2023.06.01 11:29 Fuchy The Rule of Two: how do the Jedi know about it?

Darth Bane created The Rule of Two around a thousand years before the events of The Phantom Menace, and simultaneously a Sith vs. Jedi war ended with the termination of all Sith bar Bane—this tracks, I believe, for both Canon and Legends though the details vary.
In The Phantom Menace, it's made clear the Jedi think the Sith have been extinct for a millennia—Ki-Adi Mundi says this word-for-word. Yet, somehow, at least Yoda and Mace Windu (I presume other Jedi as well) seem to be aware of the Rule of Two. Curiously, Pre Viszla in The Clone Wars seems to know as well: "I thought there could only be two Sith?" It's also worth mentioning that in The Clone Wars, Yoda seems to know about Darth Bane and that it was him who created the rule.
This creates a bit of a paradox: if the Rule of Two was created by Bane after the Sith were declared extinct, and they have been extinct ever since, how do the Jedi—and people in general—know about Bane or the Rule of Two? It's perfectly plausible they found out sometime during the thousand years, but it'd then have needed to come from a Sith, meaning they wouldn't then be extinct anymore, which would make the "Sith have been extinct for a millennia" a falsehood.
Since Canon doesn't cover this in detail yet, one answer I can think of is Bane's lineage was exposed early on and then thought to have died out but survived. Would love to hear your thoughts though, especially since I'm not too familar with Legends so I'm not sure if there's already a clearer answer there.

2023.06.01 11:26 JumboSnausage Can you imagine being a muggle parent to a kid attending Hogwarts at the same time as Harry?

First of all, phone calls are a no so you’re immediately going to have to double down on the car washing lest you drive a Range Rover with tinted windows and speckles of owl shit.
Year one: “Hi mum and dad, schools going great, we learned to levitate feathers and the potions master is a bit of a dick.”
“Hi mum and dad. That weird teacher turned out to be a fiddler or something cause he’s gone now”
Year two: “Hi mum and dad, no girlfriend yet but I kinda have my eye on this really smart girl so fingers crossed!”
“Hi mum and dad, she got paralysed by some giant snake or something, a few people have, also there’s spiders everywhere for some reason and I got chased by an angry car. Also that Harry kid killed the caretakers cat.”
Year Three: “Dad don’t tell mum. There’s some serial killer on the loose and the headmasters face has completely changed. That rich snobby kid got attacked by like a…goat…eagle? And now the half giant groundskeeper isn’t allowed near students.”
“THE NEW TEACHER WAS A WEREWOLF WHAT IN CHRIST.”
Year four: “Hi gran, are mum and dad home yet? Listen, there’s this competition at school, we’re having other schools join us and the French girls are hot af. Like absolutely banging. Feel a bit uncomfortable about the Russians though. Also my mate Cedric said I could come to his at Christmas if that’s okay?”
“Hi gran. I don’t know what’s happening anymore. There’s some evil wizard that’s apparently back but everyone says Harry’s making it up and Cedric’s dead. The weird thing was the school orchestra did not give a shit and just kept playing some kind of murder anthem while he was just…lying there. I want to come home.”
Year five: “Hi gran. How you feeling after the stroke? Any word from mum and dad? Tell them we have a new teacher and she’s actually a bit of an arsehole but she’s at least trying to have some semblance of normality in the school now. Can I come home at Christmas this year?”
“Gran. Not sure my last letter arrived, don’t know if the owls know where your hospice is ha ha. Anyway, hope alls well. I’m on track to do really well in my exams so hopefully no shenanigans happens during them. That teacher has apparently been using corporal punishment and the old headmaster exploded into a phoenix or something. Really looking forward to seeing you guys in the summer.”
Year six: “Hey Steve, thought I’d write you so you can see how I’m doing. We’ve got a new potions teacher and he’s really nice. Like really nice. This seems to be the first normal year in this school, just wish mum and dad hadn’t gone radio silent. I’ll send you some of our cool sweets.”
“Hey Steve, can you pull me from the school? Paramilitaries attacked it and set half the place on fire. And all anyone cares about is that the headmaster is dead. Not that yknow, my dorm was set on fire. By an escaped murderer.”
Year seven: “Hi mum and dad, I hope this finds you, people say the owls can find anyone. I’m not sure what I did or if the stress of my school years was too much but I just hope one day you can talk to me. I hope Alice hasn’t forgot her big brother. I miss gran. This year is really stressful and I could use a bit of comfort from my parents. I’m scared.”
“Dear muggle scum. I have joined the death eaters. Your abandonment has shown me that muggles cannot be trusted to live in harmony with wizard kind. I’ll be seeing you soon.”
“Dear mum and dad. Ha ha that last letter was a joke, I would never join the death eaters. Even though they absolutely won the war but changed their minds. I killed Voldemort. Can I come home?”

2023.06.01 11:25 D-V1LB4BY- [F4M] 18+ Persephone & Hades

! Intro ! [Important] Hey-o! Thanks for hopping in out of interest. I should start by saying that I am EST, and want to write with someone around the same time-zone if not the same (it is currently 5:25 am as I write this). I am of age, and prefer anyone I write with to be the same. Some don't have the preference but certain elements are definitely needed for 18+. I do prefer that if you message me, you start with your name, age, and don't just send me 'Hi', or 'Hi wanna rp', because that is probably the most annoying thing I deal with on a day-to-day basis. I want to be able to read your personality and interests.
Another thing is I like to make friends ooc, so I'd like to build a friendship outside of roleplay as well! I prefer quality over quantity, but I will say two paragraphs at a minimal in writing is what I will take. I write around 3-6, sometimes capping out on any platform of writing and typically do in the beginnings of the story. I am quite active, and I know life gets to us all (as it does me too) but please list your availability and responses a day as you request my inbox as well! Now onto the fun stuff..
Hades, God of Death, and Persephone, Goddess of Fertility Four millennia had gone by, and Hades was still not married. All of his peers, brothers and sisters had been married for ages except for the virgin goddess Hestia. But even she indulged in him finding a wife. No one was interesting enough, no one was able to catch his attention. He'd recently left his most recent girlfriend, Minthe. She was a river nymph that manipulated and controlled Hades to stay clear and away from his friends and family.
That was until he finally left her, and was making himself at peace at his brother Zeus' banquet. Common conversation, business talk, and Zeus' common attitude was all that was really heard within Hades range. Should he have really came? That thought was halted, until he seen the most beautiful woman known to himself in all of his years alive. Who was she?
I plan to discuss more once you DM me. I do only roleplay in 3rd person, but the way I've listed these may make it seem otherwise. Thank you so much for taking the time to read! (:

