Someone at Marvel really needs to put together a coherent list of the numbered designations for each universe, and while I appreciate Sony’s attempt to undo the Multiverse of Madness confusion, they literally just did the same thing.
So originally the MCU was designated as earth-199999 to separate it from the comics earth-616, but that never happened on screen because the multiverse wasn’t a concept that was explored yet. Spiderman: Far From Home made the mistake of having Mysterio calling it earth-616, which IMO would be fine because it would have just been a reference to the comics, aligning it as the main universe, and honestly I don’t think we don’t need any crossover with the comics and tv/movies because the difference in ownership would just blow continuity out of the water and we’d have so many more issues. Anyways, then Marvel doubles down on that with Multiverse of Madness having an actual multiversal group designating universes.
From the trailers we already knew Miguel’s own designation system labels the MCU as earth-199999, seemingly an attempt to retcon the confusion that happened in the movies of another studio… so all is good and well, a much better movie (sorry Dr. Strange fans) clears it all up… right? No, it doesn’t really, it complicates things further when it comes to the designation of Miles’ home universe.
As someone who’s read the Ultimate Comics, it popped out immediately when it showed earth-1610 as Miles’ home universe, because that’s what it is in the comics. But that was the problem they JUST tried to clear up for Marvel, now they’re doing it to themselves. The only difference I guess is that we didn’t have another designation for it already (not one that I’m aware of). So either Sony is saying that this animated universe is the exact same as the comic earth-1610 (it’s at least much closer than the MCU is to its comic counterpart but still quite different in a lot of key ways) or they just plugged one hole and let another one open right behind them.
Either way, that’s the only (honestly very small) piece of criticism I had with this otherwise amazing masterpiece of a movie, and I can’t wait for Beyond the Spiderverse to come out!

[TW] [TL;DR] I'm extremely helpless and lonely. I feel like I don't even have the strength to cope up w life for even one more day. I'm breaking inside and struggling with terrible anxiety and depression since the last 6 years. Everyday I thought it'll get better someday but trust me, it has only gotten worse. I'm an intern (doctor) and I'm working wholeday in the hospital. Being busy helps though. But I have no friends. There's nobody to call when I feel like I need to talk or I'm not okay. Had a few, they all back-stabbed me.. talked so much shit behind me that I couldn't take it being w them. My cousins who's been the closest to me and we live together since birth, took my phone, opened my whatsapp through web in my dad's laptop, and showed my dad my entire fucking chats with every person I know; including my sexchats w my boyfriend; i was sleeping and they unlocked my phone thru my fingerprint, opened vault and showed all my photos with my bf some of which were not even suitable for him to see... I have major TRUST ISSUES and I'm an introvert...
I'm in a relationship since the last 3 years and been bestfriends since 4.5 yrs. If there's any song, any phrase or any example that'd explain you enough how much I love that guy, I'd mention that. I've loved him with my entire might, soul, every last piece of anything to give was left within me, I've given that to him... in return I do have a lot of happy memories... happy days... sadly, story isn't that good. I've been abused. Emotionally, mentally and physically. (Physically, not sexually) I've been hurt physically, called names, told things that gives me chills to even think about. I was told "I wish your parents never planned to have you. You are their biggest mistake and now they live miles away but I'm the one tolerating their shitty outcome." I was also told "You should die. Nobody cares. I don't. Bcoz if you don't, I know I'll kill myself as being w u is a torture." He has PTSD, he lost his mom 6 years back and never recovered. But he refuses to take any therapy. But the same man also told me that he cannot imagine his life without me and he loves me.
I loved him so much. I did everything I had the ability to do. I gave him surprises bcoz he said he has never had birthday parties before. I cook him food bcoz he doesn't have a mother to do that and he says he never feels home at his home... so I tried my best to make his new flat very homely. I set it up... I respected him always... assured him as much as I could that however life's gonna be, I'll stand by you... in DKI's sense, totally loved him like I'd love a child sometimes bcoz my poor heart couldn't take that how much pain he had endured in his young age... i dont make enough money, rent, transportation sab mila kar barely khaane ka paisa bachta hai... but whenever I see a sale, I shop for him... the minute he says he doesn't feel good, I'd find ways to make his day better...
He lies to me. A lot. He's lied a lot in the past and that got me trust issues. Major major trust issues. And he hates me for the fact that I cannot trust him...

I’ve been visiting the sub for about four months now. I didn’t post my experience there, in fact I didn’t even have hard proof outside of sus behaviors that I experienced in the relationship prior (I had proof for that one). Reading the sub parallels everything I just experienced and parallels what happened in the last one. I would have hoped her to be honest but she’s not. All I’m left with is an inability to trust and the cemented knowledge that she can’t be trusted.
I hope the worst for the AP. Truly I do. I hope the sex with him is awful and that he experiences some fucking painful losses. I hold grudges. I don’t sit with them, but the slate doesn’t wipe itself clean for some.
Three months deep into being physically estranged and I’ve now done Easter and a birthday as a single parent. These have been harder than I thought. But we keep up with traditions to whatever degree just for the sake of the kids.
As I scroll through the sub, I’m at the point where I read about their shitty ex. And they’re all pieces of shit. I believe OP deserves someone who isn’t a gaslighting, manipulative coward. But they’re still in the mindset that this piece of shit is special. For fuck’s sake, my piece of shit is the mother of my child. This is the hardest part because I feel a deep hatred. I look at our child and I see her face sometimes. It is awful. I love when he acts and behaves like me.
I’m sure, one day I’ll feel differently. It is not today.
I envy the people that didn’t have children with their cheaters. They can break away and leave that shit behind them. I have the rest of my life to deal with that. I know I’ll forgive her eventually. Truthfully, I’m miles ahead of where I was, but it still hurts. Seeing her still hurts.
I hope AP is out of the picture. I can forgive faster that way. That would be better for everyone. There’s no real way of knowing though.

