkey shot it was.
Another fine point was the choice of enemies, that today may be seen as ridiculous but after the fall of the Soviet Union the left was shacken to its core and only the ecologists remained, and they did proclaim such absurd ideas as shown in the book, with activists claiming part of Humanity should be eradicated; and by the means suggested in the book. The usage of terrorists from a defeated ideology was brilliant in the way it showed the uncertainty of the immediate post-Cold War period. The training moments are great and more than once I caught myself smiling while reading this book, with the mundane things that happen in the barracks and the jokes between the Americans and Brits. Other than that, the professionalism of the Rainbow operatives, and the planning before the action under the direction of the psychologist Dr. Bellow (inspired in "I Dream of Jeannie" maybe?), followed by the fast pacing close combat action after doors are blown up are the main prizes of this Tom Clancy classic.

2023.06.01 02:22 FloralFeral The Trib discovers Ciccio

Full story link here
First part of the story:
Years before the hit FX show, “The Bear” made the humble Italian beef suddenly hip last year, I’ve been hunting for Chicago’s best version. I’ve scoured classic beef stands, waited in line at numerous Italian delis and even spotted some creative interpretations from our city’s best chefs.
One place I never thought to look? Navy Pier. The tourist mecca offers tremendous views, and the food options have improved over the past decade, but the notion that a great Italian beef lurked near a Ferris wheel was not on my radar.
Yet halfway down the pier, Ciccio Italian Beef dishes out a version unlike any in town. While most shops shave the beef paper thin, Ciccio’s beef is slightly thicker, yet stunningly tender and almost steak-like. Instead of a soft and squishy roll, this one features a crackly crust that gives way to a supremely tender interior that soaks up the beefy juices without turning to mush. Whether or not it’s the best in the city is debatable, but it’s a fascinating new option.
Turns out, Ciccio owner Mario Ferraro is no newbie to the Italian beef game. In the 1970s, Ferraro even ran Mia’s Beef and Sausage at 1729 N. Cicero Ave.

2023.06.01 00:59 curtan What're your snubs?

Ennio Morricone's score for The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly has transcended the movie it came from - which is iconic in it's own right - and has gone on to define the Western genre as a whole. I realize it was a violent Italian movie in the 60's, and was very weird and innovative compared to the classic scores of its era, so it never had a chance. At least Morricone got an honorary Oscar and one for The Hateful Eight before he passed.
Other iconic scores from genre movies that never stood a chance: Suspiria and Halloween
I'm curious what other snubs you can think of now that the (excellent) miniseries has wrapped