2023.06.01 11:25 textrapperr A Possible Path To Victory For Tezos

Picture an alternative universe where Steve Ballmer is on stage but instead of saying "Developers Developers Developers" he says "Governance Governance Governance."
Tezos was founded on the idea that blockchains need formal governance not fly-by-the-seat-of-your pants fork governance -- which is what crypto had up until Tezos.
No one has put more thought into governance than Tezos. Tezos knows governance in and out: why does this matter? Because governance suddenly just became the most important component for a blockchain to have.
Wait governance?
Yes governance.
Some benefits of Tezos Governance (1) decentralized decision making and faster upgrades (2) hostile fork resistance and (3) scaling.
Wait scaling?
Yes scaling.
It is going to become painfully clear in the not too distant future that it is impossible to scale a blockchain in a practical sense without formal governance.
There is an important word in that sentence "practical." Others will be able to do it but it will not be practical.
Let's take Ethereum as an example. Ethereum is scaling via rollups. Okay so far so good. Ethereum is scaling via Smart Contract Rollups (which is a euphemism for a new chain). So Ethereum is not scaling itself, it is outsourcing scaling to third parties. Here is the problem with that: those third parties control the bridges and control the rollups. Should they decide to split from Ethereum they can -- they are sovereign. So people building on "Ethereum" L2s are not building on Ethereum they are building on a new chain. And from Ethereum's point of view they have 0% control over the bridge or over the rollups.
Wait I thought crypto was supposed to cut out the middleman not introduce middlemen?
What is a better way to do this? Enshrine the bridge and enshrine the rollup so that they are part of the protocol. That way you only have to build one bridge and one rollup. But here is the kicker: these things should be governed by the protocol itself. You do not need bridge governance (via a new chain) or rollup governance (via a new chain).
When you build on a Tezos rollup you are building on Tezos; when you build on an Ethereum rollup you are not building on Ethereum you are building on a new chain. People who need Ethereum scaling will pay a tax for this service but they will have 0% voice in its governance. Remember "No taxation without representation"
I sense a problem brewing.
Wait couldn't Ethereum create an enshrined bridge connected to enshrined rollups and govern those two things via their fork governance.
Yes they could! And I think this is the best path forward for Ethereum and hope this gets done. But coming to consensus with fork governance is very cumbersome and really drags out the process. If a bridge needs mending the damn thing could be sitting there for a year or two before fork governance gets to it. And it isn't just time that could be a problem, it could be the granularity of the consensus required. On-chain governance will be much better suited for that -- fork governance could very well lead to hostile forks.
For Tezos the bridges and rollups will be a singleton. For Ethereum they will all be disparate, having built their own bridges, fraud proofs, rollups, you name it. If Tezos has a problem with one bridge they can push a solution to all bridges. For Ethereum because they have outsourced everything and included nothing in the protocol, and govern none of it, they have no power to fix anything -- and yet the conflicts could very well impact Ethereum itself.
The elegant solution of Tezos -- enshrine as much as possible and push governance to the people -- has enabled a beautiful form of scaling that will lead crypto into the modern era.

2023.06.01 11:25 Gigacado_Chadocado My current world history of the arcane desert land of erimos

The great crab demigod created the island millennia ago
The first 4 human tribes showed up - the northern - the southern - the eastern - the western
The different tribes swept across the land claiming territory
Wars became frequent among the land with some territories having citizens of different regional ethnicity from wars
Unbeknownst to them 5 grand necromancers rose up to power on an island surrounded by rocks - the elder - the trickster - the tyrant - the traveler - the wise
The grand necromancers had 6 monoliths across erimos with one on their island and using the sixth on their island they controlled the others being able to manipulate the weather
Chaos, ash, and cold were brought to the lands by their control over the monoliths but the nations of erimos endured the trials
One day the grand necormancers used there magic to send a powerful and cursed skeleton to attack the northern lands but it eventually fell from the might of the northern armies
Later there was a necromancer invasion of the center of erimos sent by the 5 grand necromancers
Eventually some of the peoples of erimos came to the island to kill off the grand necromancers with only one surviving, the traveler
The traveler fled the island and brought up from the sea the black rock where he resided with a larger one to house his army
Then he created a new council of grand necromancers
Over time as war and settlement reigned over the land along with other ill acts the fire elementals began to be angered
4 uncharted islands off the north western coast got a population of people of the 4 different cultures/ethnic groups
Eventually the age of sun occurred and an army of fire elementals burned the land killing all of those on the main land and destroying their homes
The 4 isolated islands eventually returned to erimos to take over the land
To be continued……

2023.06.01 11:25 CommunityJaded8680 "The Little Mermaid" is finally here. Find out how to watch Disney's latest live-action adaptation animated film The Little Mermaid online for free stream.

Animated Film! Here are options for downloading or watching The Little Mermaid streaming the full movie online for free on 123movies & Reddit, including where to watch Disney's latest live-action adaptation movies at home. Is The Little Mermaid 2023 available to stream? Is watching The Little Mermaid on Peacock, Disney Plus, HBO Max, Netflix or Amazon Prime? Yes, we have found an authentic streaming option/service.

The new live-action 'The Little Mermaid' movie stars Halle Bailey and Melissa McCarthy. Make sure to keep on reading to learn where you can watch and stream it.

Folks, it's time to dive under the sea once again. Over the last few years, Disney has recreated their top animated musical films into live-action movies. The Little Mermaid is no different, and viewers can't wait to swim into theaters to catch a glimpse of how the movie will stand up against the original version.
Watch Now:

Walt Disney Studios has established a remarkable trend of making live-action remakes of its classic stories. One after the other, all the fairytales of the past era are being brought to life by the studio in an attempt to tell the magical stories in a new light of living characters. With the live-action Peter Pan & Wendy due out in April, Disney will continue their string of live-action remakes a month later with The Little Mermaid.

Get ready to go "under the sea!" The latest of Disney's hugely successful line of live-action remakes, Ariel (Halle Bailey) is set to return to theaters for the first time in almost thirty-five years with The Little Mermaid (2023). The Walt Disney Company once again invites audiences to travel under the sea to see Princess Ariel's story unfold like never before. Featuring direction from veteran musical filmmaker Rob Marshall and other roles inhabited by major Hollywood stars like Melissa McCarthy as Ursula the Sea Witch and Javier Bardem as King Triton, the film is bound to be a bona fide hit at the box office.

Though the upcoming and highly anticipated film will have stiff competition against two stand-up comedians on the weekend it releases, The Little Mermaid is destined to show that life is better down where it's wetter under the sea this Summer movie season. To find showtimes and streaming information on Disney's latest big-budget reimagining of an animated classic, here is where you can watch The Little Mermaid.

Actress Halle Bailey as Ariel, the iconic mermaid princess who longs to be part of the the mysteriously world housed above the ocean floor. When she saves the handsome Prince Eric (Jonah Hauer-King) from a shipwreck, she makes a deal with the sea witch Ursula (Melissa McCarthy) in order to gain human legs and go on land to impress him. But there's one catch to the transaction: Ariel must trade her voice in order for her to try and see the things she's after. But as fans of the original 1989 film know, this comes with a series of consequences that threaten both her existence and the lives of those she loves.

Before we ask if you're interested in seeing this, we know you are. But like us, you're probably wondering how to watch and stream The Little Mermaid online. Luckily, we have some clues and it's likely to land on a major streaming site very soon. So climb aboard, because here's where to watch and stream The Little Mermaid online.
What Is the Release Date for The Little Mermaid?

