On my google business page, I included a 3rd party link in the appointments section. So when you click on it, it takes you to a 3rd party app where you can fill on contact information.
I'm trying to delete this link because I don't use the 3rd party app anymore. I've found it damn near impossible to locate.
Anyone familiar with this process??

2023.06.04 05:46 10k_MJ 54 yo GenXer with very little savings looking for advice

Looking for some advice. My partner and I have struggled financially for many years, dealing with multiple health-related issues, a period of his unemployment and under-employment, all of which depleted a 401k of mine from a previous job. And also just some pure irresponsibility on our parts, which we fully realize.
We’ve now cleaned up almost all of our debt and are looking for a way to set up our finances in the best way possible, so that we can have some kind of savings for retirement.
I’m 54 years old and self-employed making 30k year. I’m a massage therapist. Due to health issues and injuries over the years, I’m limited in how much I can comfortably work.
I have a Traditional IRA I started a few years back. It has a current balance of $24k. I plan to contribute $7500/year going forward. I’ll also inherit some from my mother, but I don’t want to consider that. She’s still healthy and we expect her to be around for many more years. I’d rather she live a long, comfortable life than leave anything to me.
My partner is 45 and has a traditional job making $70k. He has $20k in a 401k, 6% employer match, and this year we bumped his contribution to 14%. So he’s now contributing $14k/year.
We’ve been paying down a lot of his debt over the years and clearly haven’t saved much, but we are now debt free except for one more year owed on his car loan ($6000 remaining). We do not own a home, but rent a modestly priced duplex ($860/mo). We live simply and really don’t travel much. We’re home bodies.
My partner’s grandparent’s decided to leave him their house when they pass, which is an incredibly generous gift. We’re grateful beyond words for that. It’s valued at $350k. This will be enough to cover a modest home for us. That takes care of a massive retirement cost.
If we change nothing, I should have close to $270k in my tIRA at the age of 70 (with 6% growth) and my SS payment will be $2100 at 70.
My partner will have over $700k in his 401k at age 67 (with 6% growth). We haven’t determined his SS payment yet.
My questions are:
I just recently learned about the Solo 401k. Should I open one for my business and contribute to that instead of the tIRA? It would allow me to contribute more than the current $7500/year and still give me the same immediate tax savings, correct?
Could I then also open a Roth IRA and contribute an additional $2500k/year to that? I can comfortably save a total of $10k/year now that most of our debt is paid off.
If I calculate correctly, that would give me about $330k (in both the rIRA and 401k) at 70. With yearly withdrawals of $24k, that would give me $4000/mo before taxes.
And what would you do with the current $24k in the tIRA? Leave it there, do a Roth conversion…?
If I’m honest, with my health issues and family history, I don’t expect I’ll make it much past my mid-70s. Men in my family don’t make it that long. Most of what I’m doing is trying to set up my partner to be ok and leave a little something for my nieces and nephews. I don’t expect I’ll have much of a retirement myself. Not trying to be gloom, just honest!
Any help or advice you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

2023.06.04 05:44 Difficult_Ad5187 My opinion on Lexi’s view on nessa

I think Lexi is a super emotionally intelligent person and she can pick up on how toxic nessa is and she can see through right through her act but I don’t like the way she puts it on Rae like she expects everyone to see through people the way she could see through nessa. People pick up on different things and I feel like if Lexi just took the moment to explain it to Rae instead of just getting mad/upset with Rae (especially since Lexi has had three years to know how Rae does with emotions/confrontation, the conversation should be approached differently, if that makes any sense) idk I I’d love to hear other people’s thoughts on this

2023.06.04 05:44 Halasham Faulty Reporting[Homelands]