my mum is possibly calling the cops on my bully (TW: mild sexual assult & transphobia)
For many many months I have been getting bullied by a girl who is in a bunch of my classes who we will just call Madge and she is the WORST bully I have ever had , this is the list of the stuff she has done. (Sexual assault incident's) 1. Poked my butt once or twice in science class 2. Pinched my butt while I was going downstairs (Transphobic incidents) 1. When I was questioning myself if I was trans masc she said to me while I was in computing class that a guy in the same class wanted to go out with me and I said "I'm a guy by the way" and she started laughing. 2. The day after the computing class I heard her whisper to her pal while looking at me "She told me she was a guy.". (Physical assault) 1. She ran up shoved me into a door frame and one or two of her pals (it hurt) 2. Kicking my heels while I was walking I swung my elbow back to get her to back away and she just kept kicking till I yelled "WHAT THE HELL!". (The annoying incidents) 1. Trying to open my bag while I was walking in the hallway TWICE. 2. making a barking noise at me every day I'm a proud furry but it's getting annoying
(The scary one) I'm not sure if this is classed as stalking but first in school I was getting out of my period 3 class to go to math and I heard her on purpose pronunciation my Italian name and walking behind me so I pick up the pace and so does her and her friends so I'm now in a sprint while her 3 or 4 of her pals and one of the boys are calling me and running after me while the guy who we will just call Max is calling "(INSERT LONG ITALIAN NAME HERE)~! come here gorgeous~!." While I am saying to others while I'm heading Past "Sorry can I get past I'm being chased!" Until I land in my math class and my math teacher who we will just call Mr Penny asks me if I'm alright because my legs are shaking and I can barely breathe and I said that I was being chased and after class I was waiting for the others to go past then Mr Penny said "Here are the S5's walk with them they'll be nice to you so I say goodbye and start walking but then I hear them again so I start run. Once again I'm saying "sorry can I get past I'm being chased!" So I run down the down set of stairs while they chase and I'm still saying "sorry can I get past I'm being chased!" and I'm running up the up stairs to my English class and I clock it into my English class which I share with the boy who was chasing me and he's making fun of me running. my legs were shaky, I was teary and I could hardly breathe so I walked towards my English teacher's desk and I asked him if I could speak with him In private so he sent me outside of the classes and he soon joined and I tell him everything that happened up until that point he wrote it down and he tells me to " Stay outside the classroom for a bit to calm down and come back in on your own time." He re-entered the class and so did I. I got my work done then my English teacher who we will call Mr Awesome invited us to his club he hosts during lunch on that day in his class and I see Madge and one of her pals lurking outside of the classroom and her pal clocked me trying to hide from them she said "look it's (INSERT LONG ITALIAN NAME HERE)." "Hurry up (INSERT LONG ITALIAN NAME HERE)" "I think she's staying behind for classics club" the I check the hall still there, Mr Awesome checked it and he looked me in the eye and said to me"it's clear so it should be safe for you now but if you're being chased in the school again you run back up here to my room." And I thank him and I go downstairs to go up the street for lunch and three of Madge's friends see me and one said to the other "look it's (INSERT LONG ITALIAN NAME HERE)" and they start following me FOR THE 3RD TIME THAT DAY!. Then I see my best friend who I will call Fredrik and he instantly knew that something was wrong and he asked me if I was okay and I said "Fredrik I'm being chased we need to lose them." At first he thought that Madge's friends where joking then he realised that it was serious. So we dash through the dining hall and manage to lose them and we are walking up the street to go get lunch and I'm showing Fredrik my pride flag and I see Madge and one of her pals Infront of me so I am crouching behind Fredrik avoiding them then Max from behind sees me and yells "MADGE IT'S YOUR WEE PAL!" the she mispronounced my name again and her and her pal starts walking up to us and I yell "Fredrik we've gotta run!" Then Madge and her pal starts tryna approach us and I nearly make an exit when Madge's friend Steps towards my path and makes a roaring sound then I started to have a panic attack and I know that my uncles music shop is open and that he is there so thought tears of fear I scream "UNCLE DAVID WHERE ARE YOU!" then I get across the road whilst Fredrik is distracting them and he declined their offer to try a vape. I'm now running down the street Fredrik catching up and the girls chasing us I see a "back in 10 mins" sign and I say "God damnit uncle David!" Then I run up to the crossing where I see my uncle "h-h-hi uncle David"I said through tears then Fredrik catches up and the girls are a bit far behind, the green Man comes and I run to my uncle hug him tightly and scream through violent sobbing "UNCLE DAVID! WAAAA! I'M BEING CHASED!." And he said "who's chasing you?" And Fredrik offers to explain the situation and I see the two girls behind me laughing then they go back to the school. My uncle tells Me to get some lunch first then come to the shop, so I let Go and pick a packet of Reese's peanut butter cups and me and Fredrik go up to the counter and I give the money to my best bud and tell him that I'm in no state to talk to a co-op cashier and he handed over the cash and he carried the chocolate and hand's me the change and while we are walking to the music shop he told me "I might get in trouble but if they come back I'll defend you." I thank him and we enter the shop and my uncle tells us to go to the office because he was dealing with a customer. We wait a while and my uncle came to the office and we explain the situation and I started to recover from the panic attack then my uncle calls my mum who at the time was on the train back to Scotland and she was furious and told me to Stay out of school for the rest of the the day and after a while Fredrik went back to School and after more time my little sisters grandad picked me up and dropped me off at home. The day after my mum and me had a meeting with the school and got a statement from me and my mum brought up the stuff that they didn't sort like the sexual harassment and the heel kicking. The day after the meeting (today) Madge shoved me into a door frame and I told the member of staff who was at the meeting and she got a statement from me again and when I got home my mum asked me how I was and I told her about me getting rammed into a door frame and my mum had had it She called the school and was raging at them and then called my aunty Lianne to bring my cousin who we will call Daisy who is in higher kickboxing classes to come and beat the living snot outta Madge. And tomorrow my mum is calling the education board and possibly the cops and my mum asked me if I'm alright with calling the popo on Madge and I said yes. What do you think about it I could do with the support

So I run down the down set of stairs while they chase and I'm still saying "sorry can I get past I'm being chased!" and I'm running up the up stairs to my English class and I clock it into my English class which I share with the boy who was chasing me and he's making fun of me running. my legs were shaky, I was teary and I could hardly breathe so I walked towards my English teacher's desk and I asked him if I could speak with him In private so he sent me outside of the classes and he soon joined and I tell him everything that happened up until that point he wrote it down and he tells me to " Stay outside the classroom for a bit to calm down and come back in on your own time." He re-entered the class and so did I.