Ariel's quest to go from a mermaid into a human begins anew when The Little Mermaid premieres this Memorial Day Weekend on Friday, May 26th, 2023. The film will be going up against not one, but two stand-up comedians and their films that weekend, with Sebastian Maniscalco's About My Father and Bert Kreischer's The Machine premiering on the same day. That said, The Little Mermaid will almost certainly be the choice for younger audiences and families.

While some Disney films are heading straight to Disney+, The Little Mermaid will first be shown exclusively in theaters.
Where To Watch The Little Mermaid Online:

As of now, the only way to watch Fast X is to head out to a movie theater when it premieres on May 26, 2023. You can find a local showing on Fandango.

Otherwise, you’ll just have to wait for it to become available to rent or purchase on digital platforms like Amazon, Vudu, YouTube or Apple, or become available to stream on Disney+.
How to Watch The Little Mermaid

At the moment, you can watch The Little Mermaid at your local theater. But like most movies these days, it should hit a streaming website in the near future.

Like its predecessor, The Little Mermaid is a flick produced by multimedia conglomerate Disney. What's more, the production studio owns a number of other famous franchises, like the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Star Wars. Titles made under these umbrellas have both hit Disney+ sometime after arriving at the box office. Fans may also know the original Little Mermaid is currently available to stream on the site as well. So, if the 2023 version follows the same pattern, folks will likely get to see The Little Mermaid on Disney+ later this year too.

As for an exact release date for The Little Mermaid, that's more complicated. Most movies produced by Disney often go to its streamer site within three months after debuting in theaters, like the most recent Marvel film Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. If this is the case for The Little Mermaid, it will probably drop in late August 2023 or sometime near Labor Day in early September.

When the time comes for The Little Mermaid to splash onto Disney+ though, make sure you're all prepared to watch it. If you don't have access yet, you can opt into a 30-day free trial before choosing a plan that start at $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year. After your account is all set, click on the title page on Disney+'s official website or the Disney+ app.

As you wait for The Little Mermaid to hit the streamer, why don't you watch the animated version and its sequel The Little Mermaid 2: Return to the Sea? Or if you want to immerse yourself in another live-action version, click on the 2019 ABC TV special The Little Mermaid Live!. Enjoy!
Will The Little Mermaid Be in Theaters or on Streaming?

Unlike several of Disney's other live-action remakes such as Pinocchio and Peter Pan & Wendy, The Little Mermaid will be exclusively in movie theaters first with tickets available for pre-sale now.

After The Little Mermaid has completed its exclusive theatrical run, the film will be released on the Disney+ streaming service. Based on Disney's past release models, the film won't be made available to stream before 45 to 90 days after its theatrical release.
When will The Little Mermaid be streaming on Disney+?

The Little Mermaid Disney+ premiere date is tentatively estimated to be August 30, 2023.

While no official Little Mermaid streaming date has been confirmed by Disney, most of its major movie releases drop on Disney+ following a minimum 90-day period, and typically premiere on the platform on Wednesdays, making Wednesday, August 30 the most likely date for Disney’s The Little Mermaid live-action streaming release.
Will The Little Mermaid Be Streaming On Disney+?

The 2023 version of The Little Mermaid will only be in theaters initially. After The Little Mermaid has completed its exclusive theatrical run, it is likely to stream on Disney Plus. You can also watch the animated version of Hans Christian Andersen's 1837 fairy tale of Ariel on Disney Plus now.

While you will only be able to catch the new "The Little Mermaid" in theaters starting next Friday, you can still sign up for Disney+ now to refresh yourself on the characters, song, plot and magical fun from the highly anticipated film. The 1989 version of the movie was a catalyst for Disney's animation renaissance throughout the '90s and it still holds up today.

An ad-supported Disney+ subscription starts at $8 per month, but you can get an ad-free access to the service for $11 monthly or bundle the Disney streaming service with Hulu and ESPN+ starting at $13 per month. Disney+ boasts a huge collection of movies and television series, including Marvel and Star Wars content. If you add in Hulu and ESPN, you have nearly unlimited entertainment at your fingertips.
Is The Little Mermaid streaming on Netflix?

No, The Little Mermaid will not be on Netflix — at least not any time soon. In the meantime, you’ll just have to head out to a movie theater or wait for it to become available to stream on Disney+.
Will The Little Mermaid Be On HBO Max?

No, The Little Mermaid will not be on HBO Max since it’s not a Universal Pictures movie. Last year, the company released its films in theaters and on the streamer on the same day. However, they now allow a 45-day window between the theatrical release and the streaming release.
Is The Little Mermaid Available On Hulu?

Viewers are saying that they want to view the new animation movie The Little Mermaid on Hulu. Unfortunately, this is not possible since Hulu currently does not offer any of the free episodes of this series streaming at this time. It will be exclusive to the MTV channel, which you get by subscribing to cable or satellite TV services. You will not be able to watch it on Hulu or any other free streaming service.

What is The Little Mermaid About?

The official synopsis for The Little Mermaid by Walt Disney Studios read:

“The Little Mermaid” is the beloved story of Ariel, a beautiful and spirited young mermaid with a thirst for adventure. The youngest of King Triton’s daughters and the most defiant, Ariel longs to find out more about the world beyond the sea, and while visiting the surface, falls for the dashing Prince Eric. While mermaids are forbidden to interact with humans, Ariel must follow her heart. She makes a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, which gives her a chance to experience life on land, but ultimately places her life – and her father’s crown – in jeopardy.

There is not much mystery in The Little Mermaid's plot. As seen in Disney's many other live-action remakes, it is anticipated that the film's plot will largely stick to the original. With the well-known song "Part of Your World," in which Ariel sings about her wish to be a part of the world beyond the water, i.e., the human realm, the teaser already alluded to Ariel's fascination with the human world. Fans will get to see Ariel and Prince Eric's romance as they deal with the challenges posed by their differences.

2023.06.01 11:24 TheseYellow2310 Parent loss struggle

It has been 7 months since I have lost my father to alcoholism. It does not get any better, I don't get what everyone has been saying about time healing effects because I have only learned how to live without him, against my will. But it never gotten better, every single day I think about him, it made my life quality a lot worse, most of the time I am just depressed since it happened. All my warm childhood memories or pictures are ruined for me as well, cannot look at them. My question is, does it ever get better? The incident left a big empty space in my heart and life, whatever good happens to me or no matter how much fun I have I still go back to this fact.. and what is not talked about enough after you loose a parent or someone very close to you is how the time stops. You are not able to live in the moment or to look forward to the future, all you do is hold on to the gone past while time is passing you by. (It appeared to be way more depressing then I planned it to be hehe sorry)

2023.06.01 11:23 Slife100 Challenge for Christians.

I have a pressing question on my mind and since you people that God talks to you, prove it by answering the question. If you cannot it will be further proof that God or if spelled backwards Dog is just something that Christians use to annoy other people.
By the way, I was brought up in Christian family or shall I say Shitian family, so I know all about the holy moly bible and prayers or the mumbling of holy moly words.