Be me: Ishmael, Damphir Barbarian
Be not me: DM; Chus, Lizardfolk Necromancer; Aanshe, Koldemar Vitalist; Zero, Ratfolk Psion;
Having started a skull collection from the last band of Gnolls to harass the Nightmare Wagon we arrive in town...
We sell off the loot horde and split the value of it.
Chus uses his share to kit out his skeleton better.
We take a loot at the available jobs once out shopping is done.
There's four hunting jobs, hunting various critters that have found their way into the forest...
We take the jobs and ready ourselves to deal with them once we return to the temporary Kobold Den
While we're there we're introduced to a new mercenary who the tribe has hired to help deal with the issue, Zero the Ratfolk
After some time passes from Anshe being indisposed... we set off the hunt down the critters
Not too long on the road we come up on a sinkhole...
Anshe gets out and peers over the edge... the hole leads into a large cavern.
We decide to investigate and lock the wagons wheels, tie off some rope and make our way down...
We find ourselves in a cavern and slowly making our way forward we find... Basilisks!
INITIATIVE: Chus, Basilisks, Ishmael, Zero, Aanshe
Chus orders Buffy to charge and averts his gaze.
One of the Basilisks manages to bite Buffy and the other scores a crit while she's struggling.
The squad of Basilisks moves up approaching us...
Ishmael moves into position to head off a pair of approaching Basilisks and strikes one.
Ishmael & Zero are petrified!
Aanshe covers her eyes to protect herself and fires a ray zapping one!
Chus closes his eyes and blasts the Basilisks with his swarm magic.
The Basilisks continue their advance noming on Buffy and waddling into the fray.
One goes to nom each: Aanshe & Chus. Chus is bit!
Aanshe catches one with her health steal, healing Chus with the stolen HP
Chus surges his swarm! ... it kills Buffy and seriously wounds most of the Basilisks.
The Basilisks begin to withdraw...
Feeling about blinded and not finding enemies Chus opens his eyes... and is immediately petrified.
Aanshe's alone now... she blindly throws a Steal Health at the sound of their retreat and nails one!
After a second shot misses and the noise of the retreat dies down she risks a peek and sees her petrified party.
Aanshe manages to un-petrify the whole party and takes a minute to meditate.
Ishmael asks where Buffy is when he doesn't notice her among the group... Chus explains that she was destroyed in the fight.
We look around for the Basilisks and Aanshe removes her blindfold. Onward!
We make our way forward!
As we explore we find a small hole in one of the walls just larger than one of the Basilisks we've slain...
Aanshe goes a bit far ahead... and finds a Dracolisk!
Initiative! Zero, Aanshe, Ishmael, Chus, Dracolisk
Zero moves up into position.
Aanshe buffs!
Ishmael charges up almost into melee.
Chus! He tries to blind it?
It reposition and breaths acid!
Zero continues to try and better position...
Aanshe baps it with Steal Health
Ishmael follows the direction of the Acid back to the monster and scores a blind crit!
Chus activates his ghost hand.
The Dracolisk takes advantage of the no AoOs while blinded and flies from Ishmael's position.
It flies to Aanshe and attacks her!
Zero's turn! She stabs it in the thinking-parts.
Aanshe rips the last bits of HP from it with Stealth Health...
It falls, hits the edge of the bridge, slips and falls further.
...victory? Victory!
Aanshe carefully peeks... "I GOT IT!" she exclaims
She casts Metamorphosis and scales down to where it fell.
Ishmael comes to the top of the bridge to look down... "Is it dead?"
It's not and Aanshe stabilizes it.
We blindfold it and get to work hauling it out of the pit.
Zero begins to panic when she sees it being tied up and we explain that it's going to be tied up and brought in.
Meanwhile Chus collects one of the other dead Basilisks to serve as the replacement for Buffy
Looking at the situation we consider how to get the KO'd dragon up...
Ishmael suggests we go up and then just reel in the rope since we tied it to the rope we used to descend.
Sounds like a plan and we do it. We load the Dracolisk onto the Nightmare Wagon and roll back into town.
Nothing is crazy enough to mess with the Nightmare Wagon as we ride!
The town guards are a little concerned...
We explain we're bringing it to the council
They insist on having a guard come along.
Ishmael comments "Sure, climb aboard. Mind the blindfold, this thing petrifies."
The are concerned for a moment and force the rookie to be the guard for the trip to the council.
Aanshe tries to make conversation as we roll down the city streets... he's not very talkative.
The Council comes out to see what we've caught with all the weird...
They offer us a small bonus and Aanshe says it's insulting.
We suggest we'd sell the creature... and Chus immediately places an offer
....
We have a concern about it becoming a Dracolich and Ishmael suggests we involve the local Vampire.
Session called as it's nearing midnight.

2023.06.04 05:44 Halpando Expired candy and why I have a problem with it.