Can I keep track of my mail and parcel volume before route inspections happen and hold it against the route inspectors that they're rigging the mail count? For the other route I was on, I normally get between 900-1200 DPS and 50+ parcels/SPRs, but during inspection week there was only 115 DPS and 5 pieces of parcels..... so no shit I'm going to finish in undertime because that shit NEVER happens on a normal day. Not even a "light" day.
So what is the purpose of doing a route inspection when they can just give all the carriers one piece of mail and one piece of parcel and say "you have 7.5 hours of undertime" and then just add onto peoples route?

This is just kind of a spitball idea and someone has probably done it before, but I like it and the pieces fall into place. With the release of all the new trailers for the Ruin DLC and Help Wanted 2, the Ballora jumpscare at the end of HW2 stood out to me. This may be a little controversial, but Game Theory's idea that Ms. Afton is the one controlling the company now trying to revive everyone seems to fall into place. We know time and time again that when a soul possesses a suit, certain aspects may change. (Example: Baby's eyes changing color from blue to green after being possessed by Elizabeth Afton, who infamously has green eyes.) The Ballora jumpscare as we know in Sister Location has purple eyes under the eyelids she constantly has closed, with the purple being near identical to William Afton's color as he is shown throughout the series. The color is shown many times linked to Afton and his family, spawning the, "Ballora is Ms. Afton," idea. With the jumpscare shown in Help Wanted 2, her eyes seem to be blue. I personally feel nobody related to this series is stupid enough or inconsistent enough with such a thorough and specific series of events in a video game for the eyes to just change with no meaning. Supposedly, Ballora went into Ennard after Sister Location, but what if she didn't? What if she got out somehow? We've seen dead people and the fact that other people work in Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rentals location. What are the odds that Ballora, possessed by Ms. Afton, had her soul/remnant, tied to another body just as shown many times throughout the series. I agree with Matpat's theory in this case and this case only. Ballora's blue eyes show to me the opposite of what happened with Baby. Blue eyes to green eyes, purple eyes to blue eyes. We're shown that Funtime Freddy and Funtime Foxy have somewhat normal eyes, with Freddy's being blue. Freddy is a machine made by Afton, without a soul in him. His code is specifically to capture and lure children. Blue eyes equals a default machine. Please leave criticisms in the comments, I will read them and learn. Thank you.

So, some context for this. Firstly, I am NOT looking for absolution. This is something that does not deserve it. Secondly, I’m a white gay male, with Autism, which does play a factor in this story. Lastly, I grew up in a family, with a lot of racists in it. I’m from a Red State, so…… that was probably a given. Growing up, I was an idiot, and prone to saying stupid things, without any genuine understanding of the context of the words, or why they were hurtful. I started actually learning, around thirteen or so, but before that, I was basically a little idiot.
When I was about twelve, I went to a lock-in, at one of my friend’s churches. There was this other boy there, who was…… pretty much a creep. By this, I mean the guy, was picking a fight, and basically stalking us. Following us into the bathroom, mocking us for our looks, making fun of our dress, since he had money, and we didn’t. And then the kid, actually started stalking us, like….. literally following us from room to room, and harassing us. We were there to have fun, and for some reason, he decided to pick a fight.
It was drawing towards the end of the night, and for some reason, he’d went and found something like six of his friends, to back him up. Trying to start something, or intimidate us, I don’t know. The kid, basically started shoving us, and actually pulled out a key, and basically tried to stab Cody with it. My best friend back then, Michael basically asked why he was harassing us. What he responded with, I can’t remember.
For pretty much all of my childhood, I had THAT kind of lisp. I basically trained myself out of it, as I got older for… obvious reasons. The only part, of what the other kid said, that I can honestly remember was, “Yeah, well at least my friends aren’t faggots.” And I…. Did not take it well, and my response was…… not something I’m proud of. “At least my friends aren’t…..”
You can fill in that blank. At that point in time, I don’t recall knowing what it meant, I was just looking for anything to throw back at him. I can’t be sure, because I remember, there was actually a black boy with him, and I can still remember the look in his eyes. I hurt someone else, without meaning to, or realizing the weight of what just came out my damn mouth.
I remember the kid, then got up in my face and punched me. At that point…… I basically blacked out from the adrenaline and anger. Next thing I remember the counselors had broken us up.
I understand the history of the word, and I understand that even among black folks, there is a discussion about whether or not it should even be said. I also understand that non-black folks, have no business saying it ever. I’m not posting this to ask forgiveness. If a God exists, I’ll have to answer for it to him. I’m posting this, to ask, if that makes me fundamentally a racist person, a god-awful piece of shit, or just… another flawed human being.

I'm replacing all the windows in my house and for... reasons... I need to make a final call on what I'm buying tomorrow. I have a 9' wide by 5' tall window in my living room that I want to make a picture window. My supplier doesn't sell any brands/models that can produce a picture window in that size.
I got the idea today to build my own wood frame, have a local glass shop build the insulated glass unit for it, then glaze it in myself. But I have no idea what it would cost to have a one-off unit like that produced/delivered, and no shop is open on the weekends so I can't get quotes.
If I can get the glass I need for under $1k, I think I'll go for it. Otherwise, I'll need to give up on my dream or somehow convince my wife that a piece of fiberglass with some glass in it is worth $2,500.