2023.06.01 11:22 bolkmar Neither skeptics and believers have a proof of UFOs only the AI can help us

Introduction
Following past UFO events in the world until the present day I was thinking about the only two sides that has been borning.
In one side we have those skeptics made out of scientific rational minds where their only thinking is about to messure and categorize every thing that have mass, trying to explain every single thing as the result of natural or artificial process that is in the common knowledge.
In the other side there are believers made of irrational espiritual minds where their only thinking is about to connect and vibrate with every single thing that have no mass. They don't try to explain anything and assume UFOs are from another planet based only on the UFO media culture where the only thing that matters is the word of the abductees or the ones who had a close encounter with some humanoids.
What both sides have in common related with the UFO topic ?
Well, it is simple as the following:

So what we have so far inside the UFO topic those bunch of years ?
Nothing but a bunch of videos, pictures and witness sightings that doesn't demostrate NOTHING at all.
What will be the future to study the UFO topic ?
In my opinion the only way to get a REAL STUDY FIELD inside the UFO/UAP topic is using the AI integrated in all the possible ways because if we left that an artificial machine made by us learn something new it will use a better way to get a real study of the topic without the chains of human pregudjements. In fact we will have a better feedback and maybe with the time both sides (skeptics and believers) will be togheter for a common goal.

2023.06.01 11:21 PrincessArabel So, Those Legendary Fighting Styles In Yakuza 0...

I recently completed Yakuza 0 for the second time, playing on my Steam Deck.
I hadn't taken care to finish the business minigames the first time I played it through; it was my first ever Yakuza game and everything felt overwhelming and new and shiny and I was tripping over myself to get to the ending of the incredible story.
But this time around I wanted to complete the two business minigames. I had no idea that doing so unlocked the legendary fighting styles for both protagonists.
As soon as I unlocked the businesses, I progressed through them at a rate of 1 boss per chapter, saving the final showdown for the Point Of No Return. That means that I never got to even see the Dragon of Dojima and Mad Dog of Shimano fighting styles until the final battles, and man, it was poetry.
Not only are they so god damn fun to use and ridiculously powerful, but waiting to unlock and use them for the literal final battles for both protagonist had such an elegant sense of finality to it. Both characters had completed their character arcs and became who they were meant to be; Kiryu became a whirlwind of glorious destruction whom the entire Shibusawa Family could barely stand to scratch; Majima became an unstoppable assassin ripping his way through the entire Dojima Family. In all my playing of this series I've never had an easier time of the climactic endgame showdowns, and for both characters, that ease felt earned, and felt like it fit with the story. By the time momentum builds up to the climax in Zero, there's nothing left that can stop Kiryu or Majima.
I don't know if that was intentional, if the devs were expecting players to wait to unlock these styles by the endgame, to elegantly represent the completion of the two character arcs in the actual gameplay. But even if not, even if it was just a happy coincidence with the way I approached things, this was one of the most incredible gaming experiences of my life. It was perfect.
TL;DR - The Legendary Fighting Styles ROCK

2023.06.01 11:20 Druitt_991 What I believe the pantheon system could (should?) be.

Disclaimer, this is going to be a looong post and I know nothing of game balance, so focus more on the ideas than the mechanics. Maybe some things could be tied in game with tower levels or something like that to avoid an extreme power spike in the early game.
I love the game to bits and all the new things it brings to the series, but the pantheon system is veeery lackluster. It was one of the features I anticipated the most and felt very disappointed when the game arrived. First of all, I can't even fathom how it can be that we can't choose the personality of our Godirs. If I create an obviously good aligned leader and he shows on one of my games, I don't want him to become Fantasy Hitler... Why have such an emphasis on faction and leader creation and then do this? It makes no sense to me.
Now, for the cool part. If it's going to be named pantheon system, it SHOULD be a proper pantheon. There could be "tiers" of godhood like Godir (just ascended) major and minor gods... I thought of limiting the slots, but the creator in me could not do with limited options, so maybe it could scale. A certain number of lower tiers let you "ascend" one to a higher tier and so on till the higher one. And I'd very much like them to have titles even if they are just flavor (Yaka the god of narcissism, anyone?). There could also be "factions" of gods that could tend to ally or wage wars with other specific gods when they show up in your games.
Now for the meat on the bones. What I call the Godly powers. Like mind and body traits, these are divided into two categories Mystical Might and Worldly Might (suggestions for better names are appreciated). There would be a point buy system for each depending on godhood tier and with those points we would be able to buy different things. On the mystic side we could choose major and minor transformations, enchantments, increased starting level, certain spells or even a second starting tome already unlocked...
On the worldly side, (kinda my favourite) would allow you to take relics, royal guards, small boosts for your capital... Once I saw Yaka's fury or Melenis Glaive I knew I wanted personalized items for my characters. So, when (because I do believe that it's only a matter of when) we get the item forge we should be able to create an item of higher tier than normal, that becomes a Relic associated to a certain Godir. The same could go for a specific unit that could be "ascended" with a certain enchantments allowing you to name them and take them with you at the beginning of the game (maybe at the cost of other starting units).
This system allows for a lot of margin in content expansion for the future, gives players higher personalization options and makes godirs feel more unique and special.
You could throw in a cool menu with some kind of constellation like style displaying your pantheon to tie it all together.
Tl;dr: Point but system to allow further customization of godirs like custom items or units, researched spells, boons for the capital...

2023.06.01 11:20 georgi_19993 Is it panick attack or Heart Condition? Need an advice.

Hello guys.

I started this year with good health and one thought: Tio start going to fitness in order to get back to my fitness body level and start feeling more active and good.
It was 24th of February and I returned from a 1 hour Gym cario session. Get a shower and with my wife started waching a movie on the TV. I was realxing and watching a fine movie and then suddenly I get cold sweats, got two extrasystoles which I felt like my hert stops and then starts two times but felt like it I had a stone for a heart. Saw my two beats in my chests - pounding.

Then suddenly my heart starting beating really fast - 160 - 170 BPM. Told my wife to call an ambulance, and while we're waiting for it, she took my BP with a device. The interesting part is that the device couldn't catch my current BP and Pulse. My wife told me that she could see my heart beating trough my chest. I was totally scared. My veins on the legs and on the arms became from vissible to hidden. I started breating slowly but deeply, which did not work. For almost 10 minutes I did this breathing excecise. AFter that the ambulance came and the doctors there took my Blood Sugar levels and my Blood Pressure. It turned aout that my Blood Sugar was 5.0, and my blood pressure was 160/110 with 140 pulse. They told me that I had panick attack and to calm down.

