Lowe's store manager salary

I realized I hadn't been on here in awhile and assume it is because I've been feeling relatively good. So good that most of my therapy sessions are me blabbering about how I now gaslight myself often about my chronic pain. I'm not complaining. I'd rather not be in pain and will settle for a psychological mess about whether or not I actually have a chronic condition.
My appointment to establish care with an excision specialist at Cedars Sinai is at the end of this month. My surgery should be scheduled anywhere from 2-5 months out from that but I've been flailing since 2021 when I was knocked down for several months from an unknown pelvic issue (a nurse said maybe PID, a doctor said it was just a burst cyst, and in the end I was treated for sepsis). So in the meantime I have been doing SO MUCH research to manage my pain because while I had always had a horrible relationship with my cycle, it became hellish to manage. I just opened a small business in Los Angeles last year and I cannot literally not afford to be knocked out for the better part of each month (which honestly, who can?).
I thought I would come here to SHARE my extensive list of self care for managing flare ups that has gotten me almost 2 months virtually pain free. Bolded the most important stuff so you can skim my rant:

1. I have been on Glenmark BC. It is a 21 day low dose combo pill (no placebo week). It took 6 months for my body to chill out on it. I experienced joint pain that I imagined I had 30 to 40 years still until I experienced it, extreme depression, massive headaches, and still ovulated (or felt something burning and stabbing in my pelvis) each month until the 5th month. Not gonna lie, if my skin didn't become as smooth as a baby's bottom in the first month of taking it, I would have tossed it in the trash. I'm a little vain and was so stoked on this side effect. My only joy while getting used to this option that we want to avoid.
2. I have completely digested the Endometriosis Nutritionist Podcast and omitted all the inflammatory foods she lists: soy, dairy, alcohol, gluten, and caffeine. This was relatively easy for me since I don't eat soy (allergic) or consume caffeine (I'm the energizer bunny) anyway. She influences a good portion of my diet and I learned a lot more than just omitting those foods.
3. I don't know if this has anything to do with my pain management but I have been trying to get a lot of protein in. I have a pretty active job and I work out when I have the energy. I notice a huge difference in my body when I skip out on having protein with a meal.
   1. My breakfast is a smoothie: banana, spinach, turmeric, ginger, power greens supplement, collagen, protein powder (not whey), mushroom and cacao supplement.
   2. Lunch and dinner are more simple but always have protein and no seed oils.
4. Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy for 6 weeks. I learned so much the structure of our pelvis. It was wild. I took my partner with me because of my pain during penetrative sex and orgasms. We learned SO much about pain management together and not just during intercourse. Highly reccomend. I still experience pain during sex (when we do have it) but I do my breathing learned in PT to get through it. I also use the lube they use in the PT office because I didn't react to it and for whatever reason, sex burns.
5. Inspired by the PT and all the workouts she told me that I was previously doing that were making things worse, I purchased a subscription to a workout program focused on pelvic floor issues. I just started but I’ve been following her instagram account for awhile and I have gained some short term psoas muscle relief from the small tips she posts. Her instagram is free. Her workout program costs SO much.
6. I took a Yin yoga class awhile back and if I had more money I would be there everyday. I cried when I felt my pelvis stand its guard down for a moment in time. I also didn't realize how tight the rest of my body is just from my pelvis being on full alert 24/7. I practice Yin at home now when I get home from a long day.

I like to think it’s the combination of stuff that I am doing and not just the BC. I will not be stopping the BC unless someone scares me into it. This face is the smoothest it has ever been since I was in 3rd grade. That’s even after doing 2 rounds of Accutane. I hope by posting this I don’t jinx a flare. KNOCK ON WOOD FOR ME.

I’ve got a few hair and beard mods installed and went into creation kit to edit him to my liking, but after I save my changes and load the game he still looks like this. Any advice? The changes loaded once, and then I went back into CK to remove a moustache from Brand-Shei, and Bryn is back rocking the look of my ex-boyfriend’s dad.