2023.05.31 18:19 Inevitable-Hippo-683 "This is TERRIBLE News" - RELAX ep#120 Recap

This week's descriptor reads, "This week Colleen has some terrible news to share. Also Erik is an avocado".
Colleen opened by singing her intro but Erik refused to do the same, saying he didn't know this was a singing audition which prompted her to say she was nervous about an upcoming audition. Erik didn't seem to know about the audition but asked what they could do proactively to help her prepare and she said he could help her "be a better dancer" (interesting).
They had just eaten pizza before recording and Colleen said she scarfed down two pieces and was "feeling like she swallowed two bricks". They discussed their pizza's toppings, her favorite pizza (she said "pineapple" lol) and how she doesn't like cheese on pizza which made Erik say, "I just had the instinct to fight you". She overexplained how she'll eat the cheese now because people used to give her a hard time when she'd take it off but on tour recently, she was excited to now be able to remove the cheese without judgement from others because she has been advised to avoid dairy before a show. This pizza talk led to her going on and on about all the ways she "deconstructs" foods like burgers and burritos. Of course, she added in a gagging sound.
Erik said they were at the pediatrician recently and the doctor held up a plate with the food groups on it and asked her if she eats all the basic food groups. She said "No" but was proud that she now drinks water daily. She said Trish had asked her if their eating habits were similar and Erik replied, "Did you laugh in her face?". Colleen said he used to be way healthier but now he also eats "garbage" and he asked, "What are our options?". Colleen then slammed him for liking sausage and carried on about sausages and how Trish and Moses also thought his love of sausages was weird. He laughed that they were talking about that kind of stuff on their Oversharing podcast (like what these two talk about is so much more interesting?). He called her a liar when she claimed he eats them all the time. (They're back to their usual bickering) Then talk about breakfast sausages led to Colleen saying again that eggs make her sick and Erik asked, "What are we doing with these chickens?" (I'm wondering that too as the chicks are peeping in the background) He said eggs make him sick too and they went back to sausage talk.
Erik's "relax" was the angry feeling he gets when he can't find something. This came up because he recently lost his wallet so he asked her if she ever had that feeling too. She agreed that she loses things all the time but the difference is when Erik loses things he always blames everyone else.(back to him defending and denying and her insisting and persisting) He listed everything that was in his wallet of importance including his new CostCo card. He spoke fondly of getting CostCo hotdogs as a child and Colleen immediately thought that explained his love of sausages because CostCo has "thick old dogs". Erik asked how she liked her hotdogs and she said thin and burnt with mustard and ketchup. Erik then asked, "Do you think that informs anything about our relationship or no?". (huh?) Colleen was confused by his question and he said, "Nothing...I don't know...nevermind" and tried to explain that it was a subliminal sex joke about how she "went on so hard (about CostCo hotdogs) and then it can't be anymore". (huh??) Colleen tried to change the subject, saying she hates when their talk goes in a sexual and awkward direction. Erik went back to how he likes his hotdog and they both laughed about "his weiner". Erik complained about relish...more inane talk from both of them about relish's color and what is relish and for some reason Erik started cry-laughing.
• Their first (and only) sponsor was Pretty Litter, a cat litter with special odor trapping and infection detecting crystals. Erik called her out for never cleaning the litter boxes lol.
Colleen brought up how Erik always makes fun of her for getting her news from TikTok so she thought she'd google "news" instead as a way to find something to talk about in the podcast but she decided it's "garbage" because it's all about politics and shootings and "sad crap". She had been hoping to find fun things to talk to him about but it was all depressing so she googled "good things that happened this week" instead. She shared the titles of stories about a dog that gave birth after getting bit by a rattlesnake, a woman who found her wedding ring 13 years after it was flushed, a 77-year-old woman who got married to herself and a man who stopped a bank robbery with a hug. Colleen said she was only reading the headline with no further info because it was too much to read and that's why TikTok was better.