After they left and tehre was 5 minutes after it, I god another cold sweats and fast heart beat all over again. I felt like I'm gonna die. Called them again to get back ASAP. They did and took me into the ER. In the ER they started waching my BP and heart rate. My BP was 140/90 and my heart rate was 97 constant. They told me there that it might be due to Electrolyte Imbalance. They gave me Natrium Bromide and told me to go home and sleep it off. I did that, Slept it off, then the next morning I get up normally, made myself a coffee and got to the PC because my work is stationary. Then suddenly, my stomach felt like it is swallowing itsleft and then cold feet and hands, and then again another high BP and pulse episode. Called EMS and they told me that if I didn't have chest pains, left or right shoulder pain or numbness and neck or jaw pain and numbness I had panick attack and to calm down. But I was not satisfied with that. So in the same moment I made an appointment with Cardiologist.

Got to the Cardiologist which put me trough EKG, listened to my heart, saw it under Echocardiogram and told me that nothing wrong with my heart. But prescribed me Nebivolol of 5 miligrams one tablet per day for a week because of my high blood pressure. Nebivolol made my life sucks more and I stopped it after taking it for 2 days. I couldn't deal with it more. Then these episodes came back with full steam. Started managing it with Yogurt and cinnamon, but it was not enough. Made another apointmet to another cardiologist for second opinion. The second Docotr, told me that it was I was obese, but my heart was very healthy. I didn't belive that. Also she told me to take blood tests. I did it and all my blood tests was very good.
She advised me to walk 10 KM per day at minimum and to lose 10 KG in three months. I did take this advise serously but she didn't prescribed anything only that I can continue taking yougurt with cinnamon to control my BP. I was not satisifed, because it wasn't a solutuion nor a cure for me. It happened again. Then I made an apointment to another Cardiologist. He took EKG but while taking it, I was having panic attack or anxiety attack one of these, and my heart rate was 94 and my BP was 140/90. On the EKG he saw VT displacement and told me to go for Coronography. I was stunned and shoked at first and my BP and pusle got to the roof. Again I was not satisfied.
Then I started to search for the best Cardiologinst in the town and stumble accros it in a Forum where people with really bad heart conditions started to recover from him. Called him and made an appointment. When I got to his office with all my EKGs, Heart Echoes and blood work results, he told me that he saw a really healthy heart and nothing to worry about. For the EKG that showed VT displacement a bit, he told me that this could happen during panick or anxiety attack.

He put me on EKG and did these test:
- Normal ekg while I was breathing normally. Showed the same thing. He told me that this is not correct and told me to take deep breath and hold it for at least 30 seconds while he will take another EKG to exclude any heart damage or issues.
- After taking deep breath for 30 secs, my pulse from 95 dropped to 65, and all my EKG was normal without any displacement and any of that shit. He told me that most doctors doesn't bother to do it, because either they don't have the necessary experience or they don't care.

Took echo of my heart, my blood vessels, kidneys, liver and arteries. Told me that everything is good. And I get panick attacks from the gases that are in my colon, which displace my diaphragm and which in turn displaces my heart. I get extrasystoles and then sudden panick attacks. Prescribed me Concor of 5mg to taking it morning and night by 2x 2.5mg for 15 days, and then 2,5mg for another 15 days and then to throw it away. I did that. No more High BP, ocasionally extrasystoles but when I ate or I feel full and bent over or duck. No more high pusle. I was relieved, very relieved.

After this month I decided to stop it as the doctor told me. After 1 week the symthoms got back. Started taking it again only 2,5mg per day. Symthoms managed. Now I am at a crossroad here. Almost every doctor tells me that my heart is good and healthy, there is no heart conditions at all. I started walking and taking medications for my gas issues. Also I turned to the EASTERN MEDICINE (Chinese Medicine) Acupuncture. Today I treid again for almost 5 days I felt good until today which another episode. And I feel again like shit.Heart rate 115-120, couldn't take BP because I was outside and it was really hot (It is summer) and I was in sweat eveyrwhere on my body because of the hot weather. I get back home without feeling my heart rate at all. Got to the bathroom and did my job there, and then BAM -> extrasystole two times. No high pulse more than 120bpm but still it's not good. Took Concor 2,.5mg and my symptoms got away after 10-15 minutes.

I need and advise now: To start check for General Panic Disorder or another appoinmtment with my last Cardiologist who was the best at least for me or to look for another dcotor. I am taking also magnesium 500 mg per day as supplement.

Thank you guys for your support here!
Much appreciated!

2023.06.01 11:18 D-V1LB4BY- [F4M] 18+ Hades & Persephone Romance

! Intro ! [Important] Hey-o! Thanks for hopping in out of interest. I should start by saying that I am EST, and want to write with someone around the same time-zone if not the same (it is currently 5:24am as I write this).

2023.06.01 11:18 dawnsvenus After 10 years on Metformin, I'm told I don't actually have PCOS