I had planned to go to Holiday World for about 2 months now, while I was visiting my cousins, and just 3 days ago I learned I would be going during Holiwood Nights. Naturally, I wouldn’t be there for the event, but it would be cool to talk with other enthusiasts and have the enhanced atmosphere.
So, we drove down to holiday world this morning, and unlike my Kentucky Kingdom visit, I got a good amount of rides on everything, not just the park’s best. I got in 15 minutes after park open, and headed to…
Legend x1 9.5/10 - 2 trains
This ride deserves so much more love. Great pacing, laterals, airtime, and speed, and one of my favorite settings on a coaster. I sadly only rode this once in the morning, because a piece of track broke off and it was closed for the rest of my visit, but I savored it.
I then went over to the waterpark, where I knocked out…
Wildebeest x1 9/10 - ~7 rafts
My first water coaster, and a great one. Lots of airtime, disorienting, and long too. Only con is slowing down through the turns and over hills, but that’s pretty minor.
Mammoth x1 10/10 ~ 4 rafts
This ride is like a combo of a great water coaster and a river rapids ride. Flies through the turns, airtime on the drops, and drenching splashes making the ride disorienting as well. Plus, it’s quite long. However, 4 rafts holding five people with a roughly 3-4 minute cycle time is a problem. Single rider line was my savior here.
I then changed and went back over to the dry side, where I got my first ride on the coaster that was the main reason I came.
Voyage x3 10/10 - 2 trains
Everything you’ve heard about this ride is true. It’s relentless and incredibly diverse, and the terrain just makes it better. I prefer the front for the sense of speed and slightly improved forces, but no matter where you sit, this coaster is amazing. It’s my new #1.
It was about 90 degrees at this time, so I decided to relax and hunt- er, CALL some turkeys on…
Gobbler Getaway x1 8/10
This ride is charming yet doesn’t feel dated, has reactive targets, and a unique challenge due to the lack of a crosshair. Nice and long too, and the noise your caller makes is always a joy. My score was 1350, reply with yours!
Thunderbird x5 8/10 - 2 trains
I was able to have a mini-marathon on this B&M due to its high capacity and isolated location. The launch is surprisingly punchy, and the thunder effects make it even more climactic. It also has some surprisingly strong positives, enough to cause me to partially greyout on the loop, and I am not one who that happens to easily. However, it’s a bit short, and more problematicly, noticeably more bouncy than other wing coasters. I could see myself getting a headache after a few rides in an outside seat.
After that, I sadly had to start heading out and left by about 5:30 because I had an hour drive + the 1 hour time zone shift, and needed to get to my hotel on time.
However, I couldn’t leave without getting one more ride on…
The Raven x3 9/10 - 2 trains
This ride needs more love. The first drop is awesome and has some nice floater airtime in the back. I found the 5th drop to be very overrated, with only some strong floater airtime, but the laterals and insane pacing that follow it more than compensate. The crew is also very friendly. Dakota, if you’re reading this, thanks for the fistbump!
I loved my experience at this park, and would love to come back for Holiwood Nights. It seems like it would be a truly incredible experience, as this park is already great. Good food, free soda, extremely nice staff, amazing rides, what more could one want, especially from a family owned park! I’ll definitely be back.

I then changed and went back over to the dry side, where I got my first ride on the coaster that was the main reason I came.
Voyage x3 10/10 - 2 trains
Everything you’ve heard about this ride is true. It’s relentless and incredibly diverse, and the terrain just makes it better. I prefer the front for the sense of speed and slightly improved forces, but no matter where you sit, this coaster is amazing. It’s my new #1.
It was about 90 degrees at this time, so I decided to relax and hunt- er, CALL some turkeys on…
Gobbler Getaway x1 8/10
This ride is charming yet doesn’t feel dated, has reactive targets, and a unique challenge due to the lack of a crosshair. Nice and long too, and the noise your caller makes is always a joy. My score was 1350, reply with yours!
Thunderbird x5 8/10 - 2 trains
I was able to have a mini-marathon on this B&M due to its high capacity and isolated location. The launch is surprisingly punchy, and the thunder effects make it even more climactic. It also has some surprisingly strong positives, enough to cause me to partially greyout on the loop, and I am not one who that happens to easily. However, it’s a bit short, and more problematicly, noticeably more bouncy than other wing coasters. I could see myself getting a headache after a few rides in an outside seat.
After that, I sadly had to start heading out and left by about 5:30 because I had an hour drive + the 1 hour time zone shift, and needed to get to my hotel on time.
However, I couldn’t leave without getting one more ride on…
The Raven x3 9/10 - 2 trains
This ride needs more love. The first drop is awesome and has some nice floater airtime in the back. I found the 5th drop to be very overrated, with only some strong floater airtime, but the laterals and insane pacing that follow it more than compensate. The crew is also very friendly. Dakota, if you’re reading this, thanks for the fistbump!
I loved my experience at this park, and would love to come back for Holiwood Nights. It seems like it would be a truly incredible experience, as this park is already great. Good food, free soda, extremely nice staff, amazing rides, what more could one want, especially from a family owned park! I’ll definitely be back.

Watching the runners sprint out from the camp I can't help but heave a mental sigh. A'right Poppit, more than one ran, make a show of each of them. Maybe throwing a bit of game theory at them was a bit cruel, but, I mean, do I really want stupid people escaping from a slaver camp. The smart ones will understand not to do stupid things like trying to retaliate against me in some manner.
That said, the mana income from Poppits' feasting on the former beast is nothing to scoff at. It did say that tainted flesh rewarded a significant amount more, perhaps there's levels of tainting where it increases the amount further? Although, wouldn't that have been listed to start with, or maybe the descriptions are just kind of an 'overview' and a 'usually how it works' type deal? Ah well, thoughts for another time.
Watching the sand shift and writhe as my lil hungy boyos split off into groups to chase down the runners, I can't help but think of how fish will move to swarm a piece of bread. The smarter folks who realized that running is a trap if any one runs though look at the idiots who fled with pale faces, and a pallid expression that I am quite familiar with. Not many folks can look away from a car crash as it's happening after all and this isn't much different. With almost simultaneous shrieks the Poppits catch their running quarries and with a surge burst up from under the sand lifting their victim up into the air for a moment before rapidly silencing the screams as they swarm over and bodily drag them under the sand.
The pregnant silence that follows is, understandable, even as the sand rapidly turns red around the camp. While I can make out a good overview of things without jumping into the senses of my followers, I want to get a proper feel of things. Shifting into Vahlu's point of view, I can feel the shudder of horror he also suppresses at the sites just now.
"Ah, right, your people have had issues with Poppit's kind in the past. Don't worry though, that'll not be an issue again lil buddy." (Curator)
My voice seems to break the heavy atmosphere of that little...demonstration. Vahlu shakes his head which, while understandable, is also really weird when I'm riding side saddle in his senses like this. As he turns to face our foe, they simply seem to collapse. Weapons or tools dropped, some just looking off in abject horror as they fall to their backs, others falling to their hands and knees, looking down at the sand as they shake, sweat, and gasp for air almost like a fish out of water. The interesting ones though, those are the ones that start kowtowing toward my little Pandora's box of a surprise.
"Hey, Vahlu, you and Paul gonna be okay sorting things out for the minute, getting every one freed, and getting the slavers all 'lined up' so I can judge them properly? I don't think they'll give yall ANY resistance in this current state. Their morale is completely shattered." (Curator)
All that and none of my people are hurt, gotta say this makes me really appreciate the attention to leadership being so important in table top games. Fear is a much more powerful weapon than a gun at times. If any one tries to start stuff in the future, that'll come in handy.
"Ah, yes Curator, we should be able to handle it, and if people act up. I don't think Poppit is ever not hungry anymore." (Vahlu)