Colleen then repeated a question that she got at a VIP Meet and Greet; "What fruit would you all be?". (I KNEW she'd bring this to the podcast when I saw a video clip of this after her recent shows) She shared why she thought she was a pomegranate; because they're fun and delicious but they also stain and the inside is "yucky". M is obviously a strawberry, F is a pineapple in every form because there are so many "wonderful" and unique things about pineapples and how they can be used. W is a cantaloupe because he's a "loupe" and they're delicious and reliable and in every fruit salad. Erik said he thought cantaloupe in fruit salad was "exotic" and she went OFF on him. He told her to "relax" and said she was being "aggressive," and she should "calm down". (this was painful to listen to...she said she was going to "vomit" because she was so upset...she said EVERYONE was going to agree with her, not him...he said she's lying) She had to google "cantaloupe in fruit salad" to prove she's correct while Erik let out some heavy sighs as she accused him of gaslighting her. Then she begged the listeners to tell her she's not crazy.
Back to W, who may also be a watermelon or honey dew melon because he's a perfect, delicous melon in the summer. (Erik said he was experiencing whiplash from their conversation). Then she said she wasn't sure about what fruit Erik was. She had first guessed he was a banana but a fan had suggested he's an avocado because he's "hipstery". She then asked Erik what fruit he thought he was. He said he was an apple and she immediately said he was NOT an apple and demanded that he explain to her how he's an apple and told him he had to convince her that he was. He refused to be a part of this "fruit court of law". He gave in and tried to explain why but she still refused to believe he was an apple and went back to why he is an avocado...get them too early and they're not good, wait too long and they're no good either. Erik decided to play along and spoke from the POV of being an avocado. She did an "I told you so" and completely missed that he was making fun of her at this point and had just given up the fight. She asked for confirmation that she was a pomegranate but he dodged her and wouldn't build on the analogy. He suggested she might be a persimmon which she said was "rude". At this point, he just started naming any fruit. She bragged that she could play this game with any category or person so he asked what board game he was (Game of Life or Jenga because everyone is always in the mood for Jenga but you never know which block will make you tumble), what cereal (Cream of Wheat then "hipster" Frosted Mini Wheats or oatmeal...for somone who says she's good at this game she's constantly changing her answer), what sandwich (a classic Italian deli sandwich from a Jersey shop run by some mob), what kind of car (she doesn't know cars but maybe "a red one"), what cheese (she's string cheese or a Kraft slice and he'd want to be Brie but he's not), what kind of tree (she didn't know) what city in the world (Vancouver because that's where they met and it's the best city in the world). She asked him what city she was and when he said New Orleans she again lost it and said "WHAT?!" and said he's horrible at this game and pouted that he wasn't playing it right. (his reasons for her being New Orleans were she's a little bit French but a little bit Cajun and spicy as well as so sweet at times she gives him a headache and she's also a little bit haunted) She was disgusted by his answer and said she'd rather play with fans and said they should call in next week to play with her. What vegetable was he; "obviously a spaghetti squash" as an insult and he called her "rude". He changed his previous answer for what vegetable she is from artichoke to arugula which made her mad again. She asked what color he thought she was and he said orange which again made her angry. She said he was being a "brat" because SHE'S OBVIOUSLY purple. She asked what day of the week she was and he said Thursday (she agreed) then he changed his answer to Tuesday and rubbed it in by calling her Tuesday when she got frustrated and wanted to end the episode.
She had one last question for him; were Monday, Wednesday and Friday evens or odds and were Tuesday and Thursday evens or odds. She said this was a HUGE question for her and luckily for him, he answered correctly (M,W,F are "even")
*In conclusion, last week, she had read the fan comments saying they like their bickering after she previously apologized for their fighting, so boy, did they give them what they want this week. These two were back to sounding like they barely even like each other. She was dismissive of Erik, using the "what am I" game to take jabs at him and she acted like a child when he wasn't "participating correctly". He was again giving her a hard time in sarcastic ways while also trying to defend himself. The body language in the upcoming video of this episode should be very interesting.😬 As for the title and descriptor, I have no idea what Colleen's "terrible news" was. Now that I think about it, Colleen never shared her "relax" and the episode was shorter than usual so I wonder if they cut her "terrible news" but forgot to change the title and descriptor."