As the title says. 2012 was an extremely stressful year for me with US immigration. By Dec 2012, I had gained weight and I missed 1 period. I was told that my insulin was high, i had some hirsutism and that I had PCOS. No imaging studies or ultrasound, just a male endocrinologist and one lab draw. I was immediately put on the highest dose of 2000mg metformin which I had to take 4 times a day at 500mg because the 1000mg pill was too harsh on my stomach. The past few years have been increasingly hard for me to manage my condition despite researching so much about the condition. The PCOS diet wasn't working, master cleanse for 30 days would give me 2-3 months relief from GI and weight issues, the supplements barely helped (trust me, I have tried every herb and supplement listed in research to help with PCOS) . I tried spirolactone with no success. My hirsutism was always limited to 2-3 bumps along the jawline. A few supplements for inflammation helped. I was increasingly sensitive to every type of food and tried histamine intolerance diet. I saw an allergist/immunologist (very allergic to pine bark/pycnogenol), GI specialist, female endocrinologist, reproductive specialist. I even had a colonoscopy/endoscopy and work-up for celiac disease (negative but some wheat intolerance). My sister paid for food sensitivities testing, and I adjusted my diet (turns out my #1/2 sensitivities were carrots and horseradish...odd, but good info). I was still having post prandial extreme bloating and started to feel sick in the mornings and I couldn't get out of bed. I tried antidepressants, but I kept feeling like it was an organic/physical depression. I gained 60lbs in 6 months. I couldn't sleep, my long time insomnia got worse and worse. I started to experience eyelid swelling, centripetal obesity, moon face. I suspected adrenal insufficiency and started to take melatonin and vitamin d as a remedy for histamine intolerance - with this I could sleep 2-3 hrs max. I felt like I was swelling up like Violet in Willy Wonka. I tried to see my endocrinologist but after a few years of no success and insurance rejecting Ozempic it seemed like she wanted nothing to do with me.
I woke up end of April one morning and my first thought was "I feel like I'm going to die today if I don't get some help". I slowly got myself together, called my mom to come with me and finally went to urgent care with her because of my eyelid swelling. I didn't know what else to do. A doctor there who usually works emergency looked at me and suggested a differential diagnosis of Cushing's syndrome. He said he felt helpless because he couldn't do the workup he wanted at urgent care - but he listened to me. I cried. My testosterone had always tested normal and my AMH was slightly better than ideal for my age (I started my fertility consultation in the fall). Cushing's made perfect sense.
I got an ambulatory referral from him to endocrinology and a new list of specialists. I saw one 2 days later. I changed my diet and supplement routine to Cushing's/cortisol diet and finally no bloating, constipation and my energy returned. I finally lost weight naturally without resorting to extreme methods. I started drinking carbonated water after watching a Dr. Berg video on it and it had potassium chloride and I had extreme diuresis for 2-3 days and puffiness went away. I looked in the mirror and for the first time I didn't have any eye bags. Cortisol creates metabolic alkalosis and edema (where sodium goes, water follows) so sodium-free carbonated water has helped so much in balancing out the edema. Increasing my calcium (fresh cheese only -ricotta) and potassium intake has helped as well. Pomegranate, Garlic, Horsetail, and Stinging Nettle too. I have a list, and I have started to slowly reintegrate some foods. I no longer struggle to process gluten. My sleep is slowly improving. Now that I know the signs of the cortisol spikes (eyelid edema is an lesser known sign, insomnia etc) I can manage it better. My hirsutism has gone away - still some scars from the repeated inflammation but they are totally flat - not one inflammed follicle. My hair has grown back (I was having androgenic alopecia and had 2-3 bald spots).
Since then, I've had a pelvic abdominal CT, more extensive lab work finally done, and transvaginal ultrasound. I was cleared of PCOS this morning by my new primary care doctor who is amazing and old-school. He told me that I will taper off metformin for the next month or two (I had already kind of started to not take it) and that 10 years of hypoglycemic episodes from the medication likely caused my adrenals to finally quit and protest which is why cortisol took over and it looks like Cushing's - my body was and is sensitive to stress. I'm still getting some additional testing to rule out sleep issues.
I feel like I finally have my life back. Misdiagnosis sucks and I'm still obviously processing everything. I desperately want to lose this weight I've gained but I'm trying to be compassionate towards myself - healing is not linear and recovery will take time.
I know there's a bigger reason to why my path was so hard. I will still hang around and try to offer tips where I can as the androgenic aspect of stresses out adrenal glands was the same as having PCOS. Cushing's/cortisol-dominance and PCOS/estrogen-dominance are hard to differentiate and I am still working through the nuances but I've found some things that work.
Hopefully this story/vent will help you think carefully about your symptoms and empower you to keep pushing forward until you experience the relief and medical responsiveness we all deserve.
TLDR - misdiagnosed with PCOS. If you take anything from this, please let it be the following:
  1. Get a second medical opinion.
  2. Listen to your body, if nothing is working it may be a sign too. It doesn't always mean you're failing to manage your health. Don't internalize it that way.
  3. Doctors are not gods. They don't like to feel helpless but admitting that they don't know the answers may be the first step towards getting healthy - only stick with one that looks you in the eyes and listens.
  4. Don't quit. It took me finding a thousand ways that didn't work before landing on misdiagnosis - but the knowledge I've gained from research I hope to help others with someday (I am in my PhD but decided I definitely want to finish my MD that I started as well/transfer to that program).

Exploring the SEO Landscape: Understanding What SEO Services Are and Their Key Inclusions

https://preview.redd.it/xm4xduyzid3b1.jpg?width=1020&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ce258119433b430054c2b972e134af10521d3dcd
Are you looking for ways to increase the visibility of your website and improve its ranking on search engines? SEO services are a great way to do just that. SEO stands for “Search Engine Optimisation”, and it involves using certain techniques to make sure your website is seen by as many people as possible. In this article, we’ll discuss what SEO services are, why they are useful, how much they cost, which ranking factors they focus on, and more. If you’re curious about how SEO can help boost your business or website’s success, read on!

What Are SEO Services?

If you’re looking to get your website noticed, SEO services can help! Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the process of optimising a website or web page in order to increase its visibility and ranking on search engine results pages. This can include activities such as making sure that your website is coded correctly, creating content that uses relevant keywords, and making sure that your website links are working properly. SEO helps you reach more potential customers who are actively searching for products or services like yours.
In addition to helping improve your visibility on search engines, SEO services also work to drive more traffic to your website by improving its overall user experience. By using techniques like keyword research and optimising websites for mobile devices, SEO professionals can ensure that users quickly find what they’re looking for on each page of your site. With improved usability comes increased engagement with visitors which leads to better conversions.
When selecting an SEO service provider, it is important to look for one with a good track record in helping businesses achieve their desired goals. Look for companies that offer packages tailored specifically to the needs of businesses within your industry as well as those offering ongoing support and advice based on the latest developments in search engine optimisation technologies. Working with an experienced team will allow you to maximise the impact of their efforts at every stage from strategy development through implementation and monitoring long-term success metrics.
An effective SEO plan should be built around understanding customer behaviour and delivering content targeted at meeting their needs while staying up-to-date with changes in search engine algorithms so that you remain competitive in today’s fast-paced digital marketplaces. A successful strategy requires taking into account both technical aspects such as coding structure and content marketing tactics such as social media promotion – all designed to bring users closer towards becoming loyal customers of yours!

Why Use SEO Services?

Investing in SEO can be a great way to increase your online visibility and reach more potential customers. By optimising your website for search engines, you’re able to ensure that it appears higher up in search engine rankings, which means more people will see it. Additionally, SEO services can help you target specific keywords related to your business and industry. This allows you to create content tailored towards the needs of the audience you want to attract, as well as increasing your chances of showing up in relevant searches.
SEO services also make sure that any content created is optimised for mobile devices. Mobile searches are becoming increasingly popular, so ensuring that your website is optimised for them is essential if you want to remain competitive. Additionally, having an SEO-optimised site makes it easier for search engines like Google and Bing to crawl your website and index its pages properly. This helps improve user experience and increases the chances of people finding what they’re looking for quickly and easily.
Another reason why investing in SEO services is a good idea is because it can help improve brand recognition. When someone sees your website appearing prominently in relevant search results, they’re more likely to remember it next time they need something related to what you offer. Furthermore, having an optimised website makes sure that any visitors who do find their way there have a positive user experience, which further reinforces the value of your brand in their mind.
Finally, using SEO services ensures that all parts of your digital presence work together harmoniously instead of competing with each other or working against each other’s goals. An experienced SEO agency will understand how different elements such as social media accounts or blog posts fit into the bigger picture and optimise them accordingly so everything works together cohesively towards reaching common objectives like increased sales or greater awareness about a particular topic or product line.

How Much Do SEO Services Cost?