Hello,
My mother just passed 6 hours ago. I'm just numb. I'll occasionally breakdown, but I'm still kinda in shock - even though I knew this was coming. Guaranteed, tomorrow and the following days, I'll be a mess, and have alot of stuff to figure out with my siblings, as my mom did not have a living will in place.
How do I go about taking Bereavement leave at work? I found the handbook from my orientation, and I can take up to five days off. I'm a salaried employee. Should I send an email now on a Saturday night to my manager and cc HR, or do I wait until Monday morning?

I have weird feelings about group sex.
I post here because in my poly relationships orgies are stuff that can happen around me, and I need answers that take those relationship dynamics into account.
I never did one, I think I'd have a panic attack or something. Even being told about them feels weird. Yet I don't find them repulsing, actually it looks like a lot of fun. But when someone I love tell me about their orgy, I can't help but feel unable to relate to them, unable to offer them the possibility to go with me, unable to do that by myself and share experiences... And it awakens old demons.
I could just tell people to stop telling me about them, but I feel that there is something I could gain from confronting those feelings. Plus, I feel that DADT would put mystery and FOMO on this, which are not helping the problem.
I think the core of the problem stems from a low ability to process social information. Processing what people want, say, do, what I want, what I must say and do... and solving the equation all together. With one person I have no problem to connect really well and be 100% on board with them and progress through a date, or through a whole relationship. I can enjoy a big ass festival with mayhem all around, as long as I'm independant enough and there are just a few social interactions at a time and rules are clear. But if there are more than 2 other people that want different things, a new situation with no clear and simple protocol, then I can "stall" quite literally. It makes me feel unable and excluded.
I feel incomplete beause of that. Orgies remind me that I have that shitty brain that makes this basic stuff complicated for me. It reminds me my limits as a partner in enm. But more of all, it reminds me that my most important need as a human (connecting with others) is impeded by my worst weakness.
I do have group fun in some settings, I even manage a band and play concerts. I know I can do it. Hell, I don't NEED orgies in my life. But on the other hand, when something brushes me against the grain, I want to work on it (like I did previously with dating, jealousy, kink... with success).

Shift here and I've been thinking more and more about trying to promote lately. Coworkers were always surprised I planned on stopping at SSV. I promoted to Shift because I wanted the extra pay and thought I could do the job, but I wasn't entirely sure it was worth the stress. Honestly, the thing that made the difference was the fact that I knew like half a dozen baristas who used to be Shifts and stepped down and it seemed like it went fine. So it seemed safe to promote with the knowledge that I could always go back to being a regular barista if it was awful. I've met one shift supervisor ever that stepped down from manager and its always seemed like the type of thing where if it didn't work out as a manager you just leave the company, but maybe there's more people who step down than I'm aware of.
Anyways, I've been getting lots of positive feedback from other shifts and my baristas lately about how strong I am and how good of a job I'm doing. My manager always has nice things to say about me, how much they appreciate me, and they've asked for my input to problem solve lots of things. I kinda just feel like I'm getting good feedback from every level in my store. And I know that manager is a very different job than SSV, but I do think I have the potential to do well there.
That said, I have a number of reservations about being a manager. And that's why I've always said I'm not interested in promoting further "at this time" during PDCs. Some general fears are the overall stress and my anxiety about ending up a store where there's tons of drama or no one is following standards or most of all, there's a crazy number of incidents every day. (High incident stores have really worn down my mental health in the past).
So before I voice any interest in promoting, I'm wondering if I can just get some basic info on what's expected/required. Especially insight from current Store Managers and ones that were promoted recently. Pretty much all I know is doing basic job duties (problem solving issues, creating schedules, running payroll, hiring, firing, ordering). I know there's an expectation of at least 40 hours a week, with potential to need to work more (idk what real hours usually look like for most store managers. whether the 40 is pretty accurate to avoid overtime or whether its common to work more or what that situation is and how frequent it'll be expected.) I'm in California btw.
I also get the impression that you pretty much need to have open availability. Maybe not constantly, but at least sometimes. It seems like all of the managers I've had usually need to be in the store before peak and leave after 8 hours, so early afternoon. And that's most days. And then from time to time they need to be in at open OR they need to stay until close. Currently, I never work before 6am and I assume I'd have to give that up and be willing to work some opens.
It seems like its expected to work every launch day.
it seems like holidays off are usually fine. And I always get the impression its pretty chill to take vacation when you want as an SM, as long as you aren't gone too long (and not on launches).
Can anyone add any additional information or correct anything I stated that's wrong?