Oh, right, Poppit does have a new skill that should come in handy, if being close to some of those slavers results in them starting to drool uncontrollably, that means that person is irredeemable. If they make any sudden movements, or make any threatening movements, END them, be it you, Paul, any of the rescued slaves, doesn't mater. That said, those that are properly subdued shouldn't be attacked or harmed until I've had a chance to judge them." (Curator)

Good good. With that big mana influx, and the weirdness of what I've seen through the eyes of Vahlu, or...when I tried it Poppit, I need to do something about that...limitation. I've also got the best idea, and well, if I'm going to be an object of Worship, I should give them a proper thing to worship, no?
Returning my view back to my domain, I sigh, this really is home. Hey there lil snaketus, I didn't forget about you and how you supported me when I first came too in this place. Seeing how magic is all about how you visualize things, aaand, how I changed your flower some too, well, more changing is fine and this will be great for both of us I think.
Looking at myself, I have a good bit of mana, so...lets only conserve one ring and spend all the rest on this. After all, I'll be getting more soon. With that, I need a good name to focus with what I intend. Hmmm...yeah, let's go with that, and it should make that other idea work even better I bet. Now, the image of how I want the change to take place, and that's surprisingly easy. Now for the proper pomp and circumstance, just to make things feel right. Heavily focusing on the snaketus I start to flow mana into it, the density of it almost visibly palpable and I can feel eyes of all the skinkles looking in on this, which isn't surprising really.
"First to bear me, and give me shelter. Rearing me in my earliest stages of existence in this new land you are indispensable to my early survival. I name you Renenutet. You shall bear me forth inside yourself, sheltering me from those that would dare wish me harm, act as my flesh and sinew so I can better exert my will. To help me raise those I feel deserve to be uplifted and protected, while also allowing me to unleash my wrath properly on those that have truly earned my ire." (Curator)
Those words spoken the massive flow of mana rushes out compared to it's comparative trickle before. Part of me wishes to cackle as the snaketus starts to rapidly morph and grow. A proper head developing, eyes forming from azure flower petals as a wide hood opens to give the proper cobra appearance. Colorful 'scales' in the forms of petals and short spines forming inside that distinct spread neck to give a properly regal appearance. Surging forward toward my ziggurat as it grows, a mouth opens up, sharp and long quills for teeth easily seen, yet it carefully takes me in. My gem like core being hidden away inside it, stopping at the back of it's maw, veins of it's soft flesh covering over me, properly hiding me away as it yet grows longer and larger. Already I can see from it's eyes, as though they are my own, even turning it's head and shifting it's gaze.
Through that connection with it, like my other scions, there is simply a sense of joy and contentment. Not that I mind, honestly it's quite relaxing. Although....I do need to do something to keep my domain 'locked' here, don't I?
As if reading my mind Renenutet leans her head forward once more, and through me passes a...surprisingly large seed which is placed where I once was, crushing the pedestal and causing Babe even more distress than seeing me be engulfed like this. Seeing roots rapidly dig into the structure I feel a strong connection to it, almost like an anchor, or maybe a keystone of sorts.
"Will that keep my domain here, even if we go elsewhere?" (Curator)
With a quick nod of affirmation from my new 'body' I guess, they would speak.
"Yesss, that isss the cassse my Father. Alssso, sssister Archivissst, do not fret ssso. I will keep Father sssafe and sssound, from prying eyesss and the harshnesss of the elementsss till the end of daysss." (Renenutet)

Not gonna lie, kinda bummed that despite having this planned out early on (why do you think I noted how specifically the snaketus flower changed so early on!) I didn't get it done sooner on. Ah well, as the pacing feels is right. I wanted to do this around the time Curator would be bringing in an influx of people, but only after he had a large amount of mana to do so. The 'Sin Eater' was the solution I came up with that actually two chapters before that skill specialization was pointed out.
And today's Random Fact: Basket Ball was originally made as a random PE sport by a high school coach who cut the bottoms out of some fruit baskets to use (thus why it's a 'basket'!)