So when i got to work today there was a basket of expired candy, some months old, some days.
Now im told it all goes in the trash bit i also grew up poor, and wasting good food is the biggest crime in my family. Can we not like, divy it up and make little gift bundles for the staff to take home or let a staff member who wants it buy it all at like, the same price as the grab bags wr make out of the old seasonal overstock? Cause honestly i would have bought all of it for dirt cheap just to have munchies in my kitchen since i have issues with eating normally anyway.
Or is there some stupid food law at play here because i sold one of those meltable things today for baking that "went off" in like, febuary, if we're taking the expired candy out, why not take those too?
Had i gotten there before the morning mod left i would have 100% been like "well why not?" Cause its chocolate, it doesnt go off for ages and best before dates are, in my opinion, a suggestion at best depending on the foodstuff.
I just dont think candy past its best before should be unceremoniously thrown out like that, let us take some home, or if you really wanna make a dollar, give it to staff for dirt cheap, especially if its been like, 2 days since.
Thank you for coming to me TEDtalk.

2023.06.04 05:43 Least-Juggernaut-740 No thoughts?

Does anyone else experience a blank mindset when adjusted to prozac? I used to always overthink and have thoughts about everything i did but now nothing comes to mind, the world feels quiet and peaceful for once and it does feel a little unusual because for the past 7 years i always stared at blank walls.., my mind would be filled with negativity, depressing and suicidal thoughts. Now its like im walking quietly and sometimes makes me a bit anxious but so far im loving the experience. I always wondered how people went throughout the days without thinking about what they’re going to say next or do next, having that inner monologue telling you lies to make you more scared about what you’re about to do. I just do it without a negative thought and i can see why everyone always told me im overthinking. Im on 20mg and its great

2023.06.04 05:42 Personal-Dealer-7266 Do the CFI Certifications hold value?

I am currently a senior studying finance, and over this summer, I am working as a commercial banking intern for a southern U.S. regional bank that mainly underwrites for Commercial Real Estate. I have expressed interest in continuing employment with them following the internship, given adequate performance. However, I have been looking at what other opportunities would be available after gaining a little crumb of experience and CRE industry knowledge.
I have begun to look at what types of certifications are available for finance related fields, such as the FINRA exams, as well as the courses and certs offered by the CFI. My career aspirations are to remain in banking, then move to buy-side. Before the internship, I was working full time and taking 15 hours of courses at my university. So to me, the standard 40-hour work week has given me some free time.
I know that I’m not prepared for any FINRA exams at all, and much less as a broke college student. But my main question is, do the CFI certs actually hold up in the future? Are there any weights/considerations made within hiring or promotion if you already have obtained these? I understand that knowledge is knowledge, but, as far as what is visible on the resume, do the certs actually mean anything to prospective firms or hiring managers?

2023.06.04 05:42 TwylaL NASA task force: They are not NASA employees, not all scientists, and are not all in agreement

I'm seeing significant misconceptions about the members of the NASA Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Study Team (UAPST). Some of that is from sloppy writing in the mainstream media, some is just assumptions.
This group is individuals chosen by NASA from outside NASA reflecting a variety of opinions, approaches, and expertise to apply to the question of UAP. Some are hostile to the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis; some are willing to accept it as a possibility. Not all are scientists, though all have science training. They have not seen classified material. I get the impression they haven't had many meetings and haven't actually discussed much to come to consensus. The budget for the committee was only $120k. Some have worked for NASA in the past. One interesting point is that all sixteen were NASA's "first picks" -- no-one who was invited turned down the opportunity. They have received harrassment from both the "believer" and the "conventional academy" sides of the spectrum; possibly also hostility from the Fundementalist Christian leadership who consider UFOs to be demonic manifistations.
Contrary to news reports, their mission was not to solve the UAP problem, but to to come up with ways to solve the UAP problem using NASA's publicly available data already collected in various Earth and Space surveys (satellite stuff). A historical review of NASA's photography and videography and of statements made by astronauts in the past wasn't in their remit. (Though let's face it nothing was stopping any of them from picking up a book.) AS far as I know, no public statement has been made outlining what evidence they did review; I certainly hope it will be in their report.
The members of NASA’s independent study team on unidentified anomalous phenomena are:

2023.06.04 05:42 bing8690 Staring spells/Zoning out

Hi everyone! I’ve come on here because since January I have been experiencing what I call “staring spells”. It’s almost as if I get sucked into/fixated on a certain object and just stare blankly into space. I am fully aware of it happening and will still be able to hear and talk to people. Sometimes I can snap out of it, other times it’s really hard which invokes an anxious feeling. Along with this, I started to experience very intense brain fog where I felt that until April I was barely functioning as my normal self. This became very bad to the point where my anxiety grew and I had numerous anxiety and panic attacks daily!
At first, I thought it was absence seizures after some googling (I know, very bad to google). I had a 20 minute EEG and full 72 hour EEG done where I had these staring spells and even an anxiety attack. The neurologist ruled out any seizure activity and told me it was anxiety. Also, I want to note that I did go and see my PCP and had labs done to check for any thyroid, lyme, or vitamin deficiencies. Nothing wrong there!
Next, I went to see a long COVID doctor who prescribed me the two trial medications for the brain fog and it definitely has worked. I did have COVID about two weeks before my symptoms started.
So basically, I’m wondering if anyone has experienced these staring spells with their anxiety and how they dealt with it, either with medications or techniques? I know these spells are anxiety related because whenever I’m in classes or stressful situations, I will get this uncontrollable feeling to stare and almost like allow my brain to relax? Also, whenever I talk about my anxiety or think about these spells I will almost “trigger” these episodes.
Any advice is appreciated! (:
Note: I do see a therapist and started acupuncture today for my anxiety as I’m scared of SSRIs.

2023.06.04 05:42 jasperdiablo I couldn’t help but wonder: Wouldn’t it be delicious if they had a storyline of Charlotte and Harry being secretly in tremendous levels of debt and they’re actually going broke

After all, Charlotte hasn’t worked in over 2 decades. And not even her supposed trust fund or Harry’s million dollar a year job could rescue them this time from Charlotte’s couture and 15 million dollar donation to the Met habits. So their two spoiled brats get kicked out of private school and have to go to public high school.
This would push Charlotte and Harry to the brink of divorce and Harry loses ownership of his law firm and attempts suicide. And Charlotte is forced back to work but she has to drive Uber because she hasn’t been in the gallery arena for decades. And the family is forced to move to Long Island. And Carrie and Miranda ghost Charlotte a bit because they’re tired of dealing with the drama Charlotte’s life always but they could pretend money and a man could swoop in and save the day.
Anyways…

2023.06.04 05:42 Syclus Software that records how the market did and stimulates it for training?

Hello guys, does anyone know a software that records days of market movement and can simulate option trading in those recordings? I'd love to learn how to use options with fake money on a Saturday but trading on a Friday or Monday, If that makes sense.
I've seen and downloaded a good amount of market simulations but they only follow the market IRL and don't support options.

2023.06.04 05:41 trianglesteve Vanilla+ Skyrim

So I’ve been through the process of modding through wabbajack before (Living Skyrim 3, Phoenix, AVO, etc.), but I really want to get back to the basics. I want something as close to vanilla gameplay as possible that improves visuals some, but without adding hundreds of mods and going over the top and adding animations, custom body physics, etc.
Really I don’t want my modded game to feel bloated and the problem I have with some of the wabbajack lists is that they add way too much. It feels like I’m studying for a class just to understand all the mechanics they add to the game.
For reference I’m running an I5-12400, 3060Ti, and 32gb RAM. I’d like to play at 1080 or 1440 @60fps. On top of essential mods as well as some graphics enhancers how many mods am I looking at, a few dozen? What would be the best visual mods that would work with my specs? Should I consider an enb or would it be too much for my specs?

2023.06.04 05:41 Rot-Teufel Moza R9 FFB Settings for Dirt Rally 2.0

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzZo0_oQZC0

Here my Moza R9 FFB settings for Dirt Rally 2.0.
If you like them, good for you.
If not, don't be afraid to play with sliders. Take those settings as indicative.

Big thanks to Karl Gosling for this DR 2.0 FFB guide for the Fanatec DD1/DD2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HCwD2_HOhak
He has made an awesome guide that explain everyhting you need to know abiut in game FFB tuning.
It's really great that his in game settings for Fanatec DD1/DD2 works great on Moza R9 (just a bit more on Wheel Friction and less on Collision).
So even a bigger thanks?

Know issues: DR 2.0 FFB on asphalt is basically non existant. It's a DR2 issues and not from your wheel.