For context, we recently had two new addition sa team after almost 6 months of resource constraints. Before sila na-hire, kami lang ng direct manager ko ang nag-pproduction with some outside help from other teams. Nagkaroon kasi ng mass exodus sa team namin. I've only been working for 8 months now, so technically, new hire din ako somehow. Tapos entry-level (analyst position) din ako so I'm at the bottom of the food chain. Tapos yung mga processes na ginagawa ko ay for higher-level position na talaga, so since may resource constraints nga, I had no choice but to do those tasks - for a measly compensation. Yung nagyari was, ginagawa naming dalawa yung tasks na dapat pang-apatan. Hirap din kasi silang maka-hire ng mga bagong tao so eto talaga naging set-up namin for 6 months.
I was really struggling at first kasi nga new hire tapos kulang talaga sa trainings, pero eventually, naging comfortable na ako sa processes. Kung dati, everyday nag-oOT, ngayon very minimal na lang. Tapos nagiging subject matter expert na rin ako sa mga processes na ginagawa ko - which I really find fulfilling by the way. I'm proud to say na kahit entry-level lang ako, naging crucial ako sa team namin kaya na-survive namin yung 6 months na kaming dalawa lang.
But here's the dilemma. Since may nag-fill in na sa two open headcount sa team - isang analyst like me tapos isang mas senior, magkakaroon na ng new tasks assignment. Yung mga current tasks ko, mapupunta na sa analyst na ka-level ko lang din. Yung tasks nung senior, ay yung mga tasks nung analyst na ka-reresign lang. Tapos yung tasks ko? Lahat nung tasks nung direct manager ko ibibigay niya sakin. WTFFF. Ako na mere analyst lang? I was expecting na yung tasks niya ibibigay niya dun sa new hire na senior kasi 2-level higher yun sakin pero damn sakin niya talaga ibibigay. Mga critical tasks pa naman yun. Medyo naiinis lang ako. Ang unfair. Kasi yung sweldo at position ko are not comparable naman sa mga tasks na mapupunta sakin. Yung nangyari tuloy parang ako pa yung naging team lead.
So dahil dito, winiwish ko na lang na mag-resign yung new hires kasi from the looks of it hirap na hirap din sila. Pinag-iisipan na rin nilang mag-resign kahit 1 month pa lang. Ang sama ko ba para i-wish yun? Kasi pag nag-resign sila, walang mababago sa task assignment namin. Hilaw na hilaw pa ako para mag-take on ng tasks nung manager ko jusko.
Paano ko ba i-oopen up sa manager ko to? May catch up kami bukas. Promotion? Salary increase? Paano ba siya i-bring up? Kasi kung hindi nila mabibigay to, I swear mag-reresign talaga ako. And back to zero sila. Huhuhu

I know I’m going to get circlejerked for this but so be it. I’m finishing up my degree at the end of the fall semester and would like to leave an imprint before moving on to new things. Around my college campus is a 1.5 mile loop that also is a segment on strava. Currently I’m third on that leaderboard, I managed just by doing hiit workouts around the campus during low traffic hours. Basically I’ve been going at it with no strategy other than to pedal hard.
I’d like for some of you more experienced cyclists to help me with strategy tips to achieve this KOM. Basically the loop is a square .25 miles of headwind, .25 of tailwind, .50 of sidewinds. Anyways, thanks for your attention.