I can’t believe I am going through this right now. I am in shock , feel sick , blindsided and confused . My boyfriend (44M) came into my life at a perfect time . I was going through a breakup and he was there for me when I needed someone the most . I shouldn’t have gotten into a rebound relationship, but when I did I was happy he was there right by my side . Our whole relationship he was so good to me . After a year of dating we did so much with each other. He introduced me to his family out of state , his closest friends , And I became close with his family at home . I asked him when the last time he introduced people to his family was and he said 10 years ago . One of the issues we had was having trust issues in the beginning because I saw a text where he was being inappropriate with someone I voiced my concerns and he said he understood and apologized. So after that happened I did end up developing trust issues that got the best of me . After more time I tried to push it down and ignore it because everything else in the relationship was good . We just got back from a vacation in Bermuda for 7 days and I was feeling really good about the trip and I thought he was too. 2 weeks after we got home his phone was on the bed and I saw a text from a women that was inappropriate . I couldn’t believe what I saw I was uncontrollably shaking and packed up all my stuff and left . My friends wedding was in Vegas the week after so I ended up going to get my mind off of everything. I got home and tried to talk with him on the phone . He was so cold and distant that even when I asked him to meet up in person he said “if it makes you feel better” every single thing I was asking him turned into an attack on him . He was being so cold I didn’t even recognize who I was taking to . I ended up meeting up with him In person a few times and the interactions were awful . He was so cold it was like he wanted nothing to do with me . Even when he hugged me there was no emotion. I asked him why he was acting this way he told me that he should have communicated sooner , but he had a lot of things on his mind but just never said anything . He told me we had problems and he felt like I was always “judging him” it’s odd to me because I never judged him and always accepted him with open arms . He also said he felt misunderstood and we were never on the same page . This was odd to me because I never felt like this was a problem either . He told me it wasn’t going to work and it made me feel like I was absolutely nothing . Everytime after I have seen him since the breakup he is so defensive and angry I feel as though he hated me the whole time . He never treated me this way throughout the whole relationship and that’s why I’m having a tough time coming to terms with reality . It’s been a month and it’s absolutely devastating considering we practically lived together he was my best friend and now he wants nothing to do with me . I’m wondering if he has even processed anything yet because it has been only a month . It scares me to think the person I thought I was going to be with for a long time could just treat me so badly in the end . I just needed to rant . My heart hurts so bad and I’m trying to pick up the pieces .

This is a true story of my young life growing up with psychics and mediums and I believe it was a necessary experience for me to have, in order to adjust me to being a psychic and a medium, it is both a very fortunate, and an unfortunate story. I say it was fortunate because it gave me a strong foundation of knowing and believing in spirit, and a family that never doubted me when I began having psychic experiences, and of course it was unfortunate because I got to experience such things that most young children should not ever know.
I came to realise that spirits existed from a very young age because my grandmother, mother, uncle and his wife, my aunty, were all open to spirit in one way or another.
And we all lived together in the same home within the UK.
My cousin lived there too, he was my uncles son and he was 18 months older than me.
My earliest memories of the house was around the year 1967 when I was 3 years old. My mother had her back to me, she was sitting in a chair holding my new baby brother, and he was looking at me over my mothers shoulder and smiling, I was smiling back at him and I was very excited to have a baby brother, but sadly this joy didn't last long as he died tragically, when he was only 3 months old. Looking back now on that single memory, I often think of how old and intelligent his soul was for a young baby, to be aware of me at such a tender young age.
Has I mentioned, I was very young and the house we lived in was haunted by at least three spirits. I never actually saw any of these spirits myself, and I don't believe my cousin did either, but I heard lots of screams and screeches from my mother and my aunty, whenever they witnessed an apparition. !
My Grandmother was the sober, and less excitable of the adults, but even she had a few funny turns from time to time, and I often overheard stories of a young child that was seen playing in the garden (she was a girl) or of the red haired women that had been seen on the stairs.
On one occasion, I remember I was sitting playing in the kitchen, it was a bright summers day and my aunty and my mother were busy spring cleaning the house. The door in the kitchen lead into the lounge and there was an old wooden door to the right, when you entered the lounge that lead to the stairs leading to the upper bedrooms. The door to the kitchen and the stairwell door were both wedged open, as my aunty was busy brushing the stairs with the tall handled broom, the atmosphere was pleasant and happily busy, when out of nowhere, I heard a terrifying scream coming from my aunty, followed by running as she flew down the stairs, my grandmother was up and out of the kitchen and I overheard my aunty talking to my grandmother about seeing the lady's long red hair floating as she looked up from her brushing, just when it disappeared down the stairs.
There were a couple of other instances of the little girl being seen in the garden and the red haired lady on the stairs, I only ever heard my grandmother and my aunty talk about seeing them.
The most scary of all the incidents that ever happened in that house, happened when I was about 5 or 6 years old, and it had me terrified of the stairwell right on up until we finally moved out.
Before beginning this terrifying story, I do think I should mention that the house never had any creepy or eerie feeling and the overall atmosphere of the place was pleasant. I should also mention that my mother was a lazy selfish women, and this story is her experience alone, although, by default its mine too.
It was a terribly wet, windy day, it hadn't stopped raining all day long and now it was late in the afternoon and the shopping needed to be done for us all to have dinner. My uncle and aunty had moved out at this time, so there was just my cousin, me, my mother and my grandmother who was 70 years old that were still living there. My selfish mother did not want to go out in the pouring rain and so it was left to my grandmother to have to get ready to go, I did not want my grandmother to go out in the pouring rain, she was old and wind and the weather was very bad. I think I asked if I could go with her, but I wasn't allowed. I remember looking out the window at the grey sky and all the rain, worrying about my grandma, for what seemed like forever. then finally I saw her shadow arriving back and coming up our path, and I ran to the door to greet her.
When she got in the lounge she looked very ill and her poor face was ashen white, her coat and clothes were soaking wet and I was very sad to see her looking so ill, and my mother ran around to make hot tea and get her dry clothes and towels.
Much later that evening I'd fallen to sleep on the coach, and my mother was carrying me up the stairs to bed, she had nearly gotten up to the landing when I was awoken by my mother screaming for her mother on the top of the stairs.! I woke up and tried to look to see why my mother was screaming, but my mother held my head pressed in her chest, so I could not see anything, then I heard and saw my grandmother shouting and waving her umbrella in the air, has she came up the stairs to the rescue, My mother came down the stairs with me and that night we slept in the lounge on the sofa.
I don't recall when I heard them talking about that night, but I know I was still in the house as I was terrified to go up those stairs at night after hearing that, so I was still very young when I heard about it.
what I heard was terrifying. !!!
My mother said she was climbing the stairs the light on the landing was off, but there was a full moon out illuminating through the landing window, so it was bright enough to see as she walked up the stairs towards the landing, she said she heard someone breathing and has she looked up she saw a figure coming out of the spare room that was at the far end of our hallway, the figure was covered in hair right down to near the floor and she couldn't see its face, she saw it put it's hand on the banister rail as it was moving towards her, and she said the nails were long, yellow, and twisted around like a cork screw and she could hear the breathing getting loader as it was coming towards her
This is the point when I heard my mother scream for her mother, and she added that when grandma opened the stairway door it started to move back towards the room where it came from and finally disappeared just before grandma had gotten up the stairs, so grandma saw nothing.
I believe I overheard repeated pieces of conversations about this at different times, when grandma and my mother were talking in the lounge, unfortunately in those times the assumption was that younger children didn't really understand what you were talking about. but I did, and I was terrified I would see the same thing too, but no one ever did.
My grandmother concluded that it was her dead husband, my grandfather, that had scared my mother that evening for her wickedness of letting her poor old mother go out in such weather, and I have to agree, especially after having a psychic encounter with him myself years later.
It was not a terrifying encounter, but he warned me very softly but seriously of the dangers of dabbling with drugs and the effects it has on the soul when you pass, I understood then that my grandfather was the patriarch that kept the family all in check, and even after he'd passed on, he was still watching out for us, needless to say, but I headed his warning and never messed with drugs again.
It sounds very strange to say this, but besides all the things that happened, I did love that house and have some of my fondest memories there of when all my family were happily together, unfortunately there is only me, my cousin, and my mother left who remembers those days in that house.