Getting SEO services can be a great way to skyrocket your online visibility, so it’s important to understand the cost involved. When you’re considering an SEO provider and evaluating their costs, it’s important to remember that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to pricing. It all depends on what type of service you need, how many hours will go into the project, and the level of expertise required for successful implementation. In other words, some projects may require more time or specialised skills than others.
The average cost for basic SEO services such as keyword research, content optimisation and link building can range anywhere from $300 – $3,000 per month depending on the scope of work required. More complex projects such as website redesigns or comprehensive campaigns may require significantly more investment in order to achieve success. Additionally, depending on how quickly you need results and the complexity of your campaign goals, some providers may charge by hour instead of offering a monthly package price.
It’s also important to note that working with an experienced professional is likely going to cost you more initially than working with someone who just started out in the industry – but they’ll probably get better results faster too! An experienced consultant will have access to cutting edge resources and techniques that can save you time and money down the line while still delivering exceptional results.
When choosing a provider for your SEO needs make sure you do your due diligence: ask about their experience in similar projects; inquire about their methodologies; request references; compare pricing structures; evaluate guarantees; pay attention to customer support policies etcetera – all these factors should be taken into consideration before making any kind of commitment or signing any contracts. Doing this ensures that both parties are clear about expectations from each other in terms of quality service delivery at an agreed upon rate – ensuring everyone is happy once the job is complete.

Which Ranking Factors Do SEO Services Optimise for?

Unlocking the highest rankings possible requires optimising for several important factors, and experienced SEO professionals can help you do just that. Search engine optimisation (SEO) services are designed to optimise your website and content to increase its visibility in search engine results pages. Ranking factors determine the position of a given webpage in organic search results, so it’s vital to understand which ones SEO services optimise for.
The most important ranking factor is quality content. Good SEO practices focus on making sure your content is relevant and engaging for users, as well as optimised for both humans and search engines. Content should also be regularly updated with fresh information in order to keep visitors coming back repeatedly. Content should contain keywords related to the topic being discussed in order to attract potential customers or readers looking for specific information about a particular topic.
Links are also an essential part of any successful SEO campaign – they’re key indicators of authority and relevance when it comes to ranking websites. An experienced SEO provider will establish quality links from authoritative sources such as government sites, educational institutions, and industry-related websites that link back to your site or blog posts. This helps strengthen your website’s credibility within the eyes of the search engine algorithms.
Technical optimisation is another aspect of good SEO practice – understanding how things like page speed affect user experience can have an impact on rankings too. A professional SEO team will examine various aspects of your website such as coding errors, redirects, sitemaps, image tags/alt text etc., ensuring everything runs smoothly so users can enjoy a fast loading website without interruption or frustration when navigating through its pages. Understanding these technical aspects is crucial if you want top rankings on major search engines like Google or Bing!

What Should SEO Services Include?

Let’s explore what SEO services should include. First, a custom strategy should be developed to target the unique needs of each website, taking into account its current ranking and the competition. Secondly, an SEO audit will help identify any areas where optimisation is needed; this includes both on-page and off-page optimisations. Finally, ongoing optimisation and monthly reports are essential for tracking ROI and ensuring that your website continues to stay competitive in the ever-changing landscape of search engine algorithms.

Custom Strategy

Crafting a custom strategy to maximise results is key in unlocking your website’s potential. It goes without saying that no two businesses, websites, or webpages are exactly alike; as such, what works for one website may not work for another. That’s why it is essential to craft a custom SEO strategy tailored specifically to the needs of your business and the goals you wish to achieve with your website. With personalised tactics and an expert understanding of search engine algorithms, you can ensure that your content reaches its full potential and stands out from competitors in organic search results.
The best way to design an effective SEO plan is by consulting with professionals who specialise in this field. An experienced SEO consultant can help you identify helpful keywords and analyse which ones will perform best for your particular site. Additionally, they can also optimise each page on your site according to the specific requirements of each major search engine like Google, Bing, or Yahoo! Furthermore, they can provide ongoing support and guidance so that you stay ahead of changing trends and keep up-to-date with new developments within the industry. By crafting a custom strategy based on the unique needs of your business, you can be sure that you are getting the most out of every effort made towards achieving success online.

SEO Audit

Once you’ve crafted your strategy, it’s time to do a thorough SEO audit to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. An SEO audit helps identify any areas where your website isn’t performing well and can provide valuable insights into what needs to be improved. It should also take into account any changes that have been made over time, such as URL structure or page titles, so you can ensure they are still optimised for search engines.
The key elements of an SEO audit include checking the technical aspects of your website like server speed, coding errors and redirects. You’ll also want to review how easily users can navigate your site, as well as analyse the quality and quantity of content on each page. And finally, you’ll need to check for external factors such as backlinks from other authoritative sites and social media presence – both of which help boost organic rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).

Off-page Optimization

It’s time to take your website to the next level with off-page optimisation! Off-page optimisation is a powerful way to bring more attention to your site, increase its search engine ranking and drive more visitors. It involves activities such as link building, content marketing, social media engagement and more. By creating quality backlinks from reputable websites, you can improve your website’s visibility in search engines. Content marketing is also an effective way to reach out to new audiences and build relationships with them. Through content creation, you can establish yourself as an authority in your field while introducing potential customers or clients to your products or services. Social media is another great tool for marketing your website; by engaging with users on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, you can promote awareness of your brand and attract new leads who may be interested in what you have to offer. All these strategies are key components of successful off-page optimisation that will help boost the success of your website in no time!

On-page Optimization

Take your website to the next level with on-page optimisation – it’s an essential way to get noticed, boost rankings and draw in more visitors! On-page optimisation is the process of optimising individual web pages so that they are more attractive to search engines. This includes ensuring that all titles, meta tags, headings, content and images are optimised for the keywords you want your page to rank for. By taking a strategic approach to keyword research and using targeted SEO tools, you can ensure that each page on your site has optimised content. Additionally, by utilising structured data markup and creating a comprehensive internal link structure within your website, you can further improve how search engines crawl and index your pages. With these tactics in place, you will be well on your way towards improving organic visibility and generating higher search engine rankings.

Ongoing Optimization

Continually optimising your website is key to staying ahead of the competition and ensuring your visitors have a great experience. Ongoing optimisation requires a strategic approach that involves consistently maintaining, analysing, and improving your website performance. This includes monitoring and refining various aspects of the website such as its content, structure, loading speed, usability, etc. It also includes keeping up with search engine updates to ensure that you are meeting their ever-changing requirements for high rankings. Additionally, it entails conducting regular competitor research to identify any areas where you can make improvements that will give you an edge over them in the SERPs. By implementing these ongoing optimisation tactics, you will be able to ensure that your ranking remains consistent and continues to improve over time.

Monthly Reports

Staying on top of your website’s performance requires monthly reports to keep track of progress and identify areas for improvement. With regular reporting, you can stay ahead of the game and make sure that your SEO efforts are effective. Monthly reports provide you with a snapshot of how well your website is doing, as well as highlight any changes that need to be made. They also help you monitor the competition and compare trends in search engine ranking.
Monthly reports give you an overview of key metrics such as organic traffic, page views, keyword rankings, backlinks, and more. This information is essential for understanding how effective your SEO strategies have been over time and what steps need to be taken to further improve them. Additionally, they give meaningful insights into customer behaviour which can help inform future decisions about content creation and marketing campaigns. Monthly reports offer invaluable insight into the performance of your website so that you can make informed decisions about how best to optimise it for success.