As soon as we got into the store my toddler was talking to every employee, introducing herself and even told them not to touch something unless their mom was going to buy it (lmao we had a talk before we went into the store.) I did tell her she could pick out a hand sanitizer holder, and so she picked one out herself (the hot dog doggy one) and it was in a 50% off container. An employee politely told me it was misplaced there by accident and was not on sale. I said oh not to worry! And had my toddler pick out a different one that was actually half off. The same employee came back up to us and said her manager said we could get it for half off anyways and handed it to my toddler, who lit up with happiness because who doesn’t love a dog that looks like a hot dog? They also gave her a sticker.
Totally just made my entire experience magical in some way. I haven’t shopped at B&BW for a while and stopped in spur of the moment today and I’m so glad I did! I just wanted to share because moments like this stick with me. Little acts of kindness make me so happy!

I am 35 yo medical doctor from Italy. In december I landed on a very desiderable and stable consultant position as Anaesthesiologist for a public hospital 44km away from home. This is the promised land for every medical doctor in Italy. Salary wad About 3500€/mo after taxes (dear American Collegues, yes, in Italy this is what they pay us to do exactly the same job you do). Now It was time to relax a little and settle down… or maybe not. I have used to be very frugal, so even if I was very passionated with FIRE I have never traced my spendings. Maybe now my situation was more stable and It was the right time to do so. As I thought, food, rent, end everything was quite low, but the numbers below “fuel” were scared: the equivalent of 4k/year just to go back and forth from work ams without taking in account car wear.
This was not sustainable. I realized I could still find a better solution and I started to send my Resume again. I’ve had an interview for a private hospital walking distance from home and they offered me 1000€ more (4500€ after taxex).
Now in a year I can have 16000€ more in my bank account.
Tracing my spendings really opened my eyes. If I hadn't realized how much money I spent on fuel, I would never have imagined I could find a better job situation.

Hello, I’m wondering if anyone here has ever worked/currently works for sephora HR or even just HR in general who could give me some advice. I worked for Sephora for almost 5 years (I was an operations lead for the last two years there) and in December 2021 was offered a position with Ulta and gave my sephora manager 3 weeks notice. She was a pretty horrible person and had a track record for retaliation. 2 weeks into my last 3 weeks, I got covid and had to leave and I couldn’t return obviously so I couldn’t finish my last week. I was concerned that I would be terminated and not be rehirable so I reached out to my DM and asked to speak with her. She told me I was rehirable but it was a conversation over the phone and I regret not some how getting it in writing. My Dayforce account was almost immediately deactivated and I had to reach out to my DM again to get my last couple of pay stubs which is what makes me think I was terminated. Also I’ve recently applied for 2 other open operations lead positions they’ve had at different locations in my city and have received the “we’ve gone with a different candidate” email from both without even a call or an interview? Like how am I not even qualified for at least an interview for a job that I already did for 2 years? I had a good reputations, my metrics where always good and I trained people to work at other stores. At this point I really wouldn’t ever want to work there again anyways because the management is shady and they get away with firing people for literally no reason, it’s just really still bothers me that I feel like I was wrongfully terminated. But I’m also in Texas and this is an at will state so there wouldn’t be much I could do about it anyways. Any thoughts?

With Forbidden Door approaching, United Empire make frequent appearances on AEW television, with Will Ospreay having won the #1 contendership to Omega’s IWGP United States Title. The encounters between the Elite and United Empire slowly go from more verbal to physical blows, with the latter having the numbers game regularly until Konosuke Takeshita joins the action, seemingly siding with the Elite.

Kenny sets out to prove why he’s up there as still one of the best wrestlers on the planet. Despite Takeshita looking like a formidable threat, it’s Kenny who’s able to topple the younger star, a One Winged Angel into a pinfall while flipping off the ringside-bound Callis sending his message loud and clear.

After the match, Danielson, by himself, attacks Omega, grabbing a mic and saying Kenny’s pathetic and unable to handle even a one-on-one situation. The crowd in Wembley roar as Ibushi has officially made his AEW debut, staring down Danielson and helping Kenny to his feet, the Golden Lovers officially reunited.

Following this massive moment, Omega and Ibushi would challenge BCC to a tag match at All Out, with Kenny trying to goad Danielson into being one of the participants. It ends up working, with Danielson and Moxley stepping to the plate and looking to end this nostalgic comeback story before it can begin.