Has I mentioned, I was very young and the house we lived in was haunted by at least three spirits. I never actually saw any of these spirits myself, and I don't believe my cousin did either, but I heard lots of screams and screeches from my mother and my aunty, whenever they witnessed an apparition. !
My Grandmother was the sober, and less excitable of the adults, but even she had a few funny turns from time to time, and I often overheard stories of a young child that was seen playing in the garden (she was a girl) or of the red haired women that had been seen on the stairs.
On one occasion, I remember I was sitting playing in the kitchen, it was a bright summers day and my aunty and my mother were busy spring cleaning the house. The door in the kitchen lead into the lounge and there was an old wooden door to the right, when you entered the lounge that lead to the stairs leading to the upper bedrooms. The door to the kitchen and the stairwell door were both wedged open, as my aunty was busy brushing the stairs with the tall handled broom, the atmosphere was pleasant and happily busy, when out of nowhere, I heard a terrifying scream coming from my aunty, followed by running as she flew down the stairs, my grandmother was up and out of the kitchen and I overheard my aunty talking to my grandmother about seeing the lady's long red hair floating as she looked up from her brushing, just when it disappeared down the stairs.
There were a couple of other instances of the little girl being seen in the garden and the red haired lady on the stairs, I only ever heard my grandmother and my aunty talk about seeing them.
The most scary of all the incidents that ever happened in that house, happened when I was about 5 or 6 years old, and it had me terrified of the stairwell right on up until we finally moved out.
Before beginning this terrifying story, I do think I should mention that the house never had any creepy or eerie feeling and the overall atmosphere of the place was pleasant. I should also mention that my mother was a lazy selfish women, and this story is her experience alone, although, by default its mine too.
It was a terribly wet, windy day, it hadn't stopped raining all day long and now it was late in the afternoon and the shopping needed to be done for us all to have dinner. My uncle and aunty had moved out at this time, so there was just my cousin, me, my mother and my grandmother who was 70 years old that were still living there. My selfish mother did not want to go out in the pouring rain and so it was left to my grandmother to have to get ready to go, I did not want my grandmother to go out in the pouring rain, she was old and wind and the weather was very bad. I think I asked if I could go with her, but I wasn't allowed. I remember looking out the window at the grey sky and all the rain, worrying about my grandma, for what seemed like forever. then finally I saw her shadow arriving back and coming up our path, and I ran to the door to greet her.
When she got in the lounge she looked very ill and her poor face was ashen white, her coat and clothes were soaking wet and I was very sad to see her looking so ill, and my mother ran around to make hot tea and get her dry clothes and towels.
Much later that evening I'd fallen to sleep on the coach, and my mother was carrying me up the stairs to bed, she had nearly gotten up to the landing when I was awoken by my mother screaming for her mother on the top of the stairs.! I woke up and tried to look to see why my mother was screaming, but my mother held my head pressed in her chest, so I could not see anything, then I heard and saw my grandmother shouting and waving her umbrella in the air, has she came up the stairs to the rescue, My mother came down the stairs with me and that night we slept in the lounge on the sofa.
I don't recall when I heard them talking about that night, but I know I was still in the house as I was terrified to go up those stairs at night after hearing that, so I was still very young when I heard about it.

My mother said she was climbing the stairs the light on the landing was off, but there was a full moon out illuminating through the landing window, so it was bright enough to see as she walked up the stairs towards the landing, she said she heard someone breathing and has she looked up she saw a figure coming out of the spare room that was at the far end of our hallway, the figure was covered in hair right down to near the floor and she couldn't see its face, she saw it put it's hand on the banister rail as it was moving towards her, and she said the nails were long, yellow, and twisted around like a cork screw and she could hear the breathing getting loader as it was coming towards her
This is the point when I heard my mother scream for her mother, and she added that when grandma opened the stairway door it started to move back towards the room where it came from and finally disappeared just before grandma had gotten up the stairs, so grandma saw nothing.
I believe I overheard repeated pieces of conversations about this at different times, when grandma and my mother were talking in the lounge, unfortunately in those times the assumption was that younger children didn't really understand what you were talking about. but I did, and I was terrified I would see the same thing too, but no one ever did.
My grandmother concluded that it was her dead husband, my grandfather, that had scared my mother that evening for her wickedness of letting her poor old mother go out in such weather, and I have to agree, especially after having a psychic encounter with him myself years later.
It was not a terrifying encounter, but he warned me very softly but seriously of the dangers of dabbling with drugs and the effects it has on the soul when you pass, I understood then that my grandfather was the patriarch that kept the family all in check, and even after he'd passed on, he was still watching out for us, needless to say, but I headed his warning and never messed with drugs again.
It sounds very strange to say this, but besides all the things that happened, I did love that house and have some of my fondest memories there of when all my family were happily together, unfortunately there is only me, my cousin, and my mother left who remembers those days in that house.