2023.05.31 16:53 MaciasAnya95 How to promote your small business using SEO if you don't know anything about SEO

How to promote your small business using SEO if you don't know anything about SEO
I landed on this recent case from one of my clients who owns a small pizzeria. But I think it will be interesting for any kind of small business or startup. I’ve got to say they have done a really nice job despite being starved for SEO experience.
Their journey towards pizzeria stardom began with a search on Google for "How to appear in search results". Though they managed to appear on the first page on Google Maps and TripAdvisor pages, they wanted to use review articles to showcase different aspects of their restaurant, including its infrastructure, menu, and interior. While there are tons of articles discussing business promotion through search engine results pages, I’ve found that the key is to have an SEO-optimized website with relevant content.
My client began looking for a local blogger who was willing to write an article about their pizzeria. I personally think this was a solid decision, provided they could find a professional blogger that was well-versed in SEO. Unfortunately, hings didn’t quite go as planned, but the results were sprinkled in with some good and bad. The good news is that this blogger made a specific request for an article complete with photos and relevant keywords. The not-so-good news is that the blogger offered to publish an article (authored by my client) for a whopping 150 dollars, and they only added one anchor link. Kind of a raw deal, don’t you think? To make matters worse, my client paid the $150 only to eventually write the article themselves. But to everyone's surprise, it managed to soar to the top 10 search results on Google!
I know. You’re probably wondering how they managed to achieve this all on their own. Well, they googled an AI content tool that helped them conduct a pretty thorough analysis of their competitors. They were able to find well-chosen keywords for their niche because of it. After trying to wrap my head around their workflow, I eventually realized that nowadays, tools can perform all these tasks on their own.
What does this say about human intervention? Hardly needed. You just need to "show" your competitors’ links or keywords to the tool, and after five minutes or so, you'll get an SEO optimized article. Let me show you how it’s done:

Content tool
What’s insane here is that the tool can effortlessly build the right structure for any article. All it needs is access to competitors' articles. It can even suggest articles after being fed information about the business’s keywords, locations, or any other facts. Now I'm not entirely sure, but according to the client, they spent only one day generating their article. I understand that this might not seem particularly fascinating at the moment, but let's take a look at the results, shall we?

Keywords position
Though it’s easy to assume that brand keywords are not exactly challenging in terms of SEO, it’s also important to bear in mind that we are discussing non-professional SEO efforts here.
Locationwise, we’re talking about Halifax, which is a major tourist city that has a deeply competitive niche of pizzerias. It’s also true that this article is competing against established business listings, including Trustpilot, Facebook, Google, Yelp, and a few others. Considering these factors alone, it is truly astounding to be able to achieve such remarkable results with a 30-page blog and a domain that is only six months old.
Now, let's consider the search volume for these keywords. It would make sense to assume that the client was working with low-volume keywords, which could explain their success. But take a look at this:

Keyword difficulty
Search volume 1k, Difficulty 65, Not easy… Yes, I know these are approximate numbers, but it's still insane. It's not a dead keyword with 0 search volume.
What about traffic? Blogger sent a screenshot from my client’s GSC, so we can see that he somehow nabbed the first organic clicks from this article. An incredible result for an article that is only one week old.

GSC perfomance
I understand the need to draw conclusions from all of this, and that’s exactly what I plan to do anyway.
So let's begin by summarizing what we have discussed so far. We have a writer without SEO experience, a novice blogger, an AI SEO content tool, a pizzeria located in a tourist city, and a one-week-old article. The end result? A position in the top 10 search results! When we look at it from a financial perspective, it becomes even more intriguing. The SEO tool costs about $60 per month, and the blog post itself costed $150, without any additional backlinks or boosts. With a total investment of $210, they managed to secure a position on the first page of Google for a keyword with a search volume of 1,000. It's truly astonishing!
Again:
- 650 words SEO optimized AI article
- 30 pages blog with 6-month old domain
- SEO tool with content writing features
If you have an opportunity to start your own blog, then do it, because you certainly won’t need to spend 150 bucks to publish YOUR OWN articles. Just write quality content and you just might get insane results.
To be frank, I'm not sure what to make of this information. If you have any insights or logical explanations, I would greatly appreciate your input in the comments. I have been working in SEO for over two years, and this is the first time I have witnessed such incredible results. My client is planning to develop their own website with a blog and advanced features to enhance their customers’ experience. I am thrilled to be a part of this project, but at the same time, I am slightly suspicious that my client may very well possess SEO knowledge beyond my own.

Hello Bully it's me again, The Bully soundtrack composed by the genius Shawn Lee is pretty rad, so as a music enthusiastic, i want to share this post for people really obsessed with the Bully songs like me, tried to include every song in the game like as puzzle pieces getting together with the greatest amount, most accurate and similar as possible in one sitting, with some help around the internet, personal discoveries and songs already mentioned for yourselves so thank you nonetheless, and sorry for the repetition. Unfortunately some will still be missing so "a little help"/hits for these unreferenced sounds are very welcome.
Some songs are pretty obvious but others looks well hidden, but that's the fun of it, not every song is a sample, they just sound alike or has interpolations.
I know it would be boring to reading all of this so also dedicated this YouTube playlist in details for, so that you can check thoroughly for a more accurate comparison: 😎👍 - Have Fun! https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLtZ1VivcLOsiTtYHUrK-xw8OHZZAeOzRf