In a match featuring four of the best wrestlers today, it’s an absolute war from start to finish. Moxley does a lot of the dirty work, fighting off both Ibushi and Omega while Danielson comes in at more opportune moments. In a dream match, Omega and Darby put on a clinic, showing the spirit they both possess with countless dives and plenty of strong spots. But in the end, Omega continues his solid streak of matches since losing the IWGP US Title, defeating Darby to challenge the winner of Hangman vs MJF…WHICH PAGE WINS!

At Winter is Coming, Hangman and Omega put on a war as they have before, with Page managing to come out on top. However, the Elite soon find themselves in a perilous situation, with BC Gold coming after them. Jay White is able to dethrone Hangman at Revolution, sending him spiraling down, but leading to Omega trying to redeem his friend’s effort. Unfortunately, the Era of Switchblade is upon us, White defeating Kenny at Double or Nothing and leaving the Cleaner to once again try and fix himself and come back stronger than ever.

I am a 37 year old white female, Hospice RN. I travel to homes and to facilities to see my patients. Case Management is a stressful job, certainly, and my sister feels that what I'm experiencing is stress-related. I have red "splotches" all over my torso area, the left and right side--it spreads up to a portion of my breasts, around my sides, a smidgen noted on my back, and it stops just below the top of my panty line. Nothing on my arms or legs. These areas are not raised, swollen, itchy, or painful.

I do notice that there seem to be more on my right than my left side.
My first, immediate fear was bed bugs, but that concern has been eliminated.
I have never had nor seen anything quite like this.
I have had chickenpox as a child, but this is obviously not shingles (my husband asked about it).
I have IBS and Vulvodynia. The Vulvodynia flares when it wants to. I've been in a flare for over a month now and it affects the nerves in my feet as well to the point of where my feet HURT even when I first get up in the morning and put them on the floor (feels like I've been jumping up and down on concrete all day at times); gynecologist told me that my nerve pain in my feet was linked to the vulvodynia, and I only feel it when I have a flare. Stopping birth control caused the vulvodynia to disappear entirely for a year or so, but then it came back and that was when my feet began to be affected by it. A compound hormone cream helped for a while, and then I didn't have a flare for the longest time (3+ years) until recently.
I take an Align Probiotic 5x Extra Strength every morning to help my IBS. I take Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules (Bragg brand, containing 30mcg of Vitamin D3 and 13mg of Zinc and 750mg of Acetic Acid and 1877mg of "Proprietary Apple Cider Vinegar Blend"), 3 capsules every morning as directed. I take Evening Primrose Oil (1300mg EPO and 120mg EPA), one capsule every night with dinner. I take Progesterone 200mg twice a week except when I'm menstruating (in November of 2022, my gynecologist performed a hormone saliva test due to me having breakthrough bleeding before and with ovulation, turned out my Progesterone was low and it seemed Estrogen was quite a bit higher). Progesterone has prevented the breakthrough bleeding entirely. I have, as of the past two weeks, begun taking DIM-Plus by Nature's Bounty, two capsules every evening with dinner. I had been hoping it would help with any overabundance of Estrogen, if that could be causing my vulvodynia to flare.
I do not smoke, drink, or engage in recreational drug use.
I do drink coffee every morning, without fail, haha.
As stated, these splotches do not itch or hurt me in any way; I'm just concerned as to what they could be, given their sudden appearance and their location.