The sound of the wind and leaves rustling made Ruby sit upright on a bench she somehow found herself sitting on. A bench in the middle of the woods?
"Where in the world am I?"
She stood up, taking a moment to look around now facing the bench she had awoken on. Patting her hoodie pocket, she found a small flashlight tucked inside.
"Where did this come from? Wait where is my cellphone?!"
Going through her pockets she was unsuccessful in her search. "So not only am I in the middle of woods. I do not have my cellphone" taking a step back she turned the flashlight on pointing it at the bench.
Nothing was particular about it but that the wood seemed odd? The frame is pitch black and did not seem to be made of metal. The seat looked like worn leather that had been stretched too many times.
"Wait is that... skin and bones?!" Ruby gasped
She stumbled backwards stepping on a twig the brittle thing snapped under her foot. She moved her flashlight upwards slowly shining it on the tree behind the bench. Tangled in the branches were tattered pieces of old rust-colored clothes, and dangling shoes tied together by their laces.
What exactly has been happening here?
Ruby moved her light to the ground to look for a trail out of here. Surely, there had to be one, right? An extra set of footsteps slowly began to approach, and humming accompanied it. The tune they hummed was out of place and creeped her out.
Hiding behind one of the trees she turned out the flashlight. The footsteps stopped along with the haunting tune. A voice spoke out to her.
"Where did you go? It has been such a long time since someone last came here...Oh! Are we playing hide and seek?" they giggled "Oh where oh where could you be?".
The steps seemed as if the person they belonged to was skipping coming close to her hiding spot behind the tree. Ruby clasped a hand over her mouth to prevent herself from screaming, she closed her eyes hoping this person did not see or hear her.
The footsteps stopped right next to Ruby causing her to shiver.
They tapped their chin looking over at her "You should find a better hiding spot than that".
Ruby opened her eyes looking at the person across from her. They were missing skin on their hand along with half of their face. All that was there was just skeletal remains.
"It isn't nice to stare" they turned to face Ruby taking a step forward closing the distance between them "Now be a good girl and come with me" they extended their skeletal hand to her.
Ruby took a step away making them furrow their brow "I won't ask you again. COME WITH ME" they growled showing a pair of fangs. Ruby began to run through the forest turning on the flashlight she still held in her hand hoping she would reach the end if she kept going in one direction.
Unfortunately, no matter how far and how long she ran there did not seem to be an exit in sight.
Coming to a stop she saw a stone wall with something written on it in blood.
To whomever reads this...there is something strange about the forest. Along with a mysterious bench that seemed to have been made of human remains is an individual who hunts down people who are brought here. I have tried looking for an exit, but there does not seem to be one. If you make it out, please tell my family...
The rest seems to have been smeared out by someone. The crunching of leaves startled her as she turned her flashlight shining in the direction of the noise. A boney hand placed itself upon her shoulder making her freeze in place.
“Caught you” they whispered close to her ear.
Ruby crumbled to the ground fainting.
The sound of crunching leaves moved around her along with someone talking. A hand touched her shoulder shaking her. Slowly, she opened her eyes looking around her. It was early morning, and raining a man with an umbrella was knelt next to her.
“Oh, thanks the gods” he exclaimed feeling relieved upon seeing Ruby open her eyes then asked, “What are you doing out here all alone?”
She sat up looking around. There was no stone wall or no talking undead. Wait! What about the bench, and the tree? Ruby looked at the man “The b-bench". He looked at her confused “Should I call an ambulance for you?”
Ruby shook her head, and stood “No, t-that’s okay” she walked with the man out of the forest and made a call at the ranger station just outside the trail for her mother to pick her up. On the drive home her mother asked her when she had snuck out of the house last night, but Ruby did not know herself and said she must have sleepwalked.
When she really did not know how she got there in the first place herself. Looking over in the car side mirror she paled seeing a figure with a skeleton hand waving goodbye and mouthing ‘I’ll see you soon.’

Weezer (red album) is Weezer at there very best.
The album follows a rockstars descent into madness. The first part of the record is all fun pop songs about being a rebel and being the coolest. Then in dreaming we see that he isn’t all of that and that he is a spoiled brat. The three tracks sang by the rest of the band are how the band and people around him see him. Cold dark world especially shows that he is piece of shit who cares about nothing but getting laid and fame.
Something happens to the rockstar. Maybe he lost his main girl he hooks up with or he just ain’t as famous as he was. He realizes that he’s a piece of shit and falls into a sad pity. That being the angel and the one.
The bonus tracks continues the story The rockstar starts fresh he likes this cute coworker he gets with her but he then gets hit with existential dread about death and falls into a deep depression. He loses everything and remains a depressed drunk who thinks he’s the best. The last song I can love is him trying to prove to himself that he can in fact love and that he is human.
The way I see the story ending is he drinks himself until he eventually dies surrounded by no one he has nothing.
The red album may not be about this at all it could just be rivers being a weirdo and making some funny tracks but I do not believe this. My view of the story may not be correct but it does fit at least in my opinion.