ROI Tracking

Tracking your return on investment (ROI) is essential for gaining insights into the success of your SEO efforts, allowing you to make more informed decisions about how to best optimise your website for maximum performance. ROI tracking is a critical part of any successful SEO strategy and helps you measure the impact of your campaigns against the cost. With an accurate understanding of what’s working and what isn’t, you can make changes that will have greater impact and drive better results. You’ll also be able to identify areas where you might need additional resources or expertise, helping you better allocate budget and time in order to maximise returns. Knowing where and when to invest in SEO will help keep your business ahead of its competitors and ensure long-term success in an ever-changing digital landscape.

What is an Example Of SEO Services?

Through the strategic implementation of search engine optimisation tactics, an example of SEO services could be seen in the increased visibility of a website on search engine results pages. By ensuring that the content is optimised with relevant keywords and phrases, organic search results can be improved. This helps attract more visitors to your site because they are more likely to find it when searching for related topics.
By optimising meta descriptions, titles, and other parts of each page’s HTML code, SEO professionals also make sure that each page is properly indexed by major search engines such as Google and Bing. This allows users to easily access relevant information through online searches. Additionally, by using link building techniques like guest blogging and directory submissions, websites can gain authority for their chosen field or industry and improve their ranking on SERPs.
SEO professionals may also help you create localised content which increases the chances of appearing in local searches related to your business or area of expertise. This type of content has been proven to increase website traffic significantly since people tend to prefer local businesses over those located far away from them. Furthermore, SEO experts can advise clients on how to effectively use social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter in order to generate more web traffic as well as increase brand awareness among potential customers online.
Additionally, SEO services involve monitoring website analytics such as bounce rate and user engagement metrics so that any necessary changes can be made quickly in order to optimise performance across all channels. With these data-backed insights from experienced professionals guiding decisions about how best to reach customers online, businesses will have a better chance at succeeding in today’s digital landscape without getting lost amongst competitors vying for attention from the same audience.

How Do I Choose SEO Services?

Choosing the right SEO services for your business can be a daunting task. With so many options to choose from, it can be hard to know where to start. Fortunately, there are a few key factors that you should consider when selecting an SEO provider. By keeping these tips in mind, you can ensure that you get the most out of your investment and find the best fit for your business’s needs.
First and foremost, it’s important to understand what type of services are offered by different SEO companies. Do they offer content optimisation? On-page optimisation? Link building strategies? Knowing exactly what type of help an SEO company offers is essential in order to determine which one best meets your needs.
Next, you should research the reputation of potential providers. Look at customer reviews and testimonials online, as well as any awards or certifications they may have won or earned from reputable organisations like Search Engine Land or Moz. This will give you an idea of how effective their services are and if other businesses have had success with them in the past.
Finally, consider pricing and payment structures for each service provider before making a decision. Make sure you understand exactly what’s included in their package and compare prices between multiple companies to make sure you’re getting the most bang for your buck. Additionally, look into whether they offer any kind of money back guarantee or satisfaction guarantee – this will provide extra peace of mind if anything goes wrong during the process down the line.
By taking all these factors into consideration, selecting a reliable SEO company doesn’t have to be overwhelming – with just a bit of research and some careful comparison shopping, finding quality services that perfectly match your business’s goals is easier than ever!

How Long Does it Take for SEO Services to work?

Wondering how long it’ll take for your website to start reaping the benefits of SEO? It won’t happen overnight, but with a little patience and effort you can see results! The amount of time needed to see an impact from SEO services varies depending on the complexity of your website, the competitiveness of your industry, and other factors. Generally speaking, it’s best to expect at least 4-6 months before you begin seeing any ROI from SEO services.
It’s important to note that SEO is an ongoing process which requires continuous maintenance in order to keep up with ever-changing search engine algorithms and competitor strategies. That means that as soon as you stop investing in SEO services, your website will begin losing its hard-earned rankings. As such, it’s essential to commit to long-term investments if you want lasting success with your online presence. With dedication and consistency, you’ll eventually be able to reap the rewards of successful SEO campaigns!

Is it Better To Get SEO Services from a Freelancer, Consultant, Or Agency?

If you’re looking to improve your online presence, you’ll need to decide whether a freelancer, consultant, or agency is the right option for you. Each of these options has its own pros and cons – it’s important to understand them in order to make the best decision for your business.
Freelancers are usually more cost-effective than agencies or consultants, but they may lack the experience and expertise of larger teams. Consultants typically charge higher hourly rates than freelancers, but they often have more experience and can provide strategic advice that can help long-term success. Agencies offer comprehensive services and have access to resources that may not be available with other options – however, they also tend to come with a much larger price tag. Ultimately, it’s up to you which option is best suited for your budget and goals.

How Do I Budget for Search Engine Optimization Services?

If you’re looking to boost your online presence, creating a budget for SEO services is a great way to get started! It’s important to carefully consider how much you’re willing to invest in SEO services and what type of results you hope to see. Ultimately, the amount you choose should be based on the size and scope of your business as well as the competition and market conditions.
The first step in creating a budget for SEO is to decide which areas are most important for your website. Popular areas include content creation, link building, keyword research and optimisation, technical SEO, analytics tracking, and reporting. Once you’ve identified which areas need work, it’s time to determine how much money you can allocate towards each one. This will vary depending on whether or not you plan on hiring an agency or freelancer and how long they expect the project will take. Make sure that whatever budget you set allows enough flexibility so that any unexpected changes can be addressed without breaking the bank!

Is It Worth Paying For SEO Services?

You’ve been wondering how to budget for SEO services and that’s an important step toward success. But now you’re asking yourself if it’s worth paying for SEO services in the first place. The answer is yes! Investing in SEO services can be a great way to boost your website’s visibility and search engine rankings, leading to increased traffic and more business opportunities.
SEO services can help your website stand out from the crowd, giving you an edge over your competitors who aren’t investing in such strategies. Professional SEO teams will have a wealth of experience and knowledge about best practices that are designed to help increase your website’s rankings on search engines. They also have access to analytics tools which can provide valuable insights into how effective your campaigns are, so that adjustments can be made as necessary. Ultimately, paying for quality SEO services is an investment worth making – it could mean the difference between having a successful online presence or falling behind in the digital world.

Can I do SEO Services on My Own vs. Buying SEO Services?

Deciding whether to take on SEO yourself or invest in professional services can be a difficult choice, but it’s one that could make all the difference when it comes to your website’s success. If you’re considering DYing your SEO, you need to ask yourself if you have the time and skills necessary to do it properly. It requires a lot of research and understanding of how search engines work—not just plugging keywords into content. Additionally, you’ll have to stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithmic changes, which can be daunting for someone who isn’t an expert in SEO.
On the other hand, investing in professional SEO services might seem expensive at first, but if done correctly it will often result in increased traffic and better visibility for your website. A good SEO company will not only help optimise your site, but also provide guidance on how best to create content that resonates with your target audience while taking into account current algorithms and trends. Ultimately, this route will save you time (and money) by allowing an experienced team of professionals handle the technical aspects of optimisation so that you can focus on creating high-quality content.