The idea of Vegeta stealing one of friezas flying saucers (with healing pods) and hovering above the hospital gokus in while all the other fighter's are on way to namek. Goku still in a body cast as Vegeta breaks into the room.
Since the saucers are faster I would think Vegeta get to earth before Frieza or z fighter's reach namek.
Vegeta would explain Frieza going after the dragon balls, know I think king kai would explain frieza's true power to goku and Vegeta. Since Vegeta wants to kill frieza no matter what. Goku would explain gravity ship but know there's doubt if they'd be strong enough. Goku has an idea but he needs to heal Vegeta would mention the healing chamber and goku would be good in a few hours.
Maybe chi chi makes Vegeta a meal while Goku is healing. (Knowing Goku there hoping food calms Vegeta down) once Goku is out he would mention the timchamber to Vegeta.
This is only being brought up do to friezas power being explained to Vegeta wanting to battle not move around frieza.
Similar to how Vegeta and trunks trained goku and Vegeta will be training separate. This is until Goku catches up to Vegeta. Goku would be adiment saying they would both grow fast. But unlike trunks I don't see Goku backing backing down from this. Vegeta reluctantly would agree. But kio Ken being a thing they may not have to wait.
Super was the first time Goku and Vegeta trained together and it showed they both push each other to get better.
I think 3 months on King kai was 20x and goku on his way to namek was a 9x we could give boku and Vegeta a high number. Knowing how crazy growth is in Namek saga
If we use 40x Vegeta would be at 1 million Boku would be be 400,000 if we went of his 1000 power level after zenkai. let's put Goku at a million as well do to him being able to catch up or effect of kioken.
If we used 60x is a million and half for both.
Know big question is if Vegeta would learn the kioken? considering main story probably not. This is where we have to ask considering Goku and Vegeta have extra time would they use there second day ? If this happens there is a good chance they Both get super sayian.
Again thinking of when Goku and Vegeta were training before they got blue they See the energy I'd think they'd both have a moment where they flicker gold shocking them both. Vegeta would know and explain what he thinks it is. Know this is an interesting concept because Goku didn't get it first they both did would Vegeta rivalry be healthier?
Vegeta would want to immediately go to namek but Goku would push to learn the form. We could have Vegeta leave without Goku. but Goku has pushed him this far so I could see him waiting.
Let's go the route of using chamber because king kai would encourage it. If we go the 40 again both Goku and Vegeta's base forms are at 40 million but considering super sayian training I imagine it be higher but let's use low ball for know.
Once king kai feels super sayian frieza would be done. Knowing the dragon team on namek would be slowing frieza down and if dr.Briefs increases Vegeta's ships speed they'd get to namek no problem.
Know if we have Vegeta stay on earth I don't see a future timeline unless we have Goku and Vegeta get the heart virus which could happen if they continue to train together. Know let's go with Gokus death events would be similar to original timeline uptell Android attacks Vegeta would most likely have mastered if super sayian if not recently gotten super sayian 2.
So androids are dead we skip 7 years some Big changes happen here depending on z fighter's training. If they haven't this includes Gohan if he never continues training he hasn't trained since namek. But since Gokus dead and we don't have goten let's have Bulla be born in the middle of the time skip.
Trunks and Bulla would be trained extremely well by Vegeta here. Goku would come back for a day as he does. Videl may put up better fight against Gohan do to him not training.
Everything goes same tell tournament except for Vegeta gets stabbed and who follows shin to Babiddi it would be Goku Vegeta and Piccolo not Gohan and krillin in this timeline. Piccolo turns to stone and so does Goku. Since krillin didn't follow. Vegeta would be mad but they'd sense Buu awakening. Do to this much stronger Vegeta he is awakened early.
Dabura gets eaten freeing Goku and Piccolo. Vegeta and Goku would battle Buu both super sayian 2 being near Buus level. Know piccolo would probably have trained with Goku even if he's weaker to his Canon kamicolo self he's unfused self would be stronger. Piccolo kills Babiddi.
Know Goku and Vegeta could probably kill Buu but there's a chance Buu spits and super Buu is born. Goku and Vegeta would probably discuss using super sayian 3 But not sure if they have enough time. BUU doesn't give them much time but Shin would save them piccolo manages to escape to look out with the rest of humans.
Not sure if Vegeta and Goku are alive Piccolo wamts to take Trunks and Bulla into the timechamber. Videl and Gohan may want to train since Gohan hasn't trained in years. They begin there two day journey. While Goku and Vegeta break the z sword in 5 minutes of getting to the planet.
Super Buu would be burning cities but remember he hasn't been promised a strong fighter yet. Vegeta would have his potential unlocked then Goku would Go. Vegeta would probably kill super Buu. So the timechamber crew come out after a day. Know there's a chance Goku is revived by elder kai. So we have a good end to Buu saga I may do super later. But Goku and Vegeta have there potential unlocked.