Changes to how 94.5 should work.
Since 1.0 both sides have agreed that cheap 94.5 mm have pretty much killed tanking in Foxhole. With the up coming nerf to the STD it got me thinking about writing this post. Now since 2019 I have played Foxhole on and off, it has been my main game until I get burnt out and forget about it. In my time in foxhole I have played both Colonial and Warden and have seen what its like on both sides of the war, so I know what its like to get your tank killed by one of these pieces.
Now on to my suggestions.
My first suggestion would be a rework on armor on battle tanks and super heavy tanks. The role of the 94.5 is to kill heavies, but in practice they end up killing every tank and these armor suggestions would give a role for these ammo types to fill. So lets talk about tank armor as it is currently. Tanks have Hit points, and Armor hit points as well as a flat armor value. The more armor you have, the less damage you take. With fresh armor you have a high bounce chance for AP weapons, and with no armor you have almost no chance of bouncing those rounds. Tank armor is why machine guns do so little to you, bit shred armored cars. Now my change would be to add a new armor to the game. Heavy tank armor. This change would cause a massive reduction to normal AT weapons. They will still do damage to it, but not nearly as much as it is now. This change would cause frustration at first. With infantry at weapons and normal tank rounds not doing damage. But these tanks are suppose to be scary, they are suppose to be oppressive. They are suppose to win pushes. Now I’m not saying that this new armor type would render normal AT usless. There would just have to be more coordination to kill one. Which leads me to my 2nd change.
The 94.5mm and 75mm rounds
With the new armor being added, we would need a 2nd value or a bonus for 75mm and 94.5mm platforms against heavy armor, they do the full damage that they do now, but in cases of the STD and the Stygian it would turn it to its more designed role, sure they would be still scary, but. If a Super heavy is pushing or a battle line of battle tanks invade, these will be the guns that you reach for to kill them.
The change I would make to the Stygian would be the same low velocity nerf to the STD. It would still be a powerful round, but would be better used to kill the Battle Tanks that tanks now do less damage to.
This low velocity change would not be applied to the Predator, the BTD or the starbreaker.
This change would also buff the stockade and the BTD as well as all BTs, but, I think that they need buffs anyways.
TLDR Add new armor, add new bonus for 94.5, we are back into the BT meta but can kill them now.

How to be self confident and able to love oneself is integral for a life with happiness and love. So let us talk about it. Prelude [0:26]This is a continuation from last episode, where we talked about feeling unlovable and lonely. I strongly recommend to listen to it first. These three topics are sort of a chain reaction - you feel unlovable, that causes low self confidence and thats leads to loneliness.Feeling unlovable and loneliness is strongly linked, because if you feel unlovable then no matter how many people tell you that they love you - you won’t believe them. Which is usually reinforced by not being able to connect or getting rejected by other people. That usually happens as a response to a person feeling unlovable, because you know yourself best, so if you don’t believe it, why would anyone believe something else? And this leads to this viscous circle of loneliness and low self confidence. But how do we break this cycle? For truly being able to love yourself - you need to know yourself. This might sound a bit strange, which is why I prefer the literal translation of the German word for it - Selbstbewusstsein means self awareness. Being aware of ones self. We will talk first about what is self confidence truly, then ow to become self confident and then from questions to self love. What is self confidence truly? [1:54]There are many ways to appear self confident, but it always shines through. If you are truly self confident, you know who you are - the good, the bad, the meh, etc. You have a complete picture of yourself. Now this picture isn’t one solid block - its like a jigsaw puzzle.The more puzzle pieces you have and - even better - are in the right place - the more self confident you are. For basically complete self confidence you have almost all the pieces in their place - as everyone has a blind spot and we do grow and change. But at this stage you are truly aware of yourself and who you are. Which means you are harder to rattle or shaken and harder to manipulate, as no one can just put any foreign puzzle pieces in there. Which also helps with future trauma or other hard times in life. Its like there is suddenly a frame that can’t be just pushed away. It also means wasting less times walking in circles or doing things you don’t actually want to do. And it shoos away predators and other abusers - too much work and you now can more easily detect them. Though the most important in relation to our title is, that you will attract healthy partners, be it romantic or platonic, know what you want, know where you are heading and be able to truly love yourself as you should be. How to become self confident? [3:33]Which leads us now naturally to the question of how to become self confident. Now I could say the usual ‘Get good’, but that would be incorrect. Surely it helps, but that is once again for outside confirmation and not coming from yourself.No - for that we need to get to know ourselves and we are going to start really small and simple. What is your favorite color and why? And the second part is absolutely crucial - as by trying to explain yourself you get closer to understanding why. Now the start is hard as usual - you likely will struggle to form an answer and be frustrated why I would ask such a ‘stupid’ question, but I encourage you to stick with it and try again. Often these sort of questions need a bit to set in before you can answer them. It is surprisingly difficult and - as usual - the more you do it the easier it gets. The question about why this is your favorite color is often answered with how it makes you feel, what it reminds you of, how it compares to the other colors and so on. But figuring out the reasons is how you truly understand why you like or dislike something. Learning to explain why you like or dislike something is a good way to learn to understand why you like or dislike something. From questions to self love [5:11]Now the colors are of course only a start. You can move on to what colors you like to wear and then about when you like to wear them. Another good topic is food. Why do you like this food? Why do you like this music? Why do you like your hobby?With each question answered you get better at it and faster as well, but most importantly you get another puzzle piece in its place. Now as you can imagine this takes a bit. So this isn’t something to be your main focus - as that can be frustrating. It is better to keep picking something up and then dropping it and do something else. Especially at the start when it can be really frustrating as you lack the skill and easily miss the answer. This discovery process also helps you with past trauma. This way you can find them more easily, discover the undiscovered and get more information about the trauma itself. Which makes removing it so much easier. It also helps with discovering why you just act sometimes in ways, that you just don’t understand. And most importantly, it helps with loving yourself. By truly knowing who we are we also get rid of the illusions how we should be or who we thought we were. Even if we don’t like an aspect of us - we know now where to look and how to change it.
